No, all creams are not claiming the truth. Prior to starting any treatment this realisation is very necessary that we cannot make a stark change in complexion. But certain medicines would definitely help in improving complexion, make skin even toned and glowing. For the same you may follow these suggestions apply a sunscreen in morning with good uvb and uva protection like shadowz, ultraguard, ansolar etc use melawash face wash daily two times in a day. Apply it over face for four to five minutes then wash off apply a skin lightening cream like lumacip plus in night. Only a small amount had to be applied over face and do not rub the cream. Usually with in one to month desirable response is seen. I would also suggest you to take few sessions of skin lightening peels every two or three weeks. Usually four or five sessions are good enough.

HELLO, I am B. Mohapatra. Actually My husband is 36. And his problem is when he was in school he had a fever that is called fileria. Due to some some wrong medication his joint of hip is stiffed. And he cant stand without crutches. And when he does not use crutches he can walk. But with one leg. Please suggest me what to do. Can the portion be replaces in modern technology of medical science. Hip pain k liye ap exercise kijiye I hope u feel well……………………………………………………….Hip Strengthening – Basic Exercises To begin with, the following basic hip strengthening exercises should be performed approximately 10 times, 3 times daily. As your hip strength improves, the exercises can be progressed by gradually increasing the repetitions and strength of contraction provided they do not cause or increase pain. Bridging Begin this exercise lying on your back in the position demonstrated (figure 1). Slowly lift your bottom pushing through your feet, until your knee, hip and shoulder are in a straight line. Tighten your bottom muscles (gluteals) as you do this. Hold for 2 seconds and repeat 10 times. Hip Extension in Lying Begin this exercise lying on your stomach in the position demonstrated (figure 2). Keeping your knee straight, slowly lift your leg tightening your bottom muscles (gluteals). Hold for 2 seconds and repeat 10 times. Adductor Squeeze Begin this exercise lying in the position demonstrated with a rolled towel or ball between your knees (figure 3). Slowly squeeze the ball between your knees tightening your inner thigh muscles (adductors). Hold for 5 seconds and repeat 10 times as hard as possible pain free. Figure 3 – Adductor Squeeze Hip Abduction Sidelying Begin this exercise lying on your side in the position demonstrated (figure 4). Keeping your back and knee straight and foot facing forwards, slowly take your leg to the side tightening the muscles at the side of your thigh / hip (abductors). Hold for 2 seconds and repeat 10 times as far as possible pain free. Hip Abduction Standing Begin this exercise standing at a bench or table for balance (figure 5). Keeping your back and knee straight and foot facing forwards, slowly take your leg to the side tightening the muscles at the side of your thigh / hip (abductors). Hold for 2 seconds and repeat 10 times as far as possible pain free. Straight Leg Raise Begin this exercise lying on your back with one leg straight and one leg bent (figure 6). Slowly lift your straight leg to approximately 45 degrees keeping your knee and toes facing the ceiling. Hold for 2 seconds and repeat 10 times provided it is pain free. Hip Flexion Begin this exercise standing at a bench or table for balance (figure 7). Slowly lift your knee up as high as you can while keeping your back straight and tightening the muscles at the front of your hip (hip flexors). Hold for 2 seconds and repeat 10 times as far as possible pain free

New partner, guilt, abnormal hormone levels, thyroid problems. First we have to rule out actual cause of your premature ejaculation. *do exercise daily 45 min. * eat healthy diet. * avoid smoking, limit your alcohol.

It could be a blocked nose for which you can use nasivion nasal spray two three times a day but if you are facing some other problems you have to specify it you can consult a physician and get clinically examined

As blood is diverted to musculature, one should avoid anything just after workout can take water, fruit juices, tea 20 minutes after workout after 40 min, can have diet rich in carbohydrates please avoid heavy and fatty diet after workout high protein and some fatty food can be taken after 2 to 3 hrs of workout.

Hello lybrate-user, keep regular timings for sleep. Night time avoid spicy food. Daily do some physical exercises makes you tired and makes you sleep. Drink one glss of milk before going to sleep. Follow this rule if you are not getting sleep still. Just revert me back ill help you mady.

1-take plenty of water in whole day
2-take dinar at least 2 hours before sleep
3- increase fibers in your diet. Like take papaya, cheeku, salad, cucumber. Etc
4-try to take whole fruit instead of fruit juice
5-take a little walk after taking meal
6- take a luke warm sweet milk at night
7-don't take heavy meal in dinner;
8- don't take more food until last food has digested.
9- take a glass of water at morning empty stomach.

Hi, My son is 3.5 years of age. He had 3 minor blood Dysentery in 2 months interval. Every time after a viral infection/fever. Stays for 0.5 to 1.5 days only and then with application of antibiotic goes away. My child specialist said it is normal. Is this really nothing to worry? We recently started fruit juice to him. Is it anything to do with Dysentery? Please advise.

Do not give him fruit juice from market. Either make it at home and give him quarter of a class at a time. Much better is to give him fruits to eat rather than juice. Start liv-52 drops. 1ml daily for 7 days and then 1ml twice daily for 1mnth.

Pain in the arm can result from a number of factors. Abnormalities or injury of the skin, nerves, bones, joints, blood vessels, and soft tissues of the arm can all result in pain. Arm pain may be the result of referred pain from another part of the body. Please go to a physiotherapist to assess and treat the underlying condition. If pain is caused by an activity, modify or stop the activity. Rest the arm and resume activity gradually. Monitor the response to the activity. Pain experienced in the right arm is usually not serious, but when it is coupled with other symptoms like pain in the leg or tightness of the chest, it may be more serious. Try some home remedies: ice will reduce pain and swelling. Apply ice or cold packs immediately to prevent or minimize swelling. Apply the ice or cold pack for 10 to 20 minutes, 3 or more times a day. Elevate the painful area on pillows while applying ice and anytime you are sitting or lying down. Try to keep the area at or above the level of your heart to help minimize swelling. Apply heat and begin gentle exercise with the aid of moist heat to help restore and maintain flexibility. Some experts recommend alternating between heat and cold treatments. Gently massage or rub the area to relieve pain and encourage blood flow. Do not massage the area if it causes pain. Do not smoke or use other tobacco products. Smoking slows healing because it decreases blood supply and delays tissue repair. Please consult a physiotherapist for detail assessment and management of your arm pain. Best wishes.

It normal. Yes drinking lot of water in summers is good. If you have any burning sensation during passing urine than only its a problem, else it will be ok in a day or 2 time.

Firstly there's no lifelong cure for the common cold. Antibiotics are only effective against infections of throat and are of no use against cold viruses. Over-the-counter (otc) cold preparations won't cure a common cold or make it go away any sooner, and most have side effects. A saltwater gargle 1 teaspoon salt and 1/2tsp turmeric dissolved in a glass of warm water can temporarily relieve a sore or scratchy throat. To help relieve nasal congestion, try saline (pure salt water) nasal drops. If you have a throat infection, or a viral cold then I will prescribe appropriate meds based on your detailed assessment. Do reply back for medication prescriptions. Being addicted to phone is a part of the so called" stay connected syndrome" it is not hard to believe that most of the youngsters and even adults are affected due to this. Staying away from the phone creates a sense of insecurity and handicap in them. Continuous use of phone and texting in small fonts can cause muscle tension headaches too. As a simple suggestion you can make following changes in your daily schedules as an exercise if you keep your phone switched of for 2-3 days, you will know it hardly makes any difference to issues really important to you. If you feel you still cannot control your urge you may consult a psychiatrist for treatment, behaviour therapy and headaches.
