Your bmi is calculated as 18.8 kilograms per square meter. Health aspects your weight is at a lower level; in our view, it may be less than optimal for your health. By classification of the who, you are" normalweight" your low body mass will not be a problem for your health provided you are getting sufficient amounts of vital substances such as protein, minerals, vitamins and essential fats. A low but stable weight may be fine. A small gain in weight could be beneficial, preferably by building up muscle mass eat a variety of foods that you like, optimally including five servings of fruit and vegetables a day. Avoid eating too sweet, too fat and too much. No diet is the best diet as long as the body is getting a well-balanced, mainly plant-based mix of carbohydrates, fats, proteins, minerals, vitamins and enough, but not too much energy. Physical activity do physical exercise at least for half an hour daily at moderate to vigorous intensity.

I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2. Take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3. Triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4. Amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating.

Hye, Wajan genetics aur apne kane peene ke uper bahut depend karta hai. Wajan kam hona poshtikta ki kami ka asar hota hai. Aap theek see waqt waqt pe khaye. Ek waqt pe poshtik khana khaye. Thoda Thoda samay samay pe khana le. Din mein 6 se 7 baar acche se pet bhar khaye. Bahar ki khane ki cheze kam le. Inse sirf charbi badhegi maas nahi. Khane mein fal sabji ghee dal dahi roti chawal doodh shengdaana khajoor lassi batata le. Chai coffee soda kam le, isse poshtikta nahi milti balke pet jaldi bhar jaata hai. Sahi samay pe Sahi matra mein khaoge tho wajan acche se badhega. Wyayam hafte mein 3 din zaroor kare. Wyaayam se maas aur wajan badhega aur bhook bhi lagegi. Sirf 2 ya 3 baar khane se kamjori hogi. Meetha khaana ho tho ghar pe banaaya kheer sheera lassi basundi le. Sirf dawa ya protein powder ya tonic lene se wajan nahi badhega. Uske liye acche se khaana aur Wyaayam bahut zaroori hai. Nahi tho powder ka bhi asar nahi hota. Apne aap ko waqt de, wajan badhne mein waqt lag sakta hai.

You have to be little patient while gaining weight as it takes time. Try to indulge yourself in physical activities like yoga, meditation etc you need to take protein rich and high carbohydrate diet. Like in break fast you can include banana shake + parantha, in mid morning have butter milk and sprouted moong daal chaat, lunch have atleast 3 chapatis + veg+ curd+ salad, evening take mango shake and at night agin 3 chapatis + dal+ vegetable+ salad. Include paneer, soyabean in you diet.

I will suggest you to Get your blood checked for CBC fbs ppbs lipid profile creatine and follow up with reports and few tips on diet say no to maida items like toast, khaari ,naan ,white bread. Can drink tea but without sugar say no to Buffalo milk and can drink cows milk can eat brown bread can eat sprout's can eat green vegetables, can eat chappati ,bajra ka rotla can eat one katori of rice twice a day with dal to avoid farsan food items can eat fruits.

Never Ever even think of meal /replace/skip/.rather change life style to BF with sproutes /Fruits/nuts/raw veges salad fruit plate with 7-8 daily .Avoid refined CHO carbohydrates as much as possible. Yes supplements like with Hydroxycitric acid /chrorium would balance body metabolism wonderfully in control .Take care many came with high Hb levels after vigorous Gym exercises.
