You need to identify the causative agent for allergy. Then need to avoid allergic agent. Can take tab cetrizine 10 mg two times a day. For eye start eye drop olopatadine 0.1 % two times (once in morning and once in evening) a day for 1 month.

Yes your eye number changes as your body grows but usually stabilizes by the age of 18-20. So do not worry. When you reach that age, plan for lasik. Till then enjoy your glasses.

Hi sir I am feeling stress doctor prescribed me refresh tears eye drop I used that for at least for 20 days didn't find any improvement. Now I might feel tired and headache type situation all over day. Basically my symptoms listed below. 1) Stressed and fatigued eyes. 2) Light sensitivity 3) Headache feeling 4) Blurry type vision. I think you are addicted to smartphone leading to severe dryness causing all these systems. Dryness is not a disease which you can cure by putting lubricating eye drops for few days, while working on smartphone, computer & watching TV for long time without giving importance to the health of eyes. Number of blinking drastically goes down from around 24 per minute to around 8 per minute while working on computer etc causing severe dryness, blurring of vision, headache & increased blinking to compensate dryness .One who works on smartphone etc will have to change &will have to learn how to work on computer for long time without giving any trouble to eyes .One should look away from computer after every 10 minute & should take rest for 10 minutes after every two hours .Every body knows that to become man from monkey took millions of years according to Darwin theory & how you expect that our eyes will adjust to computer in 20 yrs, nature takes its own time, computer development is just 20 years history, so you will have to take the help of lubricating eye drops to neutralise the effect of computer etc. You may use Systane ultra eye drops 3-4 times daily.

How can we keep protect our eyes from dust particles and how can we keep increase our eyes power.
Hello, do wear good brand broad rimmed uv-protection goggles always whenever you go outside in the sunlight which protects your eyes from uv-rays, but also protects them from dust, pollution, blow of air, heat and gives cooling effect. Get your eyes tested from an opthalmologist. Include the following for getting better vision: vitamins a, c, e, and minerals like copper and zinc are essential to eyesight. Get the antioxidants from dark leafy greens, egg yolks, yellow peppers, pumpkin, sweet potatoes, and carrots. Include garlic and onions. Blueberries, grapes as they have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties that can help improve your vision. Dha is a fatty acid found in coldwater fish like salmon, sardines and mackerel. Exercises for strengthening eye muscles: -begin by partially closing your eyes; the lids should only be halfway shut. After holding for 10-15 seconds, close your eyes very slowly. Take a few deep breaths to increase oxygen in the blood. -warm your eyes. Rub your palms together to create heat, and then place them against your eyes for five seconds. Repeat this three times. -hold a pen at arm's length. Focus your gaze on the tip of the pen. Bring the pen closer to your nose at a slow and steady pace. Repeat this exercise 5-10 times. -concentrate your vision on the tip of your nose. Then shift your gaze to an object further away, either at arm's length or 20 feet away. Then shift your eyes back to the tip of your nose. Repeat this exercise 10 times. -sit in a relaxed but upright position. Begin by look to the left-most position (without moving your head) and hold to stretch your eye muscles. Hold for 5 counts. Blink and return your gaze back to look straight in front of you. Then look to the right-most position with your gaze and hold for 5 counts. Repeat 3 times, blinking between each hold. Then, repeat this exercise looking up and then down. Do not forget about blinking. -sit in a relaxed but upright position. Look up and to your right for 5 seconds. Return your gaze to center. Look up to and to your left for 5 seconds. Return your gaze to center. Look down and to your right for 5 seconds. Return your gaze to center. Look down and to your left for 5 seconds. -one helpful way to do this is to imagine that you are looking at the number 12 on a clock. Then, follow the numbers around the clock with your eyes. Repeat going the other way around the clock. -massage your temples. Using your thumb knuckles, massage your temples in small circles, 20 times in one direction and 20 in the other. Repeat the same actions above the midpoint of the eyebrows at the forehead, then below the eyes on both sides of the bridge of the nose. -take a mini-nap. Put your head back, close your eyes, and relax for 3 minutes. Insufficient sleep may weaken your vision, so shoot for 8 hours of sound sleep a night. Rest your eyes 10 minutes for every 50 minutes spent reading or in front of the computer. If your eyes feel overly tired, lie down and place cooling cucumber slices over your eyelids. Medication: take homoeopathic medicine which will help you in preventing first and then reducing the power of your eyes (if the eye power is less). Take physostigma 6/ thrice daily for 1 month and instill euphrasia eye drops twice a day. Thereafter, revert back for further guidance.

Greetings, My left eye left side constantly some of small black color dart is coming when i saw computer, but any continuous leave that time i couldnot see when i saw tv, book reading & cooking but very rarely coming i already gone eye check up they said no power coming but i feel like this. More over no tears are coming, tears level was very low(even cutting onion no tears coming). Every morning i feel headache in centre of eyebrows, once i tightly hold tat area tat time i felt good so pls suggest me i can i do for next & i know the reason too.

Many normal people can see black color dots in the field of vision. Mostly this is not a disease and are visible only when you are looking against a light background , especially the white ceiling or the blue sky or a white paper. Needs no treatment. You should use lubricant eye drops 4-5 times a day.

Hi. That can be stye. Infection of glands at root of eyelashes. If you have any symptoms like pain, irritation, photosensitivity, swelling of eyelid you need to consult ophthalmologist.

Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong, chana,Dal, rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit.
