Am 29 years old married guy. I used to go to gym daily morning. I do cardio and other exercises daily for 1 hour on routine basis. But after the gym, or in evening the energy level gets down such that I feel sleepiness or low energy level. Kindly suggest me some good alternatives for constant good energy level and stamina. Dear yes if you are going gym and working out you can take protein supplements whey protein supplements are better to use. For maintaing good energy level you should stay hydrated by drinking water and eat right food that includes complex carbs (whole grains oats millets ragi brown rice these are rich in fibre too that help in cleasing colon and lowering bad cholesterol level, protein (pulses eggs lean meat if non veg) along with this eat plenty of seasonal veges and fruits and always use filtered oil for cooking (kachhi ghani mustard oil sesame oil arc refrain from refined ones.

Most manufacturers recommend about 15 to 25 grams per day for 1 week. Some users will skip the loading phase. Studies have shown just taking the maintenance dose of about 5 grams a day will accomplish the same result as loading except that it will take 3-4 weeks for your system to reach saturation levels as opposed to only 1 week when you load. So the benefit to loading is quicker results, not greater results. A small percentage of people will not do the loading phase if they notice some gastric distress at the higher 15-25 gram a day loading dose.

Take high calorie and high protein diet do excercise or walk regularly. Don't skip brkfst. With brkfst take 1 glass of milk n add 2 badam n 2 anjeer. Take 4-5 meals in a day on frequent interval.

Hye, Thanks for the query. Firstly understand that weight gain is very dependent on genetics and metabolism. It is important to know that just eating just two heavy meals a day will not help. Eating the right foods at the right time is very important. Eat meals at frequent intervals. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy, eggs, nuts, fruits in your meals. When eaten at the right time and in right amount all foods are good. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. Even if you were to take medicines or supplements they will not work in isolation You need to have a calorie and nutrient dense meal.

For increasing weight u first have to work on ur digestive system...If u have strong digestive system u will able to increase ur weight easily... Take baidyanath chitrakadi vati 2 tab twice daily for a week.....+ 1tsf triphala churna daily..., take small meals 4-5 times a day..eat healthy n light food ...drink plenty of water...walk 1km daily in evening...follow up after a week.

When you are trying to gain weight, you should eat food the rich in vitamins and minerals. 1. Healthy food includes meat, egg, milk, fruit vegetables, fruits, and nuts.
