Hi lybrate user vegetarian diet tips for muscle gain rotis: rotis are one of the best food's for bodybuilding. Rotis are made from wholegrains that are complex carbohydrates and supply us with energy and fibre. Some households mix different wholegrains to get the benefits of calcium and other minerals. Potatoes: potatoes that are prepared with less oil or baked provide us with carbohydrates without the unnecessary calories. Potatoes also contain potassium, which prevents muscle cramps. Brown rice: it is a rich source of complex carbohydrates that energises us during weight training. Brown rice also contains iron, calcium and fibre that are necessary for building bones and cell growth. Bananas: this fruit is not fattening and the best vegetarian'snack' for building muscles. Bananas are also a rich source of potassium, which is good for sore muscles. Paneer: is a great post workout snack. So consume paneer as this will help in the recovery of muscles and promote muscle growth. Paneer also contains calcium and vitamin a. Calcium also helps to strengthen the bones, which are essential for bodybuilding. Milk: drink a tall glass of milk after your workout. It is a good source of protein, calcium and vitamin d. Milk also improves digestive problems and strengthens the bones. Cheese: fermented milk is far richer in vitamins and minerals. Cheese in general contains calcium, potassium, vitamin a and b and manganese, making it a perfect post workout snack. But cheese also contains sodium, which is unhealthy in large portions. Yoghurt: it is similar to cheese, but the nutrition value is different. Yoghurt is rich in protein, potassium, vitamin b and calcium and contains less sodium compared to cheese. Pulses: dal, chickpeas, soybeans, pigeon pea, moong and masoor are good sources of protein. These pulses are also easily available in the indian kitchen and are quick to prepare. Consume pulses as a post workout snack for muscle building. Muscle building with fats nuts: walnuts, cashews, peanuts, almonds and pistachios, are also good for muscle building. They also contain carbohydrates, protein and fibre in varying amounts. Coconut oil: this oil helps burn fats, so it is a great oil to cook with. Olive oil: it is monounsaturated oil that lowers bad cholesterol or ldl. Muscle building with protein beans: there are several types of beans and they roughly provide carbohydrates, proteins, potassium, fibre, calcium, vitamin b and manganese. Tofu: tofu is a by-product of soybean and it has high levels of calcium and iron. But this muscle building ingredient also contains potassium, protein and manganese. Broccoli and spinach: this vegetable is a superfoods with several health benefits. It contains protein, calcium, vitamin c and vitamin b.

Masturbation is a healthy way of relieving sexual tension. It is normal, not harmful and it is not going to cause any marital problem. However it should be done in moderation, preferably 2-3 times a week. Don’t feel guilty about it. Phimosis is not due to masturbation. consult syrgeon for treatment

My father got prostate operation hole/turp on 14 Dec 16, and catheter removed on 20 Dec 16, after that he is getting urine with in half an hour to one hour, how many days it will take to cure this problem. Whether should he eat everything? In the night times if he takes less water than also he is going to urine for 5 times, he is 72 years old, pls suggest me what to do.

Please Keep urine pot near him, if he is unable to go to bathroom again and again Give him plenty of water daily Give vegetables juices, soups fruits, fruits juice more Avoid fish, brinjals, curd etc It will take approximately 3 to 4 wks more to be stable.

FIRST FORTY FIVE DAYS AND TRADITIONS.

We welcome our bundle of joy with old, washed, sun dried clothes as they are almost sterile. New clothes are probably handled by many and may be infected. The breast feeding is started with the help of young unmarried girl. This educates the girl about this AMRIT SAVEN. Mother is given ajwayan water which helps to lactate. On the sixth day bua does the ceremony of chatti by giving bath and putting on new clothes to baby. By sixth day the umbilical cord falls and there after the baby should be given a bath. On the occasion of chatti mother is given all kind of foods and after that she is supposed to have everything including all fruits, vegetables and dal, then ladoos or panjiri rich in ghee, dry fruits. These help mother for extra calories and minerals especially calcium and iron required postpartum. In this ceremony Bua plays an important role and rewarded with lots of gifts by bhabhi for the hard work she has been doing and will do after that, till 45 days. During these crucial 45 days outsiders are not allowed to get in mother?s room as people coming from outside may infect the child . The child is never left alone, a knife or a match boxes is kept besides baby, it is a primitive method to save the baby from animals and strangers. The God (baby and mother) has come and the duo should be prayed (taken care) and not do pooja or attend functions

Hey lybrate-user, as you have mentioned that you are having dry skin. Please inform is there any specific season when you feel your skin is more dry. Dry skin can be an early sign of pre psoriasis and should be managed properly. To start with coconut oil is best remedy for dry skin to be applied after taking bath. It is safe for long term use.

Keeping 3 to 5 pellets of this compound under the tongue can help control nasal congestion.

  2. Oscillococcinum: Popularly known as Oscillo, this contains very small amounts of duck liver and heart. When used on the first couple of days with the onset of flu-like symptoms, this helps the body aches and fatigue disappear. It is proven to be safe, effective, and helps prevent further attacks of similar symptoms.

  3. Gelsemium: Obtained from the vine Gelsemium sempervirens, this is useful to build immunity towards cold and flu symptoms. Keeping it under the tongue also helps relieve symptoms if they are already present and controls further attacks of flu-like symptoms.

  4. Silica: This is responsible for stimulating the production of macrophages. These are a type of cells, which are essential for eating up bacteria and foreign bodies. It, therefore, helps improve immunity and fight infections.

  5. Arsenicum Album (white arsenic): This is used in a variety of conditions ranging from anxiety to poisoning to digestive disorders.

While some people refer to most homeopathic medicines as immune stimulating, they are in fact immunomodulatory. Whether a person has an autoimmune disease or repeated infections, homeopathy can be used. "Men get naughty at 40 forty" but for women, the case may be very-very different. By their thirtieth birthday, many women begin complaining of a lowered libido or lack of interest in sex with their partner. This can be quite frustrating for both partners and can lead to a rift in the relationship. Hence, it becomes essential to pay attention to this condition.

The first step to finding a solution to any problem is to understand the factors that trigger it. Some causes for a lowered libido in women are:

  1. Birth Control and Medication: Birth control essentially manipulates the hormone levels in the body. While this may prevent unwanted pregnancies, a lowered libido is a common side effect of birth control medication. Antidepressants also have similar side effects.
