How to Tell If Sweating Is Normal or Excessive

You might not be sure if your sweating is normal or excessive. If you are concerned, the following factors can help you to decide if to see a doctor:

You experience excessive sweating that has occurred for at least six months without an apparent reason

Your sweat occurs on both sides of your body in roughly the same amount

You have incidents of excessive sweating at least once a weekyour sweating interferes with your daily activities

You started sweating excessively when you were younger than 25 years old

You do not sweat in your sleep

You have a family history of hyperhidrosis

These factors might indicate that you have primary focal hyperhidrosis. You?ll need to see a doctor for a more accurate diagnosis.

Sweating all over or excessively in one area might indicate that you have secondary generalized hyperhidrosis. It?s important to see your doctor to find out the underlying cause.

Some conditions associated with excessive sweating can be serious. Make sure to let your doctor know if you are experiencing any other unusual symptoms along with sweating.

Dear lybrateuser, -do steam inhalation 2-3 times a day -avoid cold fluids, have warm water, tea, milk, soup -have tab levocetirizine, 5 mg, 1 tab in the evening especially when there is change of season & also avoid sitting under a fast fan -also have a teaspoonful of honey in the morning with breakfast, have more of fruits & green leafy vegetables to boost your immunity -also exercise regularly, do yoga, deep breathing for 10-15 min daily to keep fit & for a strong immunity.

You can apply Kenacort paste locally on the ulcer thrice daily, mucopain gel thrice daily before food. It will take some time for the ulcer to heal naturally.

Dear , Creatinine levels can be changed with proper water metabolism and does not necessarily need medicine support all the time. Neprosave is too strong a medicine. First of all, you need to reduce your weight by atleast 35 kgs to be able to reduce the burden on all you body organs. Any amount of medicine will help reduce the symptom, but a proper lifestyle, weight, proper regulated food are essential to maintain proper health. Regards.

Now that there is so much of movement to decriminalize homosexuality, you have a choice. However, since you are so young, do not be fooled by the orientation right away. At this age and due to many factors both environmentally and naturally, you could be driven into a choice that appears natural but is only in that guise to distract you from what is suppressed. So wait for some time and see if this is your true leaning and then you can pursue it. Talk to a sexologist too and get the full understanding of sex and sexuality; which is physical primarily for the former and the latter incorporates femininity and masculinity. There are some beautiful subtleties that need to be grasped and when you are in the full know of these aspects, your decision could be in the right perspective. Seek from that person the understanding of the implications of your choice and then if you are comfortable about a particular leaning you may choose to do so. With regard to improving your concentration, you may do some of the following: Daily exercise of at least half an hour is a must. Even if you go to a gym, ask for aerobic and/or callisthenic exercises with whatever else you are doing. A healthy body harbors a healthy mind. With regard to memory, it is very important that your brain and body is ideally rested to be able to recall whatever is required, rather comfortably. Puzzles pose problems to the brain that help it to use new pathways and neurons, which give the brain considerable exercise. It taxes the left brain to use logic to solve the myriad possibilities which other activities do not stimulate. Crosswords are excellent for vocabulary learning and use. Jigsaws and Rubik cube stimulate different permutations to finally settle on the most likely one. Picture completion and anagrams help approach problem-solving from several angles. Do Sudoku, and memory co-relation activities and skills. Have a good night’s sleep, have a good breakfast of more proteins, meditate often, remain free of stress, eat a lot of fiber (whole grains, fruits and vegetables), nuts, avocado, eat dark chocolate, consume less of fat and use olive oil instead, do Yoga meditation exercises, etc. You need to check out if you are stronger visual or auditory. The visual is a better mode than the auditory. However, if you combine the two modes, you will get the best concentration. Have a special place of learning, which should be well lit, with soft painted walls, well-ventilated, with no distractions. When you get bored, study by writing. If you repeat learning, at least, five to seven times, you will apparently remember for a longer time. Sit comfortably but do not slouch. The reading material should be of a fairly large print. Study at small intervals of about 40 minutes and then take a break or change the subject. Short-term memory is a faculty of the left brain, and long-term memory is a feature of the right brain. When people are stressed, they tend to favor the right brain and abandon the left brain, where short-term memory resides. So, it is really very simple: deal with the stress and activate left brain functions. Here are a few suggestions to activate left brain function: shut your left nostril and breathe, move your eyes from right to left and vice versa for at least half a minute at a time, and do callisthenic exercises with some form of counting, regularly. There is a new exercise called Super Brain Yoga, which is done by holding the right earlobe with your left thumb and index finger, and the left earlobe with your right hand’s thumb and index finger. In this position, you must squat down and rise up and do this for five minutes every day. There is some memory enhancing techniques and study methods that your teacher will be able to guide you with. If your home life is full of distractions and stress, it is likely to affect your memory, adversely. In that case, I suggest that the family goes for counseling too. The following foods do help too: Blueberries, walnuts, turmeric, Spinach, tomatoes, broccoli, acorn squash, green tea, oily fish, boiled egg, turkey, apples, oatmeal, leafy greens, lentils, pumpkin seeds, avocado, cinnamon, thyme, sunflower seeds, and red wine. Avoid sugar and junk food. You may also include these noted foods that are good for your brain health: Brain-Friendly Foods MIND stands for Mediterranean-DASH Intervention for Neurodegenerative Delay. But the MIND approach “specifically includes foods and nutrients that medical literature and data show to be good for the brain, such as berries,” says Martha Clare Morris, ScD, director of nutrition and nutritional epidemiology at Rush University Medical Center. You eat things from these 10 food groups: •Green leafy vegetables (like spinach and salad greens): At least six servings a week •Other vegetables: At least one a day •Nuts: Five servings a week •Berries: Two or more servings a week •Beans: At least three servings a week •Whole grains: Three or more servings a day •Fish: Once a week •Poultry (like chicken or turkey): Two times a week •Olive oil: Use it as your main cooking oil. •Wine: One glass a day You avoid: •Red meat: Less than four servings a week •Butter and margarine: Less than a tablespoon daily •Cheese: Less than one serving a week •Pastries and sweets: Less than five servings a week •Fried or fast food: Less than one serving a week.

