Hi, I have hair failing and digestion problem. Please advise me what I need to do accordingly?
Hi. It's normal to lose up to 100 hair per day, and in most people, those hairs grow back. But many men -- and some women -- lose hair as they grow older. You can also lose your hair if you have certain diseases, such as thyroid problems, diabetes, or lupus. If you take certain medicines or have chemotherapy for cancer, you may also lose your hair. Other causes are stress, a low protein diet, a family history, use of bore water, or nutritional deficiencies. Need to rule out any causative factor or underlying medical condition. Management: Take diet rich in protein like non-veg, eggs (it's loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin b12, iron, zinc and omega 6 fatty acids in large amounts and biotin), different pulses & legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. Walnuts and almonds); iron-rich food like green vegetables, dates, carrots, prunes, green peas; also oats, shrimp, take flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take low-fat dairy products (they also contain whey and casein, two high-quality protein sources) take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of hard water to wash the head rather use boiled water for head wash. Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! cover your head with scarf or cap while stepping outside. Use rose wood/ any wooden hair comb to brush your hair. Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you fit and young! Medication: Take homoeopathic medicines - Schwabe's Wiesbaden 200 & Alfalfa tonic twice a day for 1 month and revert. Use Schwabe's Arnica shampoo and Hair Growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use Bakson's Arnica hair conditioner as well after every head wash. For Digestion problem: Take Schwabe's Alpha-Liv/ thrice daily for 1month.

There is in ayurveda mention pinda swed. It is a type of swedan karma [phomentation] but it do some another manner. 1. Boiled a rice in milk then take this rice in one white cloth then tied it properly and warmly it rub on your face every morning for 15 days then stop it and do next month again 2. Apply almond oil on your face and massage for 3-5 min at night. By doing above thing you will get good result.

A quick and easy solution can be found in your kitchen or your nearest grocery store — lemon juice. Lemons have vitamin C that can lighten dark spots on your face. It’s easy to apply. Put some fresh lemon juice on a cotton ball and rub it directly on the affected skin area. 1. Allow it to dry and then wash it off with plain water. 2. Continue applying this dark spot removal home remedy for at least two weeks to get the desired result. If you have delicate or sensitive skin, you can dilute the lemon juice with plain water, rosewater, or honey. You can also use lime juice to get rid of black spots, applying it in the same manner as described above.

To lose weight, you have to maintain an input-output ratio. Whatever food you eat contains the input calories which gives you the output calories in the form of energy. If your input calories is too much, you are likely to put on weight. The best way to lose weight is to exercise or spend the additional calories accumulated in your body in the form of fat. The other most important thing is to eat wisely. Try to cut down the excessive calories you are eating and make sure whatever you eat is healthy. Some tips to lose weight - 1. Have more fruits and vegetables than junk food and juices. 2. Avoid sugar as much as you can 3. Exercise 3-4 times a week. 4. Have an early dinner, preferably before 8 p. M. 5. Do not starve yourself. Eat small meals 5 times a day. 6. Have barley soup in dinner and avoid rice at night. 7. Drink lots of water daily.

I am 62 years old and I am having digestive problems for the last couple of months. If I eat anything other than the bland home cooked food I get loose motions with liquid stool. I eat twice a day, mornings and evenings, eating in the day for the third meal also causes the same problem. I am having something between an ache and burning senstion just around my navel, it is very mild. I have taken metrogyl 400, digene gel and currently taking homeopathy liv tonic.

Dear sir, you may be suffering from gerd. Go for an upper gi endoscopy to diagnose the problem. You will have to permanently avoid spicy and fatty foods. Take syp, sufrate 15 ml twice daily. This will help you. Contact your nearest gastro-enterologist with the report of endoscopy.

Eat healthy and fresh food. Avoid processed and fermented foods. Avoid aerated drinks Eat 3-4 servings of fruits everyday. Drink plenty of liquids. Antacids may help in case of hyperactivity. Exercise daily and maintain a helthy and active lifestyle. Hope this helps you.

See main cause of hair fall & hair damage is due to infection in scalp skin, which easily goes into hairs follicles & its root and results in hair fall, thinning of hairs. For control on hair fall you have to control on infections, medicines takes time to remove infections due to less blood supply in scalp skin. It requires proper medicines and care.

Hello don't worry about it. Add more protein in your diet like eggs, pulses, milk and milk products, do some basic workout every day. You can try whey protein powder after workout. You should take high calories food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Stop eating junk and processed food. Take 2 banana with warm milk in the morning.
