There is in ayurveda mention pinda swed. It is a type of swedan karma [phomentation] but it do some another manner. 1. Boiled a rice in milk then take this rice in one white cloth then tied it properly and warmly it rub on your face every morning for 15 days then stop it and do next month again 2. Apply almond oil on your face and massage for 3-5 min at night. By doing above thing you will get good result.

Dear , memory and mind power consists of understanding, storing and recollection of information you learn. Understanding depends on concentration. The more creative you are on doing tasks or reading, the more you understand. Storage and recollection depends on your understanding and how well you review what you have learned. Repetition and review of material learned and other tasks provides easy recollection. You can improve your concentration and total brain power with the help of green leafy vegetables, exercise, creative activities, number puzzles like sudoku etc. Hard work is the key to learning and recollection. Post a private question to me and I shall provide you more tips. Take care.

Hello- Medications you are using are herbal and safe but their effectiveness is questionable as they are not prescribed by any doctor, you might have self medicated yourself. Its better to start ayurvedic treatment under a ayurvedic doctor supervision, as ED can only be cured by treating is root cause, which needs a thorough history taking and checkup done by a ayurvedic doctor.

Many vegetables that are high in water and fiber content end up being "free" or "almost free." So if you're in the mood for something with crunch, think about these "free" options ("Free" foods, eaten in reasonable quantities, don't have to be journaled; if you like, journal 1 cup of these veggies as 1/2 cup vegetables without added fat):

  • 2 large celery stalks = 13 calories, 1.2 grams fiber
  • 2 cups shredded romaine lettuce = 18 calories, 1.4 grams fiber
  • 1/2 cucumber = 20 calories, 1 gram fiber
  • 1 medium tomato = 25 calories, 1.3 grams fiber
  • 1/2 cup sugar snap peas = 30 calories, 3.4 grams fiber
  • 1 carrot = 30 calories, 2 grams fiber
  • 1 cup jicama sticks = 45 calories, 6 grams fiber
