Hello, at the age of 20 if your hairs are getting grey then really it is a point of concern. Avoid using hard shampu and oils, use mild herbal shampu and a good medicated oil. Try to contact some ayurvedic doctor who themselves make oil not to depend on pharmacies based oil. Avoid or cover your hairs while you are in hard sun rays. Take protein and iron rich diet.

Sir, i am 22 years old, i am suffering from fits from past 7 years old doctors suggested me use zeptol for 3 years my doubt was it will cause any effect to my child after my marriage.

Dear , zeptol (carbamazepine) is a teratogenic drug, that may harm the foetus. It is ok to take it now. You delay pregnancy by few years (5 years). By the time of pregnancy you may try gradually tapering and stopping it. If not possible few other safer anti-epileptic medicines like lamotrigine may be tried, although small risk of cleft palate is there, but no very serious risk.

I am glad that you followed the doctor's advise even though it did not work. Even so you can still pick up the pieces and start afresh. My advice is for to seek counseling in tandem with the medication. It is grossly inadequate to rely on medication alone. Counseling will teach you a lot of coping skills and techniques to manage the daily challenges of life. This is a passive way to hope for recovery. You must be active and work towards your reformation. Many lifestyle changes need to be made to progress away for the condition. Then, if you go episode-free for three years under the combination of medicine and therapy, you could initiate weaning off of the medication gradually and under strict monitoring of the psychiatrist. But it is never too late, and now you have a clear agenda and time plan to resolve the depression. In the meantime please do the following: When you are depressed, you will feel lazy though I would like to call it lethargy. There is an inertia and lack of energy to even think, let alone act. You are required to literally do the opposite of what you feel like doing. Depression makes you want to withdraw, lie down, sleep, become lethargic, slow down, make you too lazy to even think etc. So when I suggested doing the opposite, you will need to fight this disease. You must become active; stay upright during the daylight time; meet people; never sleep during the day, wake up by 6 am every day, play some active games, especially contact games, do physical exercises, talk to people and join some social clubs, eat more of proteins and vegetables, attend Yoga classes etc. Watch sitcoms on TV or comedies and cheer yourself up. Go for excursions in groups, for outings, camps, conferences, and religious conventions. Get a pet dog and spend time training it, exercising it and relating to it. Expose yourself to some sunlight every day, at least 30 minutes but not in the scotching heat. I hope you can find someone to love and be loved too. Whatever happens, please incorporate these three important adaptations in your life: always be responsible, be respectful, and be functional. If you did these three things, lots of things will go well in life. Please pray and have faith in God to alleviate your sufferings. Don’t wait for others to help. Use your own motivation, which might be at its lowest, but persevere and win this battle. Be prayerful too and trust that God will intervene too. Do not worry about your colleagues’ progress. You have been handicapped by this disease and your belief system due to this disease. Now go out there and win your battle: nothing is too late in life.

1.Mix equal proportions of Fuller’s earth (multani mitti), rose water, and sandalwood powder. 2.Apply this mud pack to your face. 3.Wash after it dries up. 4.Repeat the process once a week. 5.Mix one tablespoon of lemon juice with one teaspoon of cinnamon powder and put it on the pimples overnight. In the morning, wash the skin well with lukewarm water. However, this particular remedy is not suitable for those with sensitive skin. 6.Rinse your face with water and pat it dry. Crush up mint leaves thoroughly, you can use a blender but a mortar and pestle works quite well if you happen to have one lying around. Rub the juice and crushed leaves on your face and leave for 5-10 minutes before rinsing off thoroughly with cold water.

Acne can not go for lifetime especially in case of females who have acne prone skin as well as females has to face certain unavoidable phases (premenstrual, pregnancy,lactation etc. Hormonal flactuations. You just take good basic care of your skin & avoid taking peels at present. Use soapfree cleanser, nonoily,noncomedogenic sunscreen & moisturiser at night if needed. Hair fall is due to many reasons now a day it is common due to stress and busy life check your haemoglobin level if less then take hamatinic any multinational company take proper diet (dal vegetables sprouts fruits) and do exercise minimum 15 min if possibles do yoga for 10 min increase water intake minimum 3 to 4 litres per day also take homoeo medicines homoeo medicines are known for to stop hair fall and it actually happens phosphrus 30 (30 no glouble) 2 tds x 2 weeks and reply also comb your hair gently and 2/3 time per day wash with homoeopathic shampoo (sbl or any company) twice a week preaper oil by mixing arnica montana q 30 ml + any regular hair oil and apply before wash you may consult me privately on this site check my economical packages on this site.

Lybrate-user according to your height your ideal body weight should be 70kg. Your weight is low compare to your ideal weight. This is the one reason why you are not increase your chest size. Hi, all your issues/ symptoms are because of you not getting sleep early. Your age is indicative of you being mostly a student at present. You may try out the following - (a) have dinner early, max by 8: 30 pm in night (b) streamline your diet & lifestyle. Make sure you have a light yet healthy dinner at night. High calorie foods are best avoided especially at night when the energy requirements are minimal. (c) avoid fatty, oily and greasy foods. (d) try not to study/ work late at night. Plan your day realistically, well and stick to your schedule. For things that you could not accomplish on any particular day, you may as well plan/ prioritize it for the next day as appropriate. Its always in your best interest/ health to get up early and study/ revise/ work with a fresh mind. (e) avoid studying/ watching tv/ movies et al in the night time as it would make your brain alert and you will have difficulty falling asleep. (f) in relation to point (e) above, you may watch some light weight entertainment serials/ music/ bhajans/ spiritual discourses in the evening time that shall help relax & de-stress. Studying some light interesting stories/ books at bedtime also helps lull and fall asleep. (g) do exercise/ walking, yoga/ meditation daily for about 30 to 45 minutes as suitable. You can try out shavasana especially when you go to bed, for 10 minutes. This shall help you relax, control your thought patterns and help fall asleep. (h) immerse your feet in warm water, with a cold towel wrapped around your head, for about 10 - 15 minutes before you go to bed. (i) avoid taking vitamin pills in the night. Instead, take them in day time. (j) a glass of warm milk with a pinch of turmeric at bed time helps too. Hope the above-mentioned helps. Should you still have issues falling asleep, I would advise you to consult a sleep disorder therapist/ somnologist who shall assist you suitably here.

Hi lybrate user. It's unlikely that her husband will realize that she is not a virgin. It's not easy to determine the virginity of a woman as in many cases the hymen ruptures in childhood itself due to trauma or heavy sports etc. But I would suggest that it's best to be honest if possible to build a relationship on trust rather than deception. All the best.
