I am suffering from ringworm it very irritating. I am very tired of it I have tried many thinks but it again comes. So tell some treatment of this. Which completely remove it. Please.

Eat enough calories eat sufficient high-quality protein.-eggs, panner, cheese, sprouts, soya, yogurt, nuts fuel your workouts with carbohydrate be smart and choose the most effective muscle building exercises. Never skip meals follow small meal pattern.

I am really underweight for my age. I do eat a lot and maintained a diet to gain weight but to no avail. I constantly find myself going to the washroom after a heavy diet. I consulted a doctor and he said maybe I have a high metabolism rate. But is there anything I can do to gain substantial weight? Dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. Or take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. Or you can take amla powder 1 teaspoon with water for strong digestion. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. I am sending the diet chart. Follow it in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. 6. You can try protein powders like endura mass, milk powder, soya protein. And creatinine for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day.

Dear lybrate-user, headache whether its severe, throbbing means you have to take some investigations. Check your B.p, eye check up, xray skull ap view to rule out sinusities. Simply taking pain killers will not do needful.

Hi I presume your from Kerala. First of all get an Ultrasound of Abdomen and pelvis to rule out any ovarian pathology. U said that the drs removed only the uterus only or also the ovaries and the tubes also. Detailed history is needed to advise properly I need to know your daily diet intake to advise you properly. Since you r a diabetic stop eating Dairy products and wheat Wheat is a gluten and the hybrid type of wheat you get now is not good for your pancreas. To remain healthy you should follow 3 steps in your life 1.BALANCED DIET 2.EARLY MORNING BRISK MORNING WALK for 30 minutes and 10 minutes evening walk after Dinner 3.DRINK 6-8 Glasse of water daily. As 60% of our body is made of water, it acts as a carrier of essential nutrients inside our body. Loosing as little as 5% of body's weight as water can cause headache, fatigue and lower your muscle strength. To stay healthy, an adult should drink at least 8 glasses of water everyday. Balanced Diet= 60% Carbohydrates + 20% Fats + 20% Proteins 1. Carbohydrates: Our main source of energy. Stored in liver and muscles. Carbohydrates are used the most by our body duringexercise. Hence, it is important for people who exercise regularly to consume a diet rich in carbohydrates. (a) Instant/rapid carbohydrates energy sources: Banana, Milk, Sweets, Sugarcane juice. (b) Slow carbohydrates energy sources: Beans, Bread, Cereals, Potato, Pulses, Rice. 2. Proteins: Essential for growth, repair of muscle, skin, hair and body tissues. You can do muscle building exercise for weight gain.Eat food extra more frequently.Take dense fruits,vegetables,unprocessed foods.Take whole cream milk.Add cream with tea/coffee.Eat fish,egg,lean meat,tofu,mushroom,soy milk,soy product.Use healthy fat more in cooking.Take seeds,nuts.Use weigh gainer supplement.Avoid smoking,alcohol.Drink lots of water but not just before and during meals.Lead a stress free life and quality sleep.

First of all you should follow some basic thing 1. Avoid=hot and cold at time 2. Less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3. Do not drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4. Avoid late night sleep 5. Avoid to eat spicy food, besan, bekary food, overeating, junk food. 6. Every 3 day in month eat mung dal and rice for whole day.

Dear lybrate-user, Thank you for contacting Lybrate. I understand your concern about WET DREAMS and I can see that you are concerned about its effect on your career. Let me tell you that night emissions of semen or ‘wet dreams’ are normal events. Semen is being manufactured by your genital organs continuously; it has to be expelled by some means. This situation is just akin to a glass of full water to which you add more water, with the logical result that it overflows! This happens to semen too. If one neither has sex nor masturbation for long time, semen gets expelled in the form of night emissions, which is normal. This is not an illness or disease. No need to consult doctor for this. No need of any medication as this is not an illness. When one engages in regular sexual activity with partner or masturbation, the night emissions will be decreased or disappear. You can definitely go for career of your choice. Wet dreams do not cause any difficulty in this regard. You may get counseling with psychiatrist or sexologist for it. You take high calorie n high protein diet. Don't skip breakfast. With breakfast you drink 1 glass of milk n 2 anjeer n 2 almonds. Take 4-5 meals in a day in frequent intervals.

Do regular exercise. Take 2 glass water in the morning. Make a habit of consuming one well ripen banana with a cup of warm milk. Eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk overnight. Include protein rich food in your diet like soyabean, sattu with milk, eggs, sprouts, milk and milk products, combination of cereals and pulses take healthy and heavy breakfast. No drink before meals.
