Few advice to stop bleeding gums-- - visit to a dentist for professional cleaning once in a year - use a soft toothbrush -- and brush properly! brush your teeth for at least two minutes twice a day and after meals. Hard brushing can further damage the soft tissues of your mouth. - floss at least once a day and be sure to floss beyond the gum line to remove more plaque. - control bleeding by applying pressure to the area with a cold compress. - rinse with salt water to keep the area clean. - Avoid mouthwashes that contain alcohol, which can dry out your mouth. - stay away from smoking and other tobacco products, which can aggravate bleeding gums.

I am 21 and I used to smoke alott. Now I have stopped smoking completely. But I see rashes on my hands and legs also on face more frequent. What is the cause ?

I am a 68 years old male having a good health generally speaking but being overweight , 1.75m tall and 120 kg. My main problem is gas as I fart quite often and sometimes it is very loud and disturbing to all specially to me. There is mostly no smell only noise. You doctors are always suggesting do not do this or that. Possibly you should suggest good practical food to eat as mostly all doctors suggest impossible next to all foods not to eat. Bloodpressure is 130/90 and blood chemistry is okay as I take 3 leaves of tulsi, 3 of neem, 3 of curry leaves and 3 mint leaves every morning. But iI still have kangaroo pouch below my stomach full of fat. And I walk daily 30 mns or more and I play golf walking once a week. Now I wait for your enlightening suggestion for a solution for my tummy.

You can take diet for diabetes. Low sugar breakfast cereal oats, low sugar bran flakes, peas or leafy green. Brown rice. Whole grain foods. Whole grain pasta. Avoid stress. 1. Relax your breathing. Take deliberate slow, deep breaths, and feel the tension begin to subside.

2. Clear your mind of disturbing thoughts. Remind yourself of all your strengths, of those occasions when you’ve coped in the past, and of things you still have to look forward to.

3. Shut off the critical parent in your head. We all have weaknesses and make mistakes. Don’t abandon, attack, or reject yourself. You need to support, and to nurture, yourself.

4. Practice self-care. Temporarily step back from the stressful situation. Maybe listen to some music, or message a friend, or play with your pet, or go for a walk.

5. Respond – don’t react. You don’t have to do anything right now. Take a moment to take control of your feelings and your thoughts. Then assess the situations, and think through different options.

6. You may have to put up protective boundaries. We often don’t have the energy to give at these times – so withdraw from people who would drain your energy.

7. A burden shared is a burden halved. Share how you feel with someone who cares. It’s good to ask for help when you’re worried or afraid.

I am suffering from a constipation problem for almost over a year. sometimes I get relieve but most of the time I am not relaxed with the stomach.
