Hello there are many causes for redness of eyes mainly allergy, infection, inflammation and dry eyes etc. 1. Redness + itching: allergy 2. Redness + pain + watering + decreased vision: infection 3. Redness + pain: inflammation 4. Redness foreign body sensation: dryness if there is only redness then it is normal as slight exposure to dust, temperature or air or eyes may be red in morning. Stress may also cause redness. I usually do not treat when there is only redness, you can 1. Blink a lot 2. Wash eyes with fresh water 3. Cold compresses 4. Use lubricating eye drop like flogel these measures will help to keep your eyes healthy but it will not have any effect on redness (treating general redness alone is not necessary also) having said that you should consult local ophthalmologist for proper examination and treatment.

Hello this yellowishness is due to conjunctival (sheath covering eyeball) pigmentation. This yellowishnes is normal and it will not affect your vision. There is no permanent way to make it white.

You need to drink energizing drinks for that like lemon juices, glucose biscuits, etc. Try this for 3-4 days. If this does not work, then consult an ophthalmologist for this. This is important, might affect your studies.

Watering and redness of eyes can be due to many reasons and the main reasons are------------ 1. Eye allergy due to dust, pollution, infection--------------- 2. Weak eyesight------------ 3. Continuous watching tv, mobile, computor in dim light---------- 4. Any eye injury------------- 5. Lack of sleep------- 6. Continuous headache------------ 7. I have some kind of butt pain from last 5 days. On the first day, the pain was intense and I could not get out from my bed. Although the pain decreased, I couldn't walk after a certain distance. I'm limping from last 5 days. Sometimes I will experience a sudden pain and at other times when I walk a little far, the pain happens throughout my leg which compels me to sit down. Yesterday, I slept on the affected side of the hips and the pain increased and now I'm experiencing continuous pain. I should tell that I experienced a nasty jump in the bike because the tyres were not having enough air. What can be the reason for such pain?

Such acute pain conditions affecting your butt could be due to Muscle strain or Intervertebral disc prolapse or Sacroilitis. Observe the following for relief; 1. Take analgesics like Ibuprofen round the clock. 2. Take rest for 2 to 3 days. Absolute bed rest is not recommended, can do your normal personal activities at home. 3. Apply analgesic cream over back and do warm water fomentation. 4. Keep pillow behind knees while sleeping. 5. Once pain is relieved start back stretches. If pain does not decrease or if you have tingling/ numbness / weakness of legs consult immediately with your doctor.

Is that pain associated with redness, diminution of vision or any other symptoms? if yes then it's of infective origin. Else if none of these present and you are using /not using glasses in either case get your refraction done. May be the number might have changed. If your vision is normal, you have to go for orthoptic checkups which may be probable cause for asthenopic symptoms.

I have numbers on my eyes. I wear glasses regularly but I don't like to wear this so can I do lasik surgery to remove the numbers? Is this safe?

Hello. There is no medication or food for improving eye sight or to get rid of glasses. Get your vision tested and wear glasses. If not interested in glasses then you can try a. Contact lens b. Lasik as your age is now 19 years so your number will not increase now whether you wear glasses or not as number becomes stable at age of 18-20 yrs. Having said that I advise you to eat balanced diet including green vegetables and seasonal fruits for keeping eyes and body healthy. Lasik is a very easy and painless procedure. If you want to get rid of glasses then go for lasik yes lasik is a very safe surgery.

To maintain eye health first of all you should use most effective and safe eye wash by Trifala kwath/him along with saptamrut lauh tab. You may also take some of panchkarma therapy i.e. Netratarpan along with nasya karma. We recommend to take vitamin A in proper dose by natural sources e.g. Carrot, cow ghee, sweet potatos green veg. Yam, yellow/orange colored fruits.

get eye sight test done and use glasses according to the number, Apple is a miracle fruit for the skin. The alpha hydroxy acids or AHA’s present in apples improves skin color and elasticity of the skin.Soak peeled apple slices in milk for 20 minutes and then blend to form a creamy paste.Place in the freezer for 10 minutes, and then mix a tsp of lemon juice, apply all over your face and neck.Rinse off after 15 minutes with cool water and massage an ice cube. The skin looks baby soft, smooth with a rosy white glow.Follow this for a week to get fair skin naturally. or All the natural ingredients (Tretinoin, Hydroquinone and Cortisone) inlcuded in Melamet have only one goal: to improve your skin tone. Tretinoin helps prevent and treat acne and wrinkles by peeling off dead skin cells. Hydroquinone is the skin lightener agent in this equation that improves the overall tone of your skin. Cortisone is an anti-allergy ingredient that reduces inflammation and/or itching.' How to Use: Use the Melamet Cream just before bedtime. Wash it off in the morning, and apply some sunscreen if you intend to go outdoors. Failure to do so will cause significant damage and even result in your skin turning black.
