Tk green tea n salad in diet. Avoid oily n spicy n fat rich food. Regular excersise is necessary. You can try yoga n indoor excersise. You can try medicine like phytolacca berry in homoeopathy n some constitutional medicine. Take liquid more n light diet.

I have back pain from a long time. I took many medicines but it's still the same.
Here are some tips for how to handle your back pain: -stop normal physical activity for the first few days. This will help relieve your symptoms and reduce any swelling in the area of the pain. -apply heat or ice to the painful area. One good method is to use ice for the first 48 to 72 hours, and then use heat. Take pain relievers medicine. --while sleeping, try lying in a curled-up, fetal position with a pillow between your legs. If you usually sleep on your back, place a pillow or rolled towel under your knees to relieve pressure. -do not perform activities that involve heavy lifting or twisting of your back for the first 6 weeks after the pain begins. -avoid bending forward and sitting in a place for long time -stretching and strengthening exercises are important. But, starting these exercises too soon after an injury can make your pain worse. -some physiotherapy treatment like ift current can give you some relief. -a full history of your problem should be taken and your movements assessed by a physiotherapist. Please consult a physiotherapist for the same.

U increase your weight with some unani compound drug like 1. Majoon ardkhurma 2 tsp with milk in morning 2. Majoon dabidulward 1 tsp bd 3. Sharbat faulad 2 tsp bd 4. Take a deep and adequate sleep these drug and advice will increase your weight. To increase breast size, you may add 5. Shatavri powder 2 tsp bd with milk 6. For getting proper fitness in right way,u need to do exercises regularly.....either sports/Walking/jogging/Yoga/Gym...whichever ur interested.But need yo fo regularly&to follow strict Diet restrictions like avoiding fat/oil/junk/spicy/fast food.& to take sprouts,millets,dal,pulkaas,Fruits,egg whites,meat(not oily..fried),fish also in same way. Take more water...minimum 4 litres/day.

Yes there is permanent treatment. Start taking Neemghan vati 2 bd with water empty stomach.Ise Neemsat shampoo for head wash and take mahamnajishtha arishth and khadirarishth 20 ml each with equal amount of water daily after meal.Apply kayakalp oil on affected area.

Lybrate-userji, t2 diabetes does run in families, passes on to children from parents. So there is a real possibility of you getting it too. However, one good thing about t2 dm is that it is a preventable disease. By that it means that if one maintains a healthy modifies lifestyle, one can remain free from it or postpone it for a number of years. Healthy lifestyle means - exercise regularly, for at least 1 hour a day, take a balanced diet, avoid excess sweets, deep fried foods, junk foods, pastries, other bakery items, high milk products, aerated sweetened drinks (colas), fructose corn syrup containing products and highly processed foods. Maintain a normal weight (bmi <23 kg/m2) your present bmi is 27.01 kg/m2, showing definite over weight. That needs to be reduced (ideal body weight + 57 kgs). By following above things you can remain free from diabetes for a considerable number of years. Thanks for the question.

Dear lybrate user, sperm cells are being continuously produced inside human testis. A single sperm cell needs about 4 months to mature before being ejaculated. Masturbating ejaculates many mature as well as immature sperm & results in the temporary deficit of sperm count. This loss of sperm results in the increased production of sperm. A sperm is mainly made up of protein. An increased production of sperm count needs a steady supply of protein. This supply of protein is met from the amount of protein we intake daily. Over masturbation increases the rate of production of sperm to such extent that the demand for protein cannot be fulfilled naturally & it often results in breakdown of protein from muscle tissues. This breakdown of muscle tissues is externally manifested as fatigue, weakness etc. Addiction to masturbation denotes that you are continuously indulged in sexual thoughts. These are the methods to treat fastly pimples: • Imbalance in hormone level causes excessive sebum production and causes acne. So do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. • Do YOGASANA daily. Especially do SINHASANA & SARVANGASANA daily. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. • Do not touch your pimple because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. • Take cucumber and papaya pulp. Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric. Make a paste and apply it on face and leave it for 15 minutes. • Steam your face to open the pores, which in turn clear the skin. Steam your face for a couple of minutes. • Take 2 teaspoon of RAKTASHODAK SYRUP of BAIDYANATH company once a day.
