Hello, PCOS or pcod s a problem in which a woman's hormones are out of balance. It can cause problems with your periods and make it difficult to get pregnant. PCOS also may cause unwanted changes in the way you look. If it isn't treated, over time it can lead to serious health problems, such as diabetes and heart disease. The most common symptoms are: Acne.Weight gain and trouble losing weight.Extra hair on the face and body.Thinning hair or even hair loss on scalp.Irregular periods. Often women with PCOS have fewer than nine periods a year. Some women have no periods. Others have very heavy bleeding.Fertility problems. Many women who have PCOS have trouble getting pregnant(infertility), depression. Regular exercise, healthy foods, and weight control are the key treatments for PCOS. Treatment (hormonal) can reduce unpleasant symptoms and help prevent long-term health problems. Try to fit in moderate activity and/or vigorous activity often. Brisk Walking, jogging, dance or aerobics are great exercise that most people can do.Eat heart-healthy foods. This includes lots of vegetables, fruits, nuts, beans, and whole grains. It limits foods that are high insaturated fat, such as meats, cheeses, and fried foods.Most women who have PCOS can benefit from losing weight. Even losing 5kg may help get your hormones in balance, regulate your menstrual cycle and can make you ovulate.

Hi, do not worry. It is very common in your age. But you have to take some precautions. If your skin is an oily type, you should avoid oily, fried, spicy foods. Drink plenty of water. Neem is a wonderful herb that will help you for sure. Boil some neem leaves in water and keep it over night. Next morning wash your face with that water and allow till it get dry. I can give you some internal medicines too. That will help to get rid of all your problems. But for that I need to get some more details.

Hi, Please follow these tips: 1. Drink 2-3 lts of water per day. 2. Consume lot of fibre in your diet like raw vegetables, fruits, whole grains, oats. Etc. 3. Eat one fully ripe big banana at bed time. 4. Drink one glass of hot milk with one spoon of ghee in it at bedtime. 5. Take your food at regular intervals. Avoid spicy and oil fried food. 6. Never curb the urge to pass stools. 7. Never put in lot of pressure to pass stools. 8. Take 1tsf of Isabgol powder with a glass of hot water at bedtime to get an easy evacuation. 9. Do sitz bath twice daily.

Hello- darkening of forehead is due to sun tanning. Apply coconut oil daily at bed time. Use walnut powder as scrub during bath.

Hi if you want to increase your height you can take our holistic natural medicines with out any side effect. First we have find out reason why your height is not increasing there are lot of reason for short height. Tip for height increase. 1. Drink 3 glass of milk per day. 2. Weight loss in diabetes usually signifies uncontrolled diabetes. He probably needs to change/or adjust his anti diabetic medicine dosages he may improve faster with short course of insulin therapy (if he is not taking). Some times associated illness like hyperthyroidism, tuberculosis, hiv, cancer could also be responsible for weight loss. He may need investigation for same if no improvement in weight after diabetes control. He may improve faster if changes his diet to high protein, nutritionally rich diet if his all other reports are normal and he can improve to normal weight suitable for his height.

You need to use a good moisturizing cream on your face atleast twice daily on damp skin. Use a sunscreen with SPF 30 atleast 30 mins before sunexposure and every 4 hours if you are going to stay in the sun for long hours.

After knee injury one should take proper care of knee joint. Like avoid prolong standing, wear comfortable footwear, wear knee cap when you are walking (if u feel that your knee is not stable and getting jerks while walking.) Last but not the least continue your exercises to regain the muscle strength. Thank you.

You can take(If No drug allergy) : 1. Tablet Crocin (Paracetamol 500 mg) one tablet after food when required for headache after food for 2-3 days (maximum 2 tablets with gap of 12 hour can be taken in a day) I am giving you some tips for sound sleep and early awaking in morning follow advises given below: 1. Strict to sleep time schedule 2. Do regular physical activity 3. Regular meditation/ yoga, i can give you address of rajyoga meditation center near your house (this is free of cost) One thing i want to tell you that if you can relax your mind by Rajyoga meditation than you can reduce your sleep upto 5-6 hour and you will feel fresh and active 4. Avoid tea coffee after 7 pm 5. You can wash your face and feet at bedtime 6. Avoid daytime sleep 7. You can use alarm and gradually reduce your waking time by 15 minutes Consult me if symptom persist

Hi, do regular exercise. You should go for brisk walk in the morning. Include fruits like oranges, grapes, are good energy and natural source. Drink 3-4 liters of water. Sleep well atleast 6-8 hours. Eat salad before meals. Include protein rich food in your diet. Take small and frequent meals.

1) a heating pad may be applied to warm up the muscles (for not more than 10 minutes) prior to doing exercising and stretching, and an ice pack may be used afterwards to sooth the muscles and soft tissues. 2) back strengthening and low impact aerobics are the best exercises for back pain. 3) hamstring stretching will give a lot of relief in back. 4) swimming is the best strengthening exercise.
