After 5 mints of vaccination you can give ice around the injection site. That can reduce hematoma formation. U can also apply heparin gel locally for 3 days and routinely give paracetamol 2-3 times daily in proper dose. That vl help both to reduce pain and fever. Its definitely painful for both child and parents but you should assure yourself that almost all Indian infant is going through the same.

Hi for reduced weight you should work out as per you consume calories and it will take time just continue work out. Take following remedies for loosing weight 1.arogya vardhini vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Abhayarishta 4 tsp before lunch nad dinner 3. Morning break fast=mung dal green soup 1 boul and if feel hunger have pomegranate or apple 4.lunch 2 chaati + fruit vegetable + if you like rice 1 bowl and dal + barley soup 5. Evening 4-5 pm have some milk with sunth or any fruit you like 6. Dinner barley soup 2 bowl and one fruit follow this diet you will get reduced weight.

5 Ways to Fight Depression and anxiety. These are both related intricately and these steps will control both feelings If you feel depressed, it's best to do something about it — depression doesn't just go away on its own. In addition to getting help from a doctor or therapist, here are 5 things you can do to feel better. 1.Exercise. Take a 15- to 30-minute brisk walk every day — or dance, jog, or bike if you prefer. People who are depressed may not feel much like being active. In addition to getting aerobic exercise, some yoga poses can help relieve feelings of depression. Two other aspects of yoga — breathing exercises and meditation — can also help people with depression feel better. 2.Nurture yourself with good nutrition. Depression can affect appetite. One person may not feel like eating at all, but another might overeat. Proper nutrition can influence a person's mood and energy. So eat plenty of fruits and vegetables and get regular meals (even if you don't feel hungry, try to eat something light, like a piece of fruit, to keep you going). 3.Identify troubles, but don't dwell on them. Try to identify any situations that have contributed to your depression. When you know what's got you feeling blue and why, talk about it with a caring friend. Talking is a way to release the feelings and to receive some understanding. 4. Express yourself. With depression, a person's creativity and sense of fun may seem blocked. Exercise your imagination (painting, drawing, doodling, sewing, writing, dancing, composing music, etc.) and you not only get those creative juices flowing, you also loosen up some positive emotions. Take time to play with a friend or a pet, or do something fun for yourself. Find something to laugh about — a funny movie, perhaps. Laughter helps lighten your mood. 5. Try to notice good things. Depression affects a person's thoughts, making everything seem dismal, negative, and hopeless. If depression has you noticing only the negative, make an effort to notice the good things in life. Try to notice one thing, then try to think of one more. Consider your strengths, gifts, or blessings. Most of all, don't forget to be patient with yourself. Depression takes time to heal. Follow these best tips to lightens and remove the black spots- 1. Take fuller, s earth (multani mitti) and sandalwood powder (chandan powder) mixed in same quantity mixed in water and apply on the mark in night and wash it after 1 hour. It will slowly removes the spots. 2. Take a piece of aloe vera. Apply gel of leaves on mark daily. Wash it after 30 minutes. 3. Crush one tomato and apply the paste on mark. It will remove the spots definitly. 4. Soak cotton gauze in rose water and clean the dark spots 2-3 times daily. 5. Take carotene rich vegetable suchas carrots, beetroot and fruits- mango, pineapple, strawberry regularly. 6. Avoid use of any cosmetic products. 7. Avoid continous long hours exposure of sunlight.

Hello lybrate-user Hair loss cn b bcoz of many things like low haemoglobin levels, thyroid problems, excessive use of hair products, chemical hair treatments, hereditory,stress, smoking,excessive consumption of alcohol etc U cn use mild medicated shampoo like triclenz shampoo or aquasilk shampoo for regular use. For hair fall use, tugain solution 5% two times per day for 3 months. Hair last hair serum at nite time for 3 months. Cap estemo once a day after food for 3 months. For dry n rough skin take, cap eposoft - E once a day after food for 3 months (it hs evening primrose plus vit E) Tab ener c 1000 mg, dissolved in a glass of water n hv early morning. Juene hair oil 2-3 times per week. For fatigue n weakness in body n joints, check your calcium n vit D levels n also thyroid levels. Include protein rich food, green leafy vegetables ,fresh fruit s n juices in your diet, drink 2-3 lits of water ,daily exercise of 45 min is must. Thanx.

Hi, Can totally understand your situation, how scary it would be. While, medication part is to be dealt by a psychiatrist I can tell you its psychosocial management being a psychologist. You need a detailed analysis and plan to over come agoraphobia for which you can consult me. As for now Learning more about agoraphobia and its association with panic disorder and panic attacks may help you control your symptoms better. For example, there are techniques you can use during a panic attack to bring your emotions under control. Having more confidence in controlling your emotions may make you more confident in coping with previously uncomfortable situations and environments. These self-help techniques are described below. Stay where you are and try to resist the urge to run to a place of safety during a panic attack. If driving, pull over and park where it is safe to do so. Focus. It's important for you to focus on something non-threatening and visible, such as the time passing on your watch, or items in a supermarket. Remind yourself that the frightening thoughts and sensations are a sign of panic and will eventually pass. Breathe slowly and deeply. Feelings of panic and anxiety can get worse if you breathe too quickly. Try to focus on slow, deep breathing while counting slowly to three on each breath in and out. Challenge your fear. Try to work out what it is you fear and challenge it. You can achieve this by constantly reminding yourself that what you fear isn't real and will pass. Creative visualisation. During a panic attack, try to resist the urge to think negative thoughts such as" disaster" Instead, think of a place or situation that makes you feel peaceful, relaxed or at ease. Once you have this image in your mind, try to focus your attention on it. Don't fight an attack. Trying to fight the symptoms of a panic attack can often make it worse. Instead, reassure yourself by accepting that although it may seem embarrassing, and your symptoms may be difficult to deal with, your attack isn't life-threatening. Making some changes to your lifestyle can also help. For example, ensure that you: Take regular exercise – exercise can relieve stress and tension and improve your mood Eat a healthy diet – a poor diet can make the symptoms of panic and anxiety worse Avoid using drugs and alcohol – they may provide short-term relief but in the long term they can make symptoms worse Avoid drinks containing caffeine, such as tea, coffee or cola –caffeine has a stimulant effect and can make your symptoms worse. You need to practice deep breathing daily for 5-10 minutes. A cognitive behavioral therapy would work best for which we require dialogue. Get back to me for any query. All the best.

Gall stones are treated only by surgery. Irrespective of the size of stones. Smaller stones have different set of complications and larger have different. There is no safe period to avoid. You should get it operated asap whenever your familial conditions permit. Avoid eating oily food till the time you get your surgery done. Keep your fingers crossed.

Hi apply pranacharya face glow on your face for 15 minutes then wash it with warm water. Take pranacharya b clean syrup 2-2 tsf twice a day. Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day. Wash your face with chandrika soap.

Mr., to suggest a dietary plan, all the information like fasting, pp sugar levels hba1c%, extent of daily exercise is needed. Because diet has to be based on blood sugar levels, ideal body weight, and amount of daily exercise and present dietary habits. However, avoid sweets completely, avoid deep fried foods, junk foods, pastries, other bakery items, sweetened aerated drinks (colas), sweet corn syrup containing products, highly processed foods and high fat containing milk products. Consume more of green leafy vegetables, salads and permitted fruits (100 g a day). Use whole grain products, avoid refined flour like maida and foods made out of it. Total caloric intake should e about 1700 calories per day. Thanks for the question.
