For a glowing face Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong, chana,Dal, rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit.

Use your time at home to graze regularly. Several small meals and snacks may seem more manageable than three large meals. Dried fruits, seeds, cheese and nut butter are nutritionally rich and calorie dense. Snack on a 1/4 cup of raisins for about 110 calories; spread 2 tablespoons of peanut butter on a medium banana and consume almost 300 calories; and have an ounce of cheddar cheese with just seven woven wheat crackers for 233 extra calories. Add one or all of these snacks daily to pile on a pound in a week.

I'm 21 years old. I got pimples & black dots on my face. They are on my chicks & forehead which makes my self confidence very low. I really want my face to be clear. I've used Betnovate (that green packaging one) for a time but that is just making my fave dry. Now I do not use it anymore so 8'm getting pimples. I'm also a lean guy. Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicines 1.Glow care drops ( Lord's) ( 10 drops in little water) twice a day 2.Alfalfa tonic ( SBL) ( 1tbs) twice a day for a week and revert. Follow the tips: *clean your skin gently with a mild face wash removing all dirt or make-up. Hi Back problems are usually weak back muscles due to sitting in chair for prolonged periods. These muscles can be strenghthened by doing specific back strength exercise and also by doing abs building exercises. you can join a Yoga class and tell them about your problem. This depends upon your metabolic status as well as exercise and yoga and morning walk in the morning every day. An very important thing is that the vata nature people never gets fleshy even he eats as much nutritional foods. I would like to suggest you to be healthy is better than fleshy body. He should follow some regular routines of getting all dietary measures and daily behaviours as well as exercise, yoga and morning walk every day. Use warm milk boiled with ginger and haldi including ghee and nuts every day before going to bed.

Follow the following tips:- · Pay attention to your health and food intake. · To increase your appetite, have a glass of lime water or 1 cardamom (elaichi) before your meal. · Have minimum 4 meals in a day. · Drink 1 glass of milk twice a day. · Try to enjoy your meals and gradually increase the quantity you eat every time. · A balance diet should have all essential nutrients in it. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It should include combination of Both Carbohydrates and Proteins for e.g. Oats with Milk or Poha/ Upma with a glass of milk. If you do not like milk have 1-2 egg whites in the morning along with your breakfast. · You need to focus on your protein intake : Increase your protein intake e.g. milk, dairy products- cheese, paneer, lentils (dals), nuts ( soya, peanuts, dry fruits ), pulses e.g. rajma, chole, kidney beans etc. sprouts. If you are a non-vegetarian, then you can have proteins by also eating eggs, chicken, fish. Make sure you are including at least 2 serving of any of these in your daily meal. · Lunch and dinner again should be a combination of Proteins, Carbohydrates and Fats which could have dal, roti, sabji/chicken, salad. · Please do have minimum 4 almonds or a small bowl of peanuts every day. · Please ensure that you drink at least 3 litres of water every day.
