Hi Take 200 ml of water + Crush 2-3 garlic cloves and make paste + Add ½ tsp of paste to water and bring to boil + Strain the water + Add 2 tbsp lemon juice to it + Mix well + Drink 2 times a day for 1 week. Take chitrakadi vati 1-1 tab after lunch and dinner. Take pranacharya udarasav improved and pranacharya livcure syrup twice a day 2-2 tsf. Drink butter milk empty stomach. Avoid tea and coffee.

You need to take healthy diet, drink more water. Don’t drink water before meals. Drink milk. Drinking whole milk to quench thirst is a simple way to get in more high-quality protein and calories. My 4 years old son has psoriasis in nails and foot. Sometimes in aggravates, we didn't find any improvement on various medications using salicylic creams, moisturizing creams, lotions, vitamin H, E syrups etc etc. My personal observation is that when his foot cracks aggravates he falls sick with fever and cough and takes some antibiotic and it improves foots. Regarding nails we have seen that antifungal creams has shown improvement. We used it based info from a blog. Please suggest best diagnostic and treatment.

Hi, following are a few things I would advise for your son. (a) a mediterranean diet rich in whole grain cereals, leafy greens and fresh fruits. Especially, broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, green peas, lentils etc all help in this condition. (b) make sure, his diet is a low protein one. Include healthy proteins like lean meat and fresh water fishes. Avoid salty fishes including prawns, shell fish etc all. (c) evaluate food items and also environments he is allergic to, and try that those triggers are best avoided. (d) stay well hydrated. Fresh fruit juice including that of sweet lime, lemon, oranges, apple etc all help. (e) avoid hot, spicy, chilly, sour etc all diet that trigger inflammatory conditions. (f) avoid high calorie, sweets, greasy, oily and fried food stuff including fast foods. (g) topically (external) use 0.5% aloe vera gel two to three times daily. (h) a good multi-vitamin supplement with zinc & folic acid helps. Administer as directed by your paediatrician. (i) 5 ml of dabur honitus taken internally, two to three times daily, helps ameliorate cold & cough conditions. Hope the above-mentioned helps. Take care and all the very best.

Hi. It seems to be more of exposure to cold air. So, better cover yourself properly from head to toe before stepping out! Avoid eating or drinking cold things and increase intake of hot things. Medication: Take Aconite 30/ 4 times a day for 2 days. There after revert back.

