1. Keep yourself hydrated. 2. Get extra rest for some days till you feel more energetic. 3. Avoid watching television for long hours. Indulge in relaxing activities. 4. Avoid stress and too much physical exertion. 5. Take a nutritious diet with more protein items in homemade food like soya, sprouts, dals, paneer, milk, seasonal fruits. 6. Do light physical activity, meditation and yoga. 7. Take one good multivitamin tablet after food for 7 days.

I hv a normal appetite. U can say I eat normal, but m not able to gain weight. For my age and height, m underweight. Wht may b the possible reason for tht? And please suggest a diet which I cn follow to gain some weight.

Fat-rich diet: intake of animal fat content should not exceed recommended levels because of the increased risk of cholesterol in blood. Instead, one can opt for unsaturated plant fats that are healthy and very helpful for weight gain.

Actually last month my brother in law aged 44 expired due to metastatic cancer in pancreas & intrahepatic cancer in liver. I was surprised to see that being a fully fit man without any disease. Now I am very much tensed that it could happen with any one. Pl suggest me which/what type of test/treatment could be taken up as a precautionary step.

It is sad to hear about your brother in law. Your height and weight indicate that you are fit and fine. You should not worry about disease and untimely death. Get your complete body tests/check done every three years from now on. You can only control what is in your hands. 1. Good natural simple nutrition 2. Daily exercise activities to stay fit. 3. Proper relaxation and sleep 4. Being stress free 5. Being happy and spreading happiness. If you can do all this then live a happy life. No one knows how many days we have been granted on this earth. We can only live in this moment. Breathe well and live well.

60 kgs is ideal weight for you you should start drinking lot of water to make your digestive sytem clear also have atleast 4 glass of honey water means 1 tsp of honey in a glass start having sprouts start your day with 12 watersoaked almonds have salad before your meals

I am getting tired post afternoon. In evening completely get lost due to fatigue, body pain. Also now a say not getting sleep completer. Recently I relocated to other city and leaving a lone.

Dear When body has less water, fatigue can set in. Also, make sure you are eating the correct kind of food that will energize your body and increase strength. Heavy, oily, spicy and stale precooked meals are a strain on the digestion and an lead to fatigue, weakness and loos of strength and aslo cause depression. Regards.

My age is 22 years and 8 months but my weight is 49 kg. I am becoming thin day by day. I want to increase my weight and want to gain muscle. You should go for 45 minutes brisk walk in the morning. Do regular exercise atleast 15 minutes. Take lukewarm water with half lemon in the morning. Take sprouts, fruits and vegetables. Eat salad before meals. Drink more water in a day. Take small and frequent meals.

My wife is 20 years old and whenever she gets period she loses a lot of blood and she feels very tired . Is that normal? My biggest question is that she bleeds a lot and blood is very thick that it is not being able to be absorbed by the pad. Is it normal?

If painless bleeding then its normal but if, she feel severe pain during menses then it may be due to pelvic infection or pelvic pathological disease. So, get an ultrasound of lower abdomen.
