Please take rhus tox 200 - thrice daily for next 3-4 days. Also -- soak a washcloth in cool tap water wring out the excess water and then sponge areas like your armpits, feet, hands and groin to reduce the temperature. Also, you can place cold, damp washcloths on your forehead and the back of your neck. The cloth pieces should be changed regularly after a few minutes. This remedy is beneficial when dealing with a high fever as it helps keep temperature under control. You can also take a bath in lukewarm water to relax your body. Taking a shower, however, may not be a good idea. Plus, needless to say, take as much rest as possible as it helps the body fight the illness.

I have some pimples over there on my shoulders and back. There is no any pain in them but there is movement in them like size appears ,become red and sometimes disappears. I have this problem from last two years and also I didn't take any medication yet.

Start using brevoxyl creamy wash like a shampoo on these areas for 2 to 5 min nd wash it off. For atleast 6 weeks, this decreases the tendency of these. Also consult a dermatologist for further evaluation in detail.

Walk for a kilometer rather than avoiding banana. For diabetic patients fiber and protein rich food is advisable and daily exercise is must. So take care of these things sir.

Think Before You Replace Your Regular Water with Sparkling Water!

A lot of people are switching from regular water to sparkling water, which is considered to be more of a fad. Sparkling water is just carbonated plain water. It is equally hydrating, but with a ‘kick’! The bubbles in the water tantalise taste buds. But there have been too many controversies surrounding the consumption of sparkling water. Tooth enamel erosion, calcium deficiency and irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) are said to be some of the harmful effects of consuming sparkling water. But there has not been any scientific study to back this up.

Most of the rumours surrounding sparkling water arise from the carbonated factor. Carbonation leads to formation of carbonic acid in the water making sparkling water slightly acidic in nature. In addition if the water has sodium bicarbonate or any other chemical added to it for slight salty taste it increases the sodium content of the water, which is not good for people suffering from high blood pressure. There are other harmful ingredients like sugar, preservatives, phosphoric acid etc. in other carbonated drinks, which mightn’t be present in Sparkling water et all.

Although sparkling water has not been found to be unhealthy, but we should remember acid in the sparkling water erodes teeth enamel and gas leads to IBS. There are a few other things one must remember before replacing regular water with sparkling water:

  1. Stomach problems: Though this issue is extremely subjective, affecting some and not all. Sparkling water just has extra air in it. This air can lead to excessive flatulence, burping and bloating in the abdomen for some. However, it will not affect everyone equally.
  2. Stealthy sugar and sodium: Bottled soda water and tonic water are some types of sparkling water. These are not healthy. Tonic water contains sodium and sugar. If you are observing your sodium intake, then do not drink sparkling water. However, those who do intensive athletic activities, they may opt for sparkling water. You lose electrolytes through sweat. Sparkling water can provide quick hydration.
  3. Flavours: People who invest in carbonators, get small little flavouring packets. It is advised, for your well-being, not to use these to flavour the water. They are not always healthy as they contain extra calories and sugar. Consuming soda and sparkling water won’t make much of a difference then. Instead of the packets, you can use cucumber, mint leaves, lime and lemon, or any other fruit, to flavour your water. It adds no extra calories and is actually good for you!

You can, indeed, safely replace regular water with sparkling water. It is a fun way to stay hydrated!

Sir you should start taking multivitamins once in a while due to age process you would not be taking all required healthy diet so it would be causing frequent mouth ulcers and also try to relax and stay stress free

Avoid protein diets, avoid more milk products. bad habits , fast food/fat/oily,salty foods. Coffee, smoking, alcohol intake. Non-veg., take whole grain,oats,green veg.,plenty of water in day time, 1 glass of water at night before bed. Do test KFT every 6 months to monitor levels of it.

Eat green veg. More fiber foods. Avoid fatty foods,junk foos,oily meal, drink plenty of water.take digestive meal . Syp. Aristozyme 10 ml thrice a day. Take tab. Charcol at night. Syp . Livoluk 10 ml at night. Go for tests stool c/s, lft .blood sugar, Examination of the rectum and lower, or sigmoid, colon (sigmoidoscopy) Examination of the rectum and entire colon (colonoscopy). An X-ray of the rectum during defecation (defecography). Avoid smoking/alcohol if you take.

Hi as per your height, your weight is within normal range. But to build up muscles you need to take good protein diet -at least 70-75 grams per day. Plus a good work out like a gym. Diet should include low fats milk and milk products, home based paneer, pulses, sprouts, nuts, soya products, and eggs and fish or lean chicken if possible.

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. Hair fall is common now a days. Due to stress and eating habits. And some illness, like anemia, thyroid and hereditary problems. Take following homoeo medicine. Acid hydroflouric 30 (30 ml sbl company). 1 drop 3 times per day x 14 days on tongue. Do not take anything 15 min before after medicine. Also use arnica montana q 30ml + 100 ml pure coconut oil mix and use before wash twice weekly. Use arnica homoeopathic shampoo take plenty water 3 to 4 liters per day. Eat proper food, carbohydrate, protein, minerals, fruits.

Lybrate-user first you need to figure out what is creating a hindrance for you, that you are not able to reduce weight. Maintain a diary of your weight. Check your weight every morning, empty stomach. And calculate it accordingly. If you are not able to reduce with the help of exercise, try to maintain some diet balancing as well. After your exercise don't take much of carbs like parathas, chesse sandwiches, fried things etc. Take more of beverages, like coconut water, fresh lime water, vegetable juice etc. Take minimum 10 glasses of water everyday. Start taking frequent meals at the interval of 2 hours. Likewise after your breakfast make a schedule of mid meal like any fruit or so. Than lunch as per your last meal and so on. Basic idea is to take frequent meals at every 2 hours of interval. Exercise you can choose that should help you to boost up your metabolism rate, as you are too young, so boosting your metabolism will help you to reduce weight. Like you can start with brisk walk, aerobics, jog etc.