Hi, there is no chance of pregnancy if sex is done day before the menstruation, as per your words no entry of sprm seen during the intercourse. So no chance about the pregnancy need not to take pills. It is due to stress which invites hormonal dis balance. Wait it will occur very soon soon after you become normal. Ok.

1. Drink 100-500 ml of tender coconut water twice a day for relief from hyperacidity Mix equal parts of powdered fennel, licorice root, basil leaves and coriander seeds. Have ½ teaspoon of this mixture with ½ teaspoon of powdered rock candy (or unrefined sugar) 15 minutes before lunch and dinner. 2.Make a powdered mixture of equal parts of rock candy (or unrefined sugar), fennel, and green cardamom. Whenever you feel heartburn, mix 1 teaspoon of the mixture in a glass of cold milk and drink. 3.Avoid tea, coffee, and carbonated or alcoholic beverages.Especially stop drinking bed tea. 4.Avoid using garlic, ginger, onions, tomatoes, and vinegar in cooking. 5.Curd should be strictly avoided at night. 6. Practice Yoga and Pranayama such as Vajrasana, Bhujangasana, Salabhasana, Bhastrika Pranayama,Shitali Pranayama and Shitkari Pranayama. 7.Drink plenty of fluids and water. 8. Avoid constipation. 9. Revert back after 10 days. Take Care.

Hello. Check your diet. Advice to add more fibrous vegetables, fruits. Reduce ground nut, chick pea, bengal gram. If there is any feeling of fullness drink hot water with fried cumin seeds. Have dhanwantara tablet 2-3tablet for the abdominal distension, nausea (feels to vomit. Safe to take in pregnancy too.

Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Mix one teaspoon of baking soda with a little water to make a thin paste. Dab it on the affected area. Repeat this several times a day. Alternatively, you can simply put baking soda directly on your mouth ulcer. Also apply little honey. It takes 7-10 days to heal.

I have stammering problem since a long time. When I am getting nervous or meeting someone for the first time then it happens so badly. So please give me a permanent solution for this problem?

Stammering is typically recognised by a tense struggle to get words out. This makes it different from the normal non-fluency we all experience which includes hesitations and repetitions. Commonly it involves repeating or prolonging sounds or words, or getting stuck without any sound (silent blocking). Sometimes people put in extra sounds or words. Often people lose eye contact. Some people who stammer talk their way round difficult words so that you may not realise they stammer at all. This avoidance of words, and avoidance of speaking in some or many situations, is an important aspect of stammering. Stammering varies tremendously from person to person and is highly variable for the person who stammers who may be fluent one minute and struggling to speak the next. Get an mri brain and eeg with a psychiatrist evaluation.

Thx for the query. Polycystic ovarian syndrome is a common cause of anovulation and infertility in women. These women do not ovulate (release eggs) regularly and therefore have irregular menstrual periods. Clome 50 and metforfin are used together to cause ovulation in women with pcod. Continue with your medication. Common side effects of clome include abnormal vaginal bleeding, breast discomfort, headache, and vomiting. Weight loss ans daily exercise is very important part of treatment of pcos. Get your pregnancy test done once. Hope this helps you.
