Only one equation I know to shed off your extra kilograms is exercise to burn calories and reduce intake of calorie i. E. Food. Pcos was non-existent during ayurveda time. You must see a gynaecologist to assess your status. Your treatment is reduction of weight, some medicine to regulate your cycle for few months, correction of androgenic problem if that is there in your body. Y can't I do more than 3-4 mins of intercourse during sex. Just want to increase the main intercourse timing. Kindly don't suggest fr foreplay as I give it a large tym and don't say for to change the positions stay in between the strokes. Advise only when it's different which I read on Google or see on YouTube. Thanks in advance.

First avoid performance anxiety Secondly u can do one exercise...hold urine for as much time as possible and while urinating do it in multiple episodes rather than doing it at once...contract ur bottom like u do while retaining stools...all these exercises increases strength if muscles of intercourse

Acute HIV syndrome can present as sore throat but not all sore throats are because of HIV. You are at risk of HIV only if you have indulged in high risk behavior like unprotected sexual activity.

Mr. Lybrate-user, if one has diabetes mellitus, then regular blood sugar check up is necessary. One can do this test at home with a glucometer. Frequency depends on severity and type of treatment. Because if a patient is on insulin then very frequent testing is needed. Otherwise initially once a week, later at once in 15 days or so. Secondly once in 3 to 6 months hba1c% should be checked. Also periodically lipids (cholesterol) also should be checked. Also once a year get the eyes checked for any retinal involvement, this is a very necessary test.

Hello, sinusitis is a common affliction these days occuring as a result of either a structural deformity in your nose cavity or complication of diseases like common cold. The problem you are facing can be solved adequately by a proper course of antibiotic, nasal decongestants and steam inhalation. However if the symptoms persist, or if you problem is because of some structural deformity such as a nasal polyp, surgery maybe necessary. In case of repeated attacks of sinusitis, please consult a qualified ent specialist to seek out the cause. For this, a nasal endoscopy may be necessary. Please go prepared for that. Thank you.

Hi, This s die to gastric problem.. drink more water avoid spicy and junk food. eat half of the stomach.. avoid lying or go to bed immediately while after eating. drink ginger water it can improve the peristaltic movement.. take care.

Who wouldn't desire to prolong those precious moments in bed and bring their significant other to absolute satiation? However many unwanted, sometimes awkward, situations arise which compromise the climactic pleasures and become the cause of profound afflictions to various men. Premature ejaculation is triggered off by various biological and physiological causes. Some causes may be enlisted as hormonal imbalances, nervous disorders, erectile dysfunctions, infections in the urethra or the prostate, while others may be these may be owing  hereditary while others may be instigated by socio-psychological factors like coyness, performance anxiety or overexcitement. 

Often the lack of sexual compatibility between the partners may also lead to premature ejaculation. While premature ejaculation is an often scoffed at phenomenon and may lead to unpleasantness between the partners, one need not be dejected by it. Premature ejaculation does not accrue any serious health implication, neither does it reflect negatively on your "manhood". True, it limits the duration of the sexual intercourse and thus adversely affects one's sexual prowess, but premature ejaculation should not be a cause of any embarrassment and distress. It is a physical condition which can easily be dealt with using natural or clinical cures. However, given that natural methods have nil or minimal side-effects, many prefer ayurvedic prescriptions. 

1. Asparagus and milk powder
Mixing asparagus powder in a glass of boiling milk is an effective cure to premature ejaculation.

2. Blending almonds, ginger, cardamom and saffron with milk
Ayurveda prescribes mixing crushed almonds with powdered ginger, cardamom and saffron in milk and consuming it regularly to abate the frequency of premature ejaculation.

3. Eggs
Eggs contain vital cholesterols which accelerates the vital sex hormones which increase your longevity in bed.

4. Including cereals and blueberries in breakfast
Blueberries and cereal grains improve blood circulation around the genitalia and helps in holding an erection for a longer span of time. It is also a testified antidote to premature ejaculation.