Humming sound, whistling and giddiness are the problems which are getting in people are very common these days, these get complicated when they are not taken care of at proper time whistling or buzzing in the ear is getting commoner these days in people of all ages. Most common causes is wax or any object in the ear, after getting your ears clean these gets over. But if ears are already clean than this is worrisome. Common causes which are responsible are high cholesterol diet, alcohol, smoking, loud noises, cervical spondylosis, trauma (self or inflicted) over the ears. If this is the situation than report to your ent doctor immediately tinnitus is basically due to hampered blood supply to ears due to which ears start dying. As this process starts a person starts hearing noises. 1. Lose extra pounds and watch your waistline Blood pressure often increases as weight increases. Being overweight also can cause disrupted breathing while you sleep (sleep apnea), which further raises your blood pressure. Weight loss is one of the most effective lifestyle changes for controlling blood pressure. Losing just 4.5 kilograms can help reduce your blood pressure. Besides shedding weight, you generally should also keep an eye on your waistline. Carrying too much weight around your waist can put you at greater risk of high blood pressure. In general: • Men are at risk if their waist measurement is greater than 40 inches (102 centimeters). • Women are at risk if their waist measurement is greater than 35 inches (89 centimeters). These numbers vary among ethnic groups. Ask your doctor about a healthy waist measurement for you. 2. Exercise regularly Regular physical activity — at least 30 minutes most days of the week — can lower your blood pressure by 4 to 9 millimeters of mercury (mm Hg). It's important to be consistent because if you stop exercising, your blood pressure can rise again. If you have slightly high blood pressure (prehypertension), exercise can help you avoid developing full-blown hypertension. If you already have hypertension, regular physical activity can bring your blood pressure down to safer levels. The best types of exercise for lowering blood pressure include walking, jogging, cycling, swimming or dancing. Strength training also can help reduce blood pressure. Talk to your doctor about developing an exercise program. 3. Eat a healthy diet Eating a diet that is rich in whole grains, fruits, vegetables and low-fat dairy products and skimps on saturated fat and cholesterol can lower your blood pressure by up to 14 mm Hg. It isn't easy to change your eating habits, but with these tips, you can adopt a healthy diet: • Keep a food diary. Writing down what you eat, even for just a week, can shed surprising light on your true eating habits. Monitor what you eat, how much, when and why. • Consider boosting potassium. Potassium can lessen the effects of sodium on blood pressure. The best source of potassium is food, such as fruits and vegetables, rather than supplements. Talk to your doctor about the potassium level that's best for you. • Be a smart shopper. Read food labels when you shop and stick to your healthy-eating plan when you're dining out, too. 4. Reduce sodium in your diet Even a small reduction in the sodium in your diet can reduce blood pressure by 2 to 8 mm Hg. The effect of sodium intake on blood pressure varies among groups of people. In general, limit sodium to less than 2,300 milligrams (mg) a day or less. However, a lower sodium intake — 1,500 mg a day or less — is appropriate for people with greater salt sensitivity, including: Anyone age 51 or older Anyone diagnosed with high blood pressure, diabetes or chronic kidney disease To decrease sodium in your diet, consider these tips: • Read food labels. If possible, choose low-sodium alternatives of the foods and beverages you normally buy. • Eat fewer processed foods. Only a small amount of sodium occurs naturally in foods. Most sodium is added during processing. • Don't add salt. Just 1 level teaspoon of salt has 2,300 mg of sodium. Use herbs or spices to add flavor to your food. • Ease into it. If you don't feel you can drastically reduce the sodium in your diet suddenly, cut back gradually. Your palate will adjust over time. 5. Limit the amount of alcohol you drink Alcohol can be both good and bad for your health. In small amounts, it can potentially lower your blood pressure by 2 to 4 mm Hg. But that protective effect is lost if you drink too much alcohol — generally more than one drink a day for women and for men older than age 65, or more than two a day for men age 65 and younger. One drink equals 12 ounces of beer, five ounces of wine or 1.5 ounces of 80-proof liquor. Drinking more than moderate amounts of alcohol can actually raise blood pressure by several points. It can also reduce the effectiveness of blood pressure medications.

Lead a healthy lifestyle have balanced diet avoid alcohol and red meat. Have light dinner go for regular morning walk followed by free hand exercises and have some yoga and pranayum like padmasan and kapal bhatee. Etc. Have balanced diet avoid stress and strain and anxiety neurosis. Have plenty of eater by mouth. It will gradually start having sleep disturbance. Gone and your father will be sleeping without sleeping pill alprazolum.

Observe for the frequency of loose stools and signs of dehydration like decreased urinary frequency, decreased oral acceptance and general activity, if you find any abnormality consult your physician. Dear Lybrate user. I can understand. Masturbation is normal, natural and never unhealthy. Even animals do masturbate. As a human being, you are also an animal. Every animal has sexual instinct because they are designed to reproduce. Human being also has sexual instinct and therefore he needs to satisfy sexual instinct. Therefore, to satisfy sexual instinct, a man or woman, masturbates. In any case, masturbation is never unhealthy or will never affect your physical or sexual health or it cannot affect your future sex life and the ability to have children. Masturbation cannot affect your growth or cause pimples or cause hair fall or cause shrinkage of penis or loss of vital nutrients or cause problems in testis size or colour etc. Masturbation cannot increase your belly fat or cause obesity. You should try to reduce the masturbation frequency to thrice a week and continue masturbation. You can be sure; there are no side effects to masturbation if you are able to restrict it to thrice a week.
