Hello. Maintain a right standing and sitting posture, keep your back always straight, avoid carrying weight on back. Hold or carry weight divided equally in both the hands or shoulders (to avoid over straining on one particular hand or shoulder). Lie down on bed on your back without pillow. Exercise: Practice Shavasana or Corpse Pose as it looks like a dead body. If practiced correctly and with full efforts, can relax every body part, relaxing not only the body but also the mind: Spread the legs one to two feet apart, the toes are turned outwards, the heels facing each other, a comfortable distance apart. Bring the arms a little away from the body, palms turned upward. Relax the neck and allow it to turn to the side if it is more comfortable. Close the eyes and focus the attention on the body, breathing normally. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicines - Arnica 200 and Rhus Tox. 200 - take both of them thrice daily for 1 week. Also, apply Schwabe's Topi-Arnica and Topi MP Gel on the affected area in circular motions gently thrice a day. Share your rest of the symptoms also for proper treatment. Get back to me thereafter.

Hams Stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports Taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area Contrast Fomentation (Hot and Cold).

Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily.

Low back ache and for this you can follow these measures: one keep a pillow right under the knee while sleeping, next is you can keep ice in the painful area for about 5--10 minutes, if pain still persists you can stretch your body by twisting the waist on both sides how we used to do in the school drill similarly you can try which will help you relax as well will reduce the pain. Ice can be kept in the low back where you have back pain. It is suggestible to wear Lumbo sacral belt which would help you to build the abdominal muscle tone which itself would make you feel better. You can also wear MCR Chappals which would help you to have less weight falling in the painful back. Anemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having back / leg pain though there may not be any pathological reasons for back pain. Back pain. It is suggestible to wear Lumbo sacral belt which would help you to build the abdominal muscle tone which itself would make you feel better. You can also wear MCR chappels which would help you to have less weight falling in the painful back. Sacral Vertebrae. That is where the Sciatic nerve passes by and the nerve gets compressed that's the reason you have pain and sensation is disturbed. That's the reason you cannot sit or stand and it is exactly around the L5 vertebrae where the sciatic nerve passes by. It can also be due to the strain on the left leg, try wearing MCR chappals which would help you to get relieved from pai Physiotherapy Treatment If you have low back pain and sciatica you can undergo intermittent pelvic traction where in your half of your body weight will be added in the electronic traction so that that would help you to reduce the pain, along with Interferential therapy stimulations which would help you to get relieved from the radiating pain. Apply ice for the pain to get subsided immediately.

First of all, uske causes.

Body tissues are attacked by their own immune system, to is wajah se Arthritis ka ye bada cause hai. Aur 40 umar k baad arthritis ko normally dekha jata hai.

Arthritis ke symptoms hai-

jahan jahan pe bhi joint hai, jaise ki finger hai waist hai bones ke joint hain wahan pe swelling aa jata hai or wahan pe pain rehta hai. Legs hai, arms hai, to wahan pe bhi swelling rehta hai. Joints me swelling jyada rehta hai to vo time fever bhi rehta h or weakness bhi rehta h.

Iske lie home remedy ye hai ki;

  • aap unpeeled potato lijie, uske kuch slices lijie or ek glass paani lijie or usme ye Raat bhar bhigoye rakhein.
  • Subah morning me ye kuch nhi khane se pehle lijie. Daily morning m aap ye kijie. Aapko isse behtar aaram milega.
  • Iske lie dusra Jo home remedy Jo accha hai Jo 3 chammach aap green gram lijie, vo raatbhar bhigo k rakhie ek glass paani me. Dusre din usme garlic, 2 clove daal lijie or vo aap mix well kijie or din me do baar aap lijie. Isse aapko bhaut aaraam milega.

-Dolo-650 mg twice or thrice daily can be taken to lower a fever . -Wear loose fitting clothes and don’t overdress. Overdressing can cause temperature to rise further. -Tepid water (85 F [30 C]) baths may help bring down a fever -The body should be cooled with a wet sponge. -Fever can cause severe dehydration. Drink plenty of fluids.. Have citrus fruits, particularly Vitamin C rich ones like mausami,Amla juice etc. -Take light and easily digestible home cooked meals .avoid outside food

Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times.

Do you full bad rest you can use heating paid either take hot water then a towle deep in hot water then round on your knee it is very use fully in that problem some days remove pain you can also do exercise also good movement your knee you can also physiotherapy some days then you feeling more better a physiotherapist give you WEX+US+TENS+exercise=feel batter but all treatment one month.

Hello, there are many causes for swollen lymph nodes of throat/ neck. Want to know more details like since when he is having this problem? Is he also having fever? What is the pattern of fever? Does fever rises in any time of the day/ night? Sweats with fever? Is there recent throat or cold infection? Or dental problems? Any recent loss of weight? Here are some helpful measures that can help ease back pain while at work:

Make sure that you pay attention to your posture while sitting in front of a computer.
Avoid sitting for long periods in front of a computer.
Take frequent short breaks – if possible, try taking a five minute walking break every hour.
Make sure you change your posture as much as you can, rise up and stretch whenever you feel tired.
Choose a chair that is comfortable and support your back as well as that allows you to rest both feet flat on the floor and shoulder-width apart.
When sitting, try to position your knees at 90 degrees, directly over your ankles to keep your spine comfortably upright.
Don't sit with your legs crossed. It will make difficult to keep your spine straight and shoulders squared, thereby worsening back pain.
Place your system at an optimal level so that you don't have to contort your head and neck to work on it.
Keep your screen at eye level about an arm’s length away. You mouse should be kept right next to your keyboard.
Try to keep your weight balanced on your feet while standing.
If you have to speak on the phone frequently, use a headset or speakerphone to avoid bending your head and neck which will only aggravate the pain.

Hi * stop running completely or decrease your training. *Apply ice to reduce inflammation. *Gently stretch your Achilles and your calves. *Consider cross-training for a while Swim, run in the pool or ride a bike. *When you return to running, increase your mileage slowly, no more than 10 percent weekly. *Make sure you wear the correct running shoes Do reply for detailed treatment plan. Hi Apply pranacharya restopain oil or prasarini oil on your affected part then give hot fomentation. Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. And agni tundi vati and maha yograj guggul 1-1 tab twice a day.

For knee pain the best treatment course would be to undergo janu vasti at a panchakarma centre near you. After undergoing janu vasti, you shall be completely treated. If need the doc might prescribe you some ayurvedic medicines depending on your body type. Till then you can have drumstick soup daily. Also boil 2 pieces of garlic in 1 cup milk & 1 cup water. When 1 cup remains, strain & drink daily after adding 1 tsf cow ghee. If you want guidance on ayurvedic medicines, then you can consult me privately, with knee x ray image. Backacke can be due to numerous reasons like back strain, big tummy, slip disc, lumber spondylosis. For best treatment please send an x ray image. Till then you can do following home remedies: 1) mix camphor in coconut oil and boil it. Massage it followed by hot fomentation. 2) have turmeric & honey milk. 3) put a hot-water bag on back supported by a cushion. 4) add ginger while brewing your tea 5) if you are overweight, go for weight loss program 6) stay away from cold, go for hot water baths.
