One should understand the difference between'permanent hair fixing' and'hair transplant' pmt hair fixing also varies in two categories i. E. Semi permanent hair fixing and permanent hair fixing. Semi pmt can be removed and may start falling out. With permanent hair fixing we expect these fixed good so that these do not start falling out but cases are reported sometimes that permanently fixed hair also start falling out. One important problem wirh permanent hair fixing is that when remaining natural hair grow and the barber cuts it, fixed hair also got cut and these do not regrow. Your fixing exercise goes waste.

Hello,These are the causes of premature graying hair includes- "A hormonal imbalance, Hyperthyroidism and Hypothyroidism, malnutrition, pernicious anemia, nutritional deficiency, using electric dryers and concentrated hair dyes, as well as genetic disorders, chemotherapy and radiation, are all factors. At times, a few gray hairs can develop in children as young as 8 years and then it is generally progressive with increasing age." *First of all you should correct our diet because what we are eating , that is reflecting on our body, so we should take Foods that are rich in iron and zinc help our body to fight against white hairs. Eat these following foods; like mushrooms, corns, green leafy vegetables, almonds etc. Avoid too much oily foods. Drink adequate water. Our Homoeopathy also helps to reduce and prevent the hair fall. 1. you should take lycopodium 200 , 5 drops once in 15 days, morning empty stomach. 2. Take wiesbaden 200, 5 drops , once a day. 3. First you should follow low calories food for weight loss. * in morning, take 1-2 chapattis with a bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of lemon water with it *in lunch you can take a bowl of raw vegetables like carrot, radish, tomatoes, turnip or beetroot. *in evening, you can take a cup of green tea only with some pieces of friuts like apple, pineapple, pear. Avoid taking banana or mango. *in dinner, you can take vegetable soup or a bowl of cooked vegetables. But do not take potato, sweet potatoes. * you can take a cup skimmed milk 4 times a week only during day time. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. Follow these exercises in the morning - * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories and the calories deposit in body in the form of weight if not utilised. * you can take medohar guggalu 1 tablet daily for quick weight loss but only under the guidance of ayurveda expert.

1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. These are the methods to treat black heads -.• Blackheads are formed due to blocking of skin pores. Steam your face to open the pores, which in turn clear the skin. Steam your face for a couple of minutes. • Do YOGASANA daily. Especially do SINHASANA & SARVANGASANA daily. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. • Do not touch your face again & again because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. • Mix black pepper powder in some water to make paste & apply on the blackheads three times a week. • Take cucumber and papaya pulp. Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric. Make a paste and apply it on face and leave it for 15 minutes. • Take 2 teaspoon of MAHAMANJISTHARISTA of BAIDYANATH company, meal it in a glass of water & take it once a day after meals

It will take some effort for you to flatten your tummy. I am outlining a 21 day plan for you. If you follow this plan sincerely then you will see a noticeable difference in just 21 days. There are 5 things that you need to do: 1. Eliminate all refined sugars from your diet. This means no sugar in your tea/coffee/milk, no consumption of sugary beverages like coke, pepsi and total elimination of all snacks like biscuits, cakes, sweet dishes. I know it is difficult but remember that you just have to adhere to this for 21 days. If you wish to snack you can have unsalted peanuts, dry fruits, seeds or yogurt. 2. When you get up in the morning, put your pillow aside and lie with your back straight. Put both your legs together and lift them so your legs are at a 30 degree angle with the bed. Maintain this pose of 5 minutes. Keep breathing while your legs are in the air. 3. Eliminate dinner altogether. In place of dinner have a bowl of papaya. You can have a small bowl of yogurt with black salt if you are not able to control your urge. 4. Keep hydrated through out the day. You need to drink at least 10 glasses of water every day. Tea/coffee are not substitutes of water. Minimize consumption of milk. Add raw vegetables to each meal. 5. One 500 mg tablet of calcium d-glucarate and one tablet of b-complex every day. If you miss even one of the steps mentioned above during your 21 day regime then you have to start all over again from day 1. Please bear in mind that it takes 21 consecutive days of performing all the above mentioned steps for the stomach muscles to start toning up. Thank you!

We all dream at night. A normal person may have 5 - 6 dreams every night. But we don't remember these dreams, because we are fast asleep. We remember those dreams which occur when we are half asleep. Since, you remember so many dreams, that itself shows that you are not in the state of deep sleep for a long time. Our body is rejuvenated completely when we get enough of this deep sleep. But you are not able to have enough deep sleep and hence your body does not get enough rest. So you find it difficult to wake up early. Please understand that getting many dreams is not your problem, but not getting enough deep sleep is the concern. There might be many reasons for not getting enough deep sleep. Like you said your are stressed because of ca final exams and stress at office, this might be putting a lot pressure on your mind. If there are any other personal worries or health concerns, financial troubles etc then that also will affect your sleep. If possible go for jog/walk/yoga etc which will help you in reducing your stress. Try to go to bed at a fixed time. Have a cup of hot milk if possible, before sleeping. Before lying down, sit on the bed with legs folded, eyes closed and lights switched off and then take long, deep breaths. Just observe your breaths. Start counting from 1 to 100. Also recite some mantra/shlokas if you believe in them. Basically try to calm your mind before sleeping. In spite of all this, if you cannot sleep early, still get up at a fixed time, it will help you to fall asleep early the next day. All the best.

Dimpled cheeks are considered attractive, and they are a common genetic trait. Most are actually caused by a birth defect, which just goes to show that not all malformations are actually bad. The most common cause of dimples is a shortened muscle, which explains why they are not always apparent when a person is at rest, since this is when the muscles are typically in their shortened state. In the face, shorter face muscles pull at the skin, especially when someone smiles, creating a classic dimple. Over time, the muscles of the face can slowly stretch out, which is why some people have them when they are young, but lose them as they age. Dimples can also form on other body parts, like the buttocks. Those in other regions are usually not as highly prized as those on the face, perhaps because the face is readily visible, while other body parts are not.

Vaginal area is kept always clothed and due to the hot and humid climate of our country, it is possible that you might be experiencing some odor, that you feel is strange. Wearing synthetic underwear for prolonged periods can cause sweat to drench the hair around the vulva and cause odor vaginal odor occurs also due to abnormal bacterial colonisation in vagina. This can be the cause for frequent white discharge and odor. This can occur in persons who do not eat products like curds or those who use" vaginal" cleaning commercial lotions to keep ofor away bad practices like wiping the vulva from back to front can also spread the bacteria from anal region to the vulva and cause recurrent infections and odor. Simple measures to reduce odor are: washing the private parts with simple non irritating soap and water once or twice a day, at bath. Eating fresh home made curds (dahi) everyday will help better bacteria to colonise in the anal region and vagina always wipe the vulva (private parts) from front to back keeping private part area moisture free, but avoiding wearing a underwear for few days while sleeping can also get rid of some odors. Keep the hair around your private parts trimmed or shaved to facilitate easy cleansing and avoiding the sweat which can drench the hair to cause odor wearing loose underwear and that too of cotton also helps as cotton helps absorb moisture and evaporate and keeps the skin dry finally a visit to a gynec will also help you get examined and if there is any vaginal or groin skin infection medicines can be prescribed the gynec can also help you to assess whether your perception of the" odor" is right or wrong. May be the odor is correct but you are getting anxious about it due to the forthcoming marriage.
