U take low calorie low sodium high protein diet. 45 min walk daily speedly. Don't take rice at night. Drink 10-12 glass of water. Don't drink immediately after meal. 4 -5 in a day on frequent interval.

Thanks for the query. There’s no overnight fix when it comes to healthy weight loss, but you can adjust your lifestyle to promote quick, natural weight loss for the benefit of your health and your appearance. Successful, long-term weight management needs to focus on more than the food you eat and the pounds you lose. It needs to focus on your overall health. Reshape your body and your lifestyle by adopting healthy habits and breaking unhealthy ones. Replace all processed foods in your diet with vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low-fat dairy, lean meats, eggs, legumes, nuts, seeds and seafood. Focus on the variety of whole, unprocessed foods you can eat instead of dwelling on the junk food you eliminated from your diet. Eat smaller portions at every meal and avoid going back for seconds. Take a smaller scoop of rice, half of a piece of chicken instead of a whole piece and one less egg in your morning omelet, for example. Make time for breakfast every morning. Eating breakfast helps prevent overeating and is a habit of people who successfully lose weight. Pack to-go meals instead of eating convenience foods when you’re not home. Store foods like chopped fruits and vegetables or cooked grains, legumes, eggs and meats in your refrigerator so you always have something to grab when you’re in a rush. Buy fresh vegetables and fruits from the grocery store if you forget to bring healthful food from home. When you can’t avoid dining at a restaurant, opt for a salad as a starter, and always ask for the dressing on the side. Clear soups, lean meats, seafood and grain-based dishes like roti, whole grain bread are other good choices. Exercise for 30 to 60 minutes at least three times per week to build muscle and burn more calories. Pilates, strength training, aerobics, swimming, dancing and yoga or a sport like football are ideal choices. If you’re new to exercising, start with brisk walking and jogging. Adopt physically demanding hobbies like bicycling, hiking, jogging, power walking to promote faster weight loss. If you don’t have time for new hobbies, increase your physical activity with things like walking the dog, playing with the kids or jogging instead of driving to a nearby store or taking the stairs instead of the elevator. Weigh yourself weekly and record your weight. Adjust your diet and physical activity according to the progress you’re making.

Im a vegetarian with a sedentary lifestyle. I am 124 kgs was born overweight and never was normal weight. After 2 normal deliveries, I started gaining at the rate of 2-3 kg s year. I have hypothyroidism, insulin resistance, bp and gout and am taking medicine. That apart I used to be active in sport and swim at one point of time. Can you please suggest a doable diet and exercise routine. I do not have more than 30 mins a day for exercise unfortunately.

Hi Lakshmi You are having very slow metabolism due to weak thyroid gland, you need to improve metabolism by changing your diet plan, avoid sugar, alcohol, processed juices, junk food. I dont think that you should go for Liposuction.Those people undergo this procedure who are having alarmingly excessive weight and their weight cannot be reduced by any other method other than liposuction as this technique becomes a last chance forsuch people. One of the major side effects of liposuction is that it creates cardio diseases or problems like cardiac arrhythmia or cardiac arrests. It also results in heavy bleeding after the procedure which results in excessive fluid loss and kidney or heart failures. Thrombophlebitis is another huge side effect of liposuction. liposuction side effects Thrombophlebitis is the unnatural inflammations of the blood vessels and veins. It usually last for 3-4 weeks after the surgery. The area from where the fat is taken out might also swell after the procedure. It generally remains sore and tumescent for about 10-12 days till after the procedure, but gradually disappears

To start with avoid simple sugars as far as possible like sugar, jaggery, honey, sweets, candies, chocolates, cold drinks etc. 'Eat Out' less, avoid junk and have good quantity of fresh foods which are not processed like fruits, vegetables, soups, salads, nuts, low fat milk, curd etc. Gradually, focus on higher protein intake, lower fat and restrict carbohydrates to high fibre foods only. Combine these dietary changes with 1 hour play/walk / exercise.
