1.Take paracetamol 500mg,1 tablet sos after food up to a maximum of 3 tablets daily, 2.Drink plenty of water 3.Take rest If you have recurrent attack of headache 1.It could be a tension headache due to stress, strain,depression,agitation, Hypertension or migraine. 2.Avoid stress, physical and mental exertion, take adequate sleep for 7-8 hours daily 3.Go for regular exercise 4.Practice yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise to calm your mind, control your emotion and relieve stress 5.Check for refractive error, sinusitis Hemoglobin, BP 6. Consult Neurologist to rule out other causes of headache 7.consult me for further advice

Thanks for the query. Since when do have these concentration difficulties in studies? Starting from simple to more complex issues; we usually are able to concentrate better when whatever we are reading/doing is interesting for us & NOT MERELY DRAB WORK! Hence, you can try to make studies interesting by devising punmonics, trying to figure out practical applications of whatever you are studying with help of teachers & elders around. Secondly, try & choose subjects/courses which you are really interested in studying & just do not study for the heck of getting a degree/academic qualification. Lastly, studies have time & again proven that average concentration span of human mind is around 30 minutes. Hence, if you are able to study for 30 minutes; you are actually doing good! You can devise a 30 minutes study-10 minutes break (strictly 10 minutes!) schedule to improve your concentration. Good Luck.

You seem to have a poor quality of sleep due to which you do not get the much required relaxation, thereby you have a feeling of tiredness during day. You might need to take some medications to get a restful sleep for at least 2 weeks. You also might need help to deal with causes of poor sleep like stress and anxiety. DEAR Lybrate USER. A) Take 10-10ml of fresh lemon juice and honey before meal. B) take 2-2 tablets of sutshekhar rasa and aarogyawardhini rasa after meals…. C) eat 10 gm of black cumin seeds along with 10 gm of jaggery after meals D) take 30 ml of aloe vera juice and 30 ml of lukewarm water at night before sleep. Do all these things for 15 days. you should better change the diet.i hope you are not giving market junk food.increase green vegetable soup.reduce milk intake,not more then 300 grams daily.mild laxatives like milk of magnesia can be given two three times in week to flush out.

Hi incorporate more fruits, vegetables, and whole grains into your diet while eliminating unhealthy foods. - if you are working or studying away from home, try to pack healthy lunch and snacks for yourself to avoid eating unhealthy food daily. - don't eat straight from the packet - use a plate or bowl to control how much you eat. - don't delay or skip meals. - cut down your consumption of aerated drinks and sodas. - drink at least 8 glasses of water every day. Drink water after waking up and before sleeping. Being dehydrated may make you feel like you're hungry, so it is important to stay hydrated. - have homemade fruit and vegetable juices - eat 5-6 small healthy meals every 2-3 hours, every day, instead of having a few big ones. This regulates your blood sugar level and your metabolism. - don't skip breakfast, instead, make it rich with complex carbohydrates and proteins, so it can provide you with energy to get through the day. Try to include the following as your morning breakfast, oats porridge, eggs on multigrain toast or daliya with sprouts. - avoid artificial sweeteners in processed foods. - eat slowly as it takes about 20 minutes for your brain to register if you're full or not. Deep condition every alternate week. Use a deep conditioner that contains protein at least twice a month to strengthen hair. Hot oil treatment with olive oil to intensely moisten the hair follicles is also very effective to stop hair fall.

Hello, you are blessed if you have a cute face, you can go for hair spa in a nice salon from time to time. -oil your hair often -use henna pack -steam your hair with hot towel at times. -use anti frizz shampoo and conditioner -wash your hair 2-3 times a week.

Weight gain is not due to pregnancy but due to lack of attention to your general health and nutrient intake during lactation. Eat small but frequent meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called diets will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. So, try to first follow this seemingly simple tips. I am sure it will at least help you with initial fat loss.

It is due to excess drinking of water. You should not take more than 2.2 liters of water (8-10) glass daily. Reduce water intake. If symptoms persist, consult doctor.
