I have little bit pain in my back bone what should I have to do for get instant relief?
Here are some tips for how to handle your back pain: -stop normal physical activity for the first few days. This will help relieve your symptoms and reduce any swelling in the area of the pain. -apply heat or ice to the painful area. One good method is to use ice for the first 48 to 72 hours, and then use heat. Take pain relievers medicine. --while sleeping, try lying in a curled-up, fetal position with a pillow between your legs. If you usually sleep on your back, place a pillow or rolled towel under your knees to relieve pressure. -do not perform activities that involve heavy lifting or twisting of your back for the first 6 weeks after the pain begins. -avoid bending forward and sitting in a place for long time -stretching and strengthening exercises are important. But, starting these exercises too soon after an injury can make your pain worse. -some physiotherapy treatment like ift can give you some relief. -a do private consultation with a physical therapist who can tell you when to begin stretching and strengthening exercises and how to do them.

I have both shoulder burning pain with shoulder weakness when I lift any things also feel pain in back neck and also feel tired all time I have done R. A test anti ccp CRP ESR and ANA and urine test all are normal I am taking pregaba d 75 medicine but nothing help me please guide me in this matter how can I get diagnosis of same condition pain also in my upper arm and hand elbow joints.

Hello, Tk, rest to rest your fractured toe to get it united properly. Tk, homoeopathic medicine:@ Symphytum Q-10 drops, thrice with little water. @ Arnica mont 200-5 drops, thrice. Avoid, jerks, lifting weight. Tk, care.

Hello initially take following precautions 1) stop normal physical activity for couple of days. 2) apply hot water bag 3) do not do activities that involves heavy lifting or twisting of your back for few days 4) after 2 to 3 weeks, slowly begin to exercise a physiotherapist can give you personalized exercise plan. 5) avoid wearing high heals and lifting heavy bags 6) stop prolonge sitting or standing. Dear Sir. From past one week. I am suffering from back pain, shoulders pain and even knees and other joints. All other symptoms are normal. I will ride the the bike for 40-50 kms in Bangalore traffic. Feeling tired and not getting proper sleep also. The regular pain killers are giving temporary relief but not fully. Sports Taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area Contrast Fomentation (Hot and Cold).

Pain may be due to strain, sprain, weather change etc. *Don’t sit continuously working on laptop etc. Get up periodically and relax *Restrict bike driving as far as possible. *Get yourself tested whether you have spondylitis problem. Homoeopathy has a good treatment for this without adverse effects. To start with, take Calc fluor 200--once daily in the morning for 6 days.

Hello, you need to get your vitamin d and calcium levels checked. Generally, the lack of these in your bones can cause such pain. Get yourself exposed to the morning sunlight. Do some exercises to keep them active. Take care.