The combination of porn and masturbation will make it more difficult and the addiction will become more strong. YOU must stop this at once and keep off of it for some time and develop some good habits to keep you distracted. Masturbation is not really bad; it is the addiction to it that is bad. Not even the number of years is a problem but the frequency and compulsiveness to do it is to be considered for its ill-effects. At your age you may feel it difficult and it can become addictive if you have alone time, if you obsess about it, and if you are not into relationships. The problem with addiction to this is that you may go on to prefer masturbation to heterosexual contact, even when you are married. That obviously would be an insult to your wife and will lead to a lot of conflict. Heterosexual contact is very wholesome and the physiology is made exactly for penile and vaginal contact. You will instead enjoy a poor replica of this and not know or care for the difference. The second thing that can happen with addiction is that it will become compulsive and will have no boundaries or limits, since it can be done all by yourself, whenever, wherever, and however too. The big problem a lot of children get into is the guilt around this. A useful way to discharge the energy is to get into contact games, or exercises, or even hobbies to channelize it. Also you should not spend too much time alone, and you need to keep your mind occupied with other interesting things and a lot of socializing. Even if you are not interested in marriage, for whatever reasons, it will help you to get into a friendship with a girl and enjoy the relationship where there will be a lot of excitement when you fall in love. Right now your hormones may be very active and your physiological apparatus is primed and ready for sexual stimulation. But because of your age and even otherwise it is important to develop good control and not feed into your impulses. Keeping yourself occupied and living a healthy social life are the keys to manage your sexual drives. Now for your memory enhancement: I suspect that the adolescent issues with regard to hormones may be affecting your ability to concentrate and remember. When the hormones play up, it lasts for a period of close to two years and during that time you could be influenced by three signs directly impacted by the chemical: you will tend to become aggressive and rebellious, you will become sexually active, and you will have acne and pimple problems. The hormonal imbalances may not only impact your memory because of the chemical but also bring some distractions that come with it. But you may work on the following even if the hormones kick in: Daily exercise of at least half an hour is a must. Even if you go to a gym, ask for aerobic and/or callisthenic exercises with whatever else you are doing. A healthy body harbors a healthy mind. With regard to memory, it is very important that your brain and body is ideally rested to be able to recall whatever is required, rather comfortably. Puzzles pose problems to the brain that help it to use new pathways and neurons, which give the brain considerable exercise. It taxes the left brain to use logic to solve the myriad possibilities which other activities do not stimulate. Crosswords are excellent for vocabulary learning and use. Jigsaws and Rubik cube stimulate different permutations to finally settle on the most likely one. Picture completion and anagrams help approach problem-solving from several angles. Do Sudoku, and memory co-relation activities and skills. Have a good night’s sleep, have a good breakfast of more proteins, meditate often, remain free of stress, eat a lot of fiber (whole grains, fruits and vegetables), nuts, avocado, eat dark chocolate, consume less of fat and use olive oil instead, do Yoga meditation exercises, etc. You need to check out if you are stronger visual or auditory. The visual is a better mode than the auditory. However, if you combine the two modes, you will get the best concentration. Have a special place of learning, which should be well lit, with soft painted walls, well-ventilated, with no distractions. When you get bored, study by writing. If you repeat learning, at least, five to seven times, you will apparently remember for a longer time. Sit comfortably but do not slouch. The reading material should be of a fairly large print. Study at small intervals of about 40 minutes and then take a break or change the subject. Short-term memory is a faculty of the left brain, and long-term memory is a feature of the right brain. When people are stressed, they tend to favor the right brain and abandon the left brain, where short-term memory resides. So, it is really very simple: deal with the stress and activate left brain functions. Here are a few suggestions to activate left brain function: shut your left nostril and breathe, move your eyes from right to left and vice versa for at least half a minute at a time, and do callisthenic exercises with some form of counting, regularly. There is a new exercise called Super Brain Yoga, which is done by holding the right earlobe with your left thumb and index finger, and the left earlobe with your right hand’s thumb and index finger. In this position, you must squat down and rise up and do this for five minutes every day. There is some memory enhancing techniques and study methods that your teacher will be able to guide you with. If your home life is full of distractions and stress, it is likely to affect your memory, adversely. In that case, I suggest that the family goes for counseling too. The following foods do help too: Blueberries, walnuts, turmeric, Spinach, tomatoes, broccoli, acorn squash, green tea, oily fish, boiled egg, turkey, apples, oatmeal, leafy greens, lentils, pumpkin seeds, avocado, cinnamon, thyme, sunflower seeds, and red wine. Avoid sugar and junk food. You may also include these noted foods that are good for your brain health: Brain-Friendly Foods MIND stands for Mediterranean-DASH Intervention for Neurodegenerative Delay. But the MIND approach “specifically includes foods and nutrients that medical literature and data show to be good for the brain, such as berries,” says Martha Clare Morris, ScD, director of nutrition and nutritional epidemiology at Rush University Medical Center. You eat things from these 10 food groups: •Green leafy vegetables (like spinach and salad greens): At least six servings a week •Other vegetables: At least one a day •Nuts: Five servings a week •Berries: Two or more servings a week •Beans: At least three servings a week •Whole grains: Three or more servings a day •Fish: Once a week •Poultry (like chicken or turkey): Two times a week •Olive oil: Use it as your main cooking oil. •Wine: One glass a day You avoid: •Red meat: Less than four servings a week •Butter and margarine: Less than a tablespoon daily •Cheese: Less than one serving a week •Pastries and sweets: Less than five servings a week •Fried or fast food: Less than one serving a week.

Piles is collection of messwork of the vascular region of anal region there are generally there are four grades types of piles. So accordingly the line of treatment will also vary. Main cause is the constipation by wrong food habbits and less of water intake of water required by the body one should have balanced diet rich in leafy vegetables and cerials if non vegetarian lean meat, fish aviod red meat and junk food. In nut shell this is it. Best thing would be to consult a gastrointestinal surgeon he will guide you.
