I understand your problem. Certain foods are loaded with nutrients that boost sex drive and increase one’s staying power. Eating these foods help in increasing bedroom power. The diet that provides energy to sex contains vitamins, minerals and other nutrients required for a healthy body. Zinc is one of the most important ingredients for the proper functioning of the prostate glands of a man. It helps in prostate infections, prostate cancer andhelp sperm production. Oysters, almonds, cashew nuts, sesame seeds, and walnuts are best sources of zinc. Nuts and seeds are also rich sources of arginine, an amino acid which is essentially required for healthy erections and sperm production. Fruits like apples, apricots, blueberries, cherries, papayas etc. Play a vital role in keeping the body sexually healthy. Fresh and leafy green vegetables like asparagus, carrots, cucumber, and spinach are the best source for most vitamins and minerals. Dates – Eat 5 – 7 dates everyday for a week to see surprising sexual stamina. Aswagandha – It is a gift for Indians. Consume Aswagandha lehyam (paste) 10 grams for instant sexual stamina. You need to get vaginal swabs done to confirm the nature of examination. Also I would advice a Gynaecological examination as occasionally itching can occur due causes other than infection.

To control hair fall, I would advice you to : 1. Do not wash your hair daily. 2. Give you head hot oil massage - mix of olive, almond, coconut and sesame oil. 3. Eat food rich in proteins 4. Hi-this happens due to hormonal imbalance reasons. More intake of fats, carbohydrate. So I advice you low these all two types of foods, take more whole grains, fibres, based on mainly small but frequent meals, fruits, mix veg. Pulses, sprouts are helpful. Avoid all fast, junk, out side, fried foods, low organic foods more veg, foods. No day time sleep. You can consult me about extra body fat on total diet as well some yoga poses.

M 29 years old single guy with out any wrong habits. I have very weak strength so in order to have good heath joined gym hired PT as well. Frankly to be honest good trainer I got no suggestion for any drugs or powder stuff all natural foods. My difficulties is stamina and also when I lift weight or dumbles hands get shiver. When checked with trainer he said it's normal but do you can get suggestion from good physician. Please help too know how can I get rid of this difficulties and be strong even forearms are weak please help.

Now a days I feel like no body love. Anyone don't care about me. I am so much depressed. Actually I have given drop ths years for entrance preparation. So I have to stay at home. And I feel like its like a jail for me. Its feel like I can't breath. Just I feel like to any where from my home. And always my head becomes too hot n my headache starts. Sometime I can't bear it. It is the mental state of teen age. You should focus on your study as taking it as playing. The problem might be shared with your parent, they will rescue. At the same time from your statement it may be that you are anemic and also craved for salty food. If it is then there has enough scope of treatment in homoeopathy which is also required for correction of your mental state of disappointment. Urgently contact as JEE/NEET is ahead.

First you should follow low calories food for weight loss. * in morning, take 1-2 chapattis with a bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of lemon water with it *in lunch you can take a bowl of raw vegetables like carrot, radish, tomatoes, turnip or beetroot. *in evening, you can take a cup of green tea only with some pieces of friuts like apple, pineapple, pear. Avoid taking banana or mango. *in dinner, you can take vegetable soup or a bowl of cooked vegetables. But do not take potato, sweet potatoes. * you can take a cup skimmed milk 4 times a week only during day time. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15 minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. Follow these exercises in the morning - * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories and the calories deposit in body in the form of weight if not utilised. * you can take medohar guggalu 1 tablet daily for quick weight loss but only under the guidance of ayurveda expert.

Oil one teaspoon of fenugreek seeds in two cups of water. Strain and drink it after adding a little honey to it. Another option is to consume one teaspoon of fenugreek seed powder along with milk. Alternatively, you can boil one cup of fenugreek leaves, add a little honey, and eat it twice a day. Drink a few cups of fresh coconut milk or tender coconut water daily. Also, eat the kernel of the tender coconut. Follow this treatment for at least one week to get positive results. Alternatively, take one tablespoon of coconut oil in the morning and another at night for one week. As coconut oil is mainly composed of medium-chain fatty acids, it can be easily digested.

You need some investigations. Ultrasonography (USG) abdomen and pelvis Complete Blood Count (CBC) Urine Routine Most probably, you may be suffering from kidney stone. USG will also reveal of there is any other reason for the pain. You have spent three months. Do not wait any more.

To feel energetic and refreshed in life, you must exercise daily for at least 30 minutes, maintain your ideal body weight, follow a good diet, sleep properly, drink water throughout the day to keep your body hydrated, avoid alcohol and stop smoking. Whenever you feel weak, eat one or two bananas. You can also try a banana shake or smoothie. To help strengthen your body and keep from feeling weak, eat a ripe banana with one tablespoon of honey twice daily. Soak two almonds, one dried fig, and a few raisins in water overnight. In the morning, remove the almonds, figs and raisins and drink the water. Peel and eat the almonds, followed by the fig and raisins. Also, carry roasted almonds with you and whenever you feel fatigue or weak, eat some to get instant energy. Whenever you have weakness, drink a cup of warm milk with one teaspoon of honey mixed in it. You can also boil two to three figs in one cup of milk. Eat the boiled figs and drink the milk to gain strength. Alternatively, add one teaspoon of clarified butter to a glass of warm milk. Drink it twice daily to cure weakness caused by excessive loss of blood. Also known as amla, indian gooseberry is a highly nutritious fruit that can improve your energy level. It is a good source of vitamin c, calcium, protein, irons, carbohydrates, and phosphorous. Simply eating one indian gooseberry daily can strengthen a weak immune system.

Is your hair loss accompanied with greying of hair and have they become very thin? your hair needs a very high protein well-rounded diet. Hair and nails are the last organs to get nutrition in the body, hence only if all the organs get sufficient nutrition and proteins, only then the remaining nutrition would be used for hairs. A strand of hair is composed of mostly protein, which means your hair needs protein to grow. Hence a therapeutic diet prescribed by a registered dietitian can help a lot in hair growth. Besides diet excessive stress, current/past dandruff and some medication are conclusively known to retard hair growth and promote hair loss. - cut down on the use of hair spray, hair gels, and styling creams that contain harsh chemical ingredients, which can dry out the scalp and cause the formation of flakes. Also harsh treatments such as perms, colours, relaxers etc take a toll on the health of your hair. - avoid changing your shampoo and conditioner constantly. Stick to one good mild cleansing shampoo for six months before changing. - excessive exposure to the sun, pollution, rain water and dust without proper protection makes the hair dry, brittle and limp. Use a live in conditioner during the rains to protect it from the humidity and wash and oil it regularly to maintain a healthy scalp. I may also prescribe medications like biotin or minox. That are proven to help in hair growth and repair.

Lying supine elevate your knee 20-40° jerk towards roof if you feel mild to moderate pain it means 2nd degree tear or pain is not tolerable that mean complete tear.

Hello, it seems you are getting recurrent stye in your eyes. Given your age most common causes are refractive error and chronic allergies which prompts frequent rubbing of eyes with hands, transferring dirt and infection. Get a vision test done at an eye clinic and if there is any refractive error please wear prescription glasses. Also avoid touching eyes. If you feel persistent itching or discomfort in your eyes try using a tear substitute and an antihistamine eye drop when there are no infections. For swollen eyelids with pus use an antibiotic eye drop and some analgesic (pain killer) tablet. Take care.

Yes this can happen to some people if they are superstitious/lying down with hand on chest/too much cold enviroment leading the heart to slow its movement, etc. Give her Aconite 30 - twice daily 4 pills for next 2 weeks Continue treatment.
