DEAR Lybrate USER …. You have to follow some basic things, so that you get better results in a short period of time …. 1) take solid diet two times in a day and liquid diet two times in a day. 3) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals …. 4) don’t drink water before meal for one hour and one hour after meal…5) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fermented and stale foods…. 6) try to sleep upto 10-11 pm. 7) avoid coffee and tea…. A) apply paste of nutmeg and milk on dark circles with gentle massage. Leave it for 10-20 minutes. After it wash face with lukewarm water. Do this two times in a day. B) take 2-2 tablets of chandraprabha vati and aarogyawardhini vati after meals. C) take 30 ml of triphala juice along with 15 ml of honey at night before sleep …. D) take 30 ml of audumbaravleha along with 30 ml of lukewarm water, early in the morning. E) take 10 gm of HARIDRA KHAND after meals…. Do all these things for 30 days…. It is best treatment for PROBLEM OF DARK CIRCLES. Consult to me for further suggestions. THANKS.

Dryness is due to absent secretion or hormones. The small muscle may be polyp. Get checked by doctor. Take lubricants for dryness.

sunlight damages skin, it's color and texture. Uv rays enter even through the window. So make sure to use sunscreen everytime both inside and outside. Avoid cosmetics. Use cold water to wash face with a mild cleanser. Remove soap from your armamentarium. Make sure to have plenty of tomatoes and oranges. Vitamin c supplements vil help you. It's very important to b stress free. Don't use scrubs for your face, it'll grow more dark.

Your bp is raised due to anxiety 1. Do regular aerobic exercise like brisk walk for 30 minutes every day 2. Reduce your weight if overweight 3. Reduce salt intake 4. Drink plenty of water 5. Take bland diet, avoid spicy, oily, junk saturated fat and cholesterol rich diet. Take plenty of green leafy vegetables, fruits, 6. Stop smoking and consumption of alcohol, tobacco, 7. Avoid stress, anxiety, physical and mental exertion 8. Do yoga, meditation, and deep breathing exercise 9. Monitor your bp regularly and consult physician for treatment 10. Have adequate sleep for 7-8 hours daily.

Diet and lack of exercise are the two most important factors that contribute to obesity. While the modern day diet is becoming more and more full of fats, sweets and empty calories, it is becoming devoid of nutritious vitamins and minerals. The fibre content is also decreasing. Am becoming fat mainly my hands thighs back and stomach, am eating rice at afternoon and chapatti at morning and night, ill get vomiting by oats, am on my diet still am becoming but not gaining weight as am 75 from 6months, I have urine infection, am not able to wear jeans n all fashion one because of my stomach and back and I can not wear sleeves because of my hands please suggest me tablets which have less side effects or with no side effects n please say the side effects too, thnks

Hi firstly, start doing surya namaskar in morning and start eating triphla chooran (natural medicine) in morning empty stomach with luke warm water. Start a fruit dieting every alternative day, means you have to eat fruits every alternative days & normal fruit every other alternative days. Avoid late night dinners and try to eat nothing after sunset. Sit in vajrasana after every meal you eat for 10 minutes. Walk atleast 30 min in morning.

Hello lybrate user- dandruff and pimples both are associated with poor diet and daily schedule. Try this ayurvedic tips- a) avoid fast food and go to bed before 10 pm. B) increase dairy products in your meals. C) use dhurdhur patradi hair oil daily and decrease the usage of shampoo as minimum as you can. D) take tab arogya wardhini vati 1 tab twice daily.
