I have hypertention last 7years & diabities last 2years. I want reduce my weight by 70 k. G. Current my weight is 84 k g. And also my heartbeat is goes fast. Give me perfect idear for care my health. I'm getting fat even without having excess food. Heard that less sleep and diet can lead to excess fat, so recently i'm sleeping well and following good diet. But my fat is mainly stored at belly and thighs. Checked with cholesterol. But no sign of cholesterol. I'm doing exercise 3 weeks a day. What should I do to get the fat reduced.

high cholesterol can cause atherosclerotic heart disease or narrowed coronary arteries in the heart can cause the symptoms of angina, when theheart muscle is not provided with enough oxygen to function. Decreased blood supply to the brain may be due to narrowed small arteries in the brain or because the larger carotidarteries in the neck may become blocked. This can result in a transient ischmic attack or stroke. Peripheral artery disease describes gradual narrowing of the arteries that supply the legs. During exercise , if the legs do not get enough blood supply, they can develop pain , called claudication . Other arteries in the body may also be affected by plaque buildup causing them to narrow, including the mesenteric arteries to the intestine and the renal arteries to the kidney. Avoid fast foods,oily foods,junk foods,alcohol,smoking,fatty foods, non-veg.,avoid stress, take green veg., whole grain.garlic,. Take anti cholesterol medicines .

my age is 57 during 2013 I went an heart surgery, in vijaya hospital chennai after chest opening Doctor noticed the heart is bulged so he done mutual valve repair, now I am attending office now past threemonths I have got hitching problem I am taking 12 tablets daily.

it is called inferiority complexion. dont go to any medication or need of remove shirt out side. you are not a public figure. feel always flexible. dont concentrate too much on this problem. if you marry your wife enjoy this aspect. she touches or suck your chest you feel better relaxed and get good satisfaction. so dont feel and irritated. be calm and enjoy the every situation of life.

Dear Lybrateuser, - For your problem follow some precautions - avoid spicy, fried, sour, junk food, restrict intake of tea, coffee to 1-2 cups per day, also avoid alcohol, tobacco if you partake, chocolate, mint - chew food well, do not skip meals, have meals on time, have 4-5 small meals including snacks rather than three large meals, raise pillow end 4-6 inches while sleeping, do not lye down for 1-2 hrs after meals, have dinner 2-3 hrs before bedtime - take Syrup Digene gel, 2 teaspoonful half an hour after every meal three times a day - have 8-10 glasses of water for proper digestion - do regular exercise including yoga & deep breathing for 10-15 min daily morning,

Dear Lybrateuser, - At your age your chest pain could be due to acidity, anxiety or sedentary habit - avoid fried, spicy & junk food, also restrict intake of tea, coffee to 1-2 cups per day if you take more - chew your food well, do not skip meals, have meals on time, have 4-5 small meals including snacks rather than three large meals, have dinner 2-3 hrs before bedtime - take syrup gelusil, 2 teaspoonful there times a day half an hour after meals - have 8-10 glasses of water for proper digestion - also do regular exercise like jogging, swimming, playing a game, yoga & deep breathing to keep your body fit.

Change life style .do meditation,yoga, Go walk daily, do any one physically activity daily any game., Avoid fast foods,oily foods,junk foods,alcohol,smoking,fatty foods, non-veg.,avoid stress,take plenty of water in day time. use flax oil, omega-3 fatty meal or cap., take .green veg., whole grain foods, Use GARLIC in foods daily ,.
