Hi, acne scar treatment is one of the difficult conditions to treat. The options are microdermabrasion, chemical peel, laser resurfacing, subcision, fat injection. Usually patient requires more than one type of treatment depending on the grade of the scar.

U have a combination skin which means you have both dry and oily skin. You can control this situation. Wash face with soap free mod cleanser. Do not overdo it. Washing twice a day is enough. Apply a light moisturiser all over face twice daily. You need to eat a diet that is high in fibre. Include a raw salad in every meal. Have watermelon and sweet lime juice. Use whole grain breads, wheat bran etc. Have seasonal fruits thrice daily. Have papaya and pears four times a week. Drink plenty of water. Have a teaspoon of ground flaxseeds. Do not pump your face with cosmetics. Do not scrub your face. Have plenty of fish.Dark circles are mostly due to habits. Avoid rubbing eyes. Get allergies tested. If you have refractive errors, get it checked and corrected. Avoid eye cosmetics and chemicals. Shampoos that seep down to eyeswhile bathing can contribute to this, so don't let it accumulate. Food should b supplemented with iron capsules. Have green leafy vegetables and jaggery in plenty. Overtime with computers, laptops, television, can increase the chances of darkness around eyes. Get your hb checked. Catch a good six hour sleep everyday. Relax and destress with yoga, meditation, prayer. Dark circles don't have a one-stop solution or home remedy. Sunken eyes won't respond to creams or medicines.

Hi here are some changes to make to improve your eating habits: - incorporate more fruits, vegetables, and whole grains into your diet while eliminating unhealthy foods. - if you are working or studying away from home, try to pack healthy lunch and snacks for yourself to avoid eating unhealthy food daily. - don't eat straight from the packet - use a plate or bowl to control how much you eat. - don't delay or skip meals. - cut down your consumption of aerated drinks and sodas. - drink at least 8 glasses of water every day. Drink water after waking up and before sleeping. Being dehydrated may make you feel like you're hungry, so it is important to stay hydrated. - have homemade fruit and vegetable juices - eat 5-6 small healthy meals every 2-3 hours, every day, instead of having a few big ones. This regulates your blood sugar level and your metabolism. - don't skip breakfast, instead, make it rich with complex carbohydrates and proteins, so it can provide you with energy to get through the day. Hello, I understand your concern. Most people who are fat are made to feel that it is because you lack will power, you are lethargic and a weak person. But that is definitely not true. It is your your hormones which have made you fat and keeping you fat. Unless we make correct diagnosis and and create a diet and lifestyle plan to correct that hormonal abnormalities you will not be able to lose weight for long term. Avoid all junk food and all sweet food. Low fat diet does not work for majority of people. Eat wholesome nutritious food full of fibers, good quality fat like ghee and coconut etc. Don't focus on calories but on nutritional density and diversity. Simultaneously working on exercise and diet will surely help. Best rate to lose weight is 1/2 kg per week. If that happens, it is least likely to go high again in future. You do not have to do rigorous exercise to lose weight but start with something small. Let us say 8 minute workout. Pick one which you like and can do. Trying to lose weight in very short time will need some form of crash diet. Even if you lose weight doing this kind of crash diet, you will get it all back within no time and all the gain will be mainly fat. Not good for your health. Be gentle and patient with yourself. Demonstrate commitment in your persistent efforts. Make comprehensive change in diet, exercise, sleep and stress in your routine. This is called lifestyle medicine. If you can not do it on your own, find some lifestyle medicine expert who can help you in this over extended period of time.

It seems to be due to hyperacidity. Avoid heavy meals in night. Eat smaller meals. Eat dinner atleast 2hrs before sleep. Go on a walk after dinner. Eat 3-4 servings of fruits everyday. Avoid constipation. Avoid carbonated drinks and spicy food. Take curd, buttermilk. Avoid milk for 1-2 days till you recover from stomach upset. Hope this helps you. If required, consult.
