According to your height your deal weight should be 65 kg. So you have to reduce 11 kg. Well it is difficult but not impossible with proper diet and exercise you will surely reduce your weight. Here are some diet tips 1 eat high fibre food like oats, daliya. Bran, sprout, beans etc 2 drink plenty of water at least 3ltr/day 3 eat fruits instead of fruit juice 4 try to avoid bakery item, junk food, deep fry food. Etc these are some common advice.

A glass of warm water mixed with the juice of half a lemon. A teaspoonful of honey can be added have it early in the morning. Dinner? whole grain bread or chapattis, steamed vegetables and any seasonal fruit except banana and apple.

Dear excessive weight gain occurs only when calories intake are more than calories burnt, It can put a person at risk of thyroid disease, diabetes , kidney problems, arthritis etc... Dear to flatten ur belly you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach daily. 3. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 4. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 5. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 5 min per asana. 6. Do brisk walk early morning daily.. 7. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 8. Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice. 9. Drink three litres of water daily. 10. Revert me back after 15 days.

To maintain a low body fat and/or lower body fat: 1. Exercise at least 5 times per week 2. Eat whole/unprocessed foods at regular intervals, while being aware of physical hunger/fullness cues 3. Sleep 7-9 hours per night 4. Don’t engage in extreme diets 5. Stay consistent with your habits 6. Incorporate non-exercise physical activity 7. Ignore food advertising You need a fat loss diet which comprises of whole grains like jowar, bajra, wheat, brown rice, pulses like moong, musoor, bengal gram, lots of vegetables, fruits, eggs, fish, chicken, paneer, healthy oil, nuts and seeds. You need to eat them in right proportion. Avoid eating sugar and sweets, refined foods like maida, noodles pasta, White rice and products, bread. Drink a lot of water.

Thanks for the query. Thyroid hormone deficiencey called as hypothyroidism is is a well known problem leading to excess weight gain. To over come this one needs to star treatment with the hormone levothyroxine. Since you have complained about weight gain during last few months, it is essential for you to start treatment right away. Hence if interested come back with following details like T4, T3 & TSH values, weight and height and any other symptoms being felt. Based on those details I will be able to guide in controlling the condition and regaining your original weight. You will have to come in a private conversation so that I will be able to prescribe the drugs needed and to give other specific advise. In this communication only general guidelines can be given. Do not neglect as you are very young and not treating this condition can cause multiple problems including infertility. Thanks.

Hello lybrate-user, start with small steps. Start doing work out. Walking is best physical activity for beginners. Try eating frequent meals 3 main meals and 2 snacks. Every meal should be whole and real. T rack your meals daily to check where those extra calories are coming from. Try to implement these as first step.

How to reduce weight without side effects. Diet and exercise are a part of my routine.
Your weight is controlled by 4 major factors (1) refined sugar consumption (2) exercise and hydration (3) posture and sitting (4) how many times do you indulge yourself - alcohol, binge eating at parties, overeating etc. Step 01: refined sugar 1. Avoid all snacks and commercial products with sugar in them - biscuits, cakes, bournvita, horlicks, coke, pepsi, energy drinks, sweetened yogurt etc. 2. Cut down on your daily intake of tea/coffee and maintain it at 3-4 cups a day. 3. Try to add little sugar to any beverage (coffee, tea, milk, lemon water etc.) that you have and ideally you should refrain from adding any sugar altogether. Step 02: get exercise and proper hydration 1. Try to work out for 20 minutes each day. You do not necessarily have to go to the gym. You can incorporate some pretty powerful exercises in your daily routine like - squats, skipping, surya namaskar and core exercises. 2. Drink 8-10 glasses of water everyday but remember that tea/coffee are not substitutes for pure water. Step 03: improve posture and sitting habits if you have a sitting job then ensure that you do not sit for more than 30 minutes at one stretch. Get up and move a little after every 30 minutes. Step 04: stop indulging and eat more of raw natural stuff 1. Try to eliminate the urge to overeating but if you do overeat try to limit the incidents to two times per week. 2. Eat 6 small meals throughout the day 3. Eat 4 servings of fruits per day. 4. Each of your meal should contain 50% of raw vegetables. Once you incorporate the above points in your routine you will see a dramatic difference in your weight, physical shape and energy levels.

That is called breakthrough or plateau . change the workouts cut down on carbs but Make sure you?re eating enough protein for your weight and for the workouts that you do keep going -do not stop with your exercise regime

Hi, you should go for 45 minutes brisk walk in the morning, do regular exercise, and less carbohydrates and add fish, egg white into your diet. Take lukewarm water with lemon in the morning. Take salad before meals. Drink more water in a day. Take small and frequent meals.

Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight.* body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soupor salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * for thighs - work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. To reduce the tummy, * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Repeat it for 5-10 times daily for flat tummy. * do surya namaskar yoga everyday, as surya namaskar have 12 forms of yoga. Do it for in morning everyday to get in shape in short period. * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories.
