To get fair & glowing skin apply these methods: • Apply a mixture of cucumber and papaya with one teaspoon of each and with three teaspoon of oatmeal apply it for 5 to 10 minutes then rinse off with water. • Apply one teaspoon of honey for 20 minutes and wash it off. • Apply one teaspoon Besan with one teaspoon of curd and a pinch of haldi (turmeric) mix it with water then apply for 15 minutes then rinse off it with water. • Eat fruits daily and drink a glass of milk daily. • Mash half bnana mix it with 1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice and half teaspoon of sandalwood powder mix it well and make smooth paste apply it for 10 minutes then rinse off with water. • Save yourself from sunlight by covering your face with cloth or by using sunscreen lotion.

My eyes are blinking very fast from sometimes so there will be chances of any serious problem.
Most abnormal blinking or twitching of the eye clears up quickly , within a few hours of when the symptoms appear. Similarly, if the eye feels tired or dry or the eyelid feels heavy, the problems usually go away quite quickly. If the blinking or eyelid twitching does not respond to treatment or is continuously blinking for a few days, one possible cause is an eye dystonia (the medical term for this is Blepharospasm). Symptoms include increased blinking and involuntary closure of the eyelids. Also sometimes the eye feels tired or dry or the eyelid heavy. The symptoms of eye dystonia vary and may be one or more of the following: Excessive / uncontrollable blinking Twitching around the eyes where the twitching does not go away Dry or gritty eyes, but where the treatment for dry eyes does not work Sensitivity to bright lights and sunshine. For some people the flickering of a television or computer screen can also trigger the spasms The eyelids feel heavy frequently or the eyes feel tired and these feelings don't go away. Symptoms may become more obvious and troublesome when tired, reading, stressed, driving, or around bright lights and sunshine, or in windy or dusty environments. Eye dystonia commonly appears in people between the ages of 50 and 70 but does sometimes affect younger people. It is one form of dystonia – a condition that causes uncontrollable and often painful muscle contractions believed to be as a result of incorrect messages from the brain to the muscles. Dystonia is a neurological movement disorder Homoeopthic medicine GELSEMIUM 30 ( Dr Reckeweg) Drink 1 drop direct on tongue evert 1-3 hrly depending upon frequency of blinking eyes. Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana -- Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily.

To control or maintain BP normal there are some instructions are given below : •Do not take salt in high amount or try to avoid it because high sodium level increase BP . • Eat less amount of pickle and fast food , fast food contain high sodium . • Avoid drinking alcohol and smoking . • Take less amount of coffee and tea both increase BP . • Drink 8 to 10 glass of water daily • Do exercise daily , running and long walk. • Take 6 to 8 hrs of sleep daily .Do not take too much stress . • Do long breathing pranayams daily for 10 - 15 minutes .It will reduce your stress level in your body. • Avoid taking too much fat foods such as butter , cheese ,ghee. • Eat healthy diet such as green leafy vegetables, fruits . Tips for good night 1. Sleep as much as you need to feel rested; do not oversleep. Many a time’s people have a habit of oversleeping on weekends and sleeping less on working days. In the long run such habit may interfere with your sleep cycle and your quality of sleep may get affected. 2.Quality of sleep is more important than the quantity of sleep. Some sleep for just 3-4 hours and remain fresh throughout the day where as others sleep 8-10 hours and yawn throught the day. 3.Exercise regularly at least 30 minutes daily, ideally 4-5 hours before your bedtime. 4.Keep a regular sleep and awakening schedule. As far as possible stick on to the fixed time for retiring and rising. 5.Do not drink caffeinated beverages later than 4 PM (tea, coffee, soft drinks etc.). 6.Do not smoke, especially in the evening. 7.Do not go to bed hungry and do not go to the bed immediately after heavy dinner. 8.Adjust the environment in the room (lights, temperature, noise etc.) The room you are sleeping should not be too warm, shouldn’t have some bright light. 9.Wear comfortable clothing when you go to bed. Sleeping with tight fitting clothing may affect your sleep. 10.Avoid watching TV, eating, and discussing emotional issues in bed. 11.A light snack may be sleep-inducing, but a heavy meal too close to bedtime interferes with sleep. 12.Milk contains the amino acid L-tryptophan, which has been shown in research to help people go to sleep. 13.Take a warm bath half an hour before going to bed. 14.Listen to light music in the evening hours or just before going to the bed. Listening to exciting music may interfere your quality of sleep. 15.Sleep with your head facing north (magnetic) and feet facing south. 16.Don’t read very interesting and thrilling books just before going to bed. Your mind may remain active for long time and you may have difficulty in initiating sleep. 17.Yoga and Pranayama may help in inducing sleep. Homoeopathic management of Insomnia: Many a times Insomnia is due to faulty methods adopted by the person which interferes with the sleep cycle. Few Insomniacs have some psychological and behavioral problems which need to be tackled medically. Bilkul ban sakte ho. Veerya' loss band karo aur Adhik loss hua hai to dhatu nourishing karna zaroori hai. How to Treat Weak Libido in Younger Women?

"Men get naughty at 40 forty" but for women, the case may be very-very different. By their thirtieth birthday, many women begin complaining of a lowered libido or lack of interest in sex with their partner. This can be quite frustrating for both partners and can lead to a rift in the relationship. Hence, it becomes essential to pay attention to this condition.

The first step to finding a solution to any problem is to understand the factors that trigger it. Some causes for a lowered libido in women are:

  1. Birth Control and Medication: Birth control essentially manipulates the hormone levels in the body. While this may prevent unwanted pregnancies, a lowered libido is a common side effect of birth control medication. Antidepressants also have similar side effects.
  2. Over Working: Working hard is a good thing but too much of a good thing can have a negative effect on your health. In this case, overworking may lead to stress, anxiety, fatigue and burnout. This can lead to a weakened adrenal gland. The adrenal glands are responsible for the production of testosterone and in this way, working too hard can be the reason for women to not enjoy sex as much as they once used to.
  3. Hormonal Changes: With age, every woman faces hormonal changes. This can result in a lack of lubrication making intercourse uncomfortable. Over time, this can lower libido considerably.
  4. Ways to Enhance a Woman's Libido: A lowered libido isn't something you have to quietly accept. Here are a few ways to enhance a woman's libido.
  5. Go on a date: Intercourse is as much an emotional exercise as it is a physical one. Cutting back from other responsibilities, work, children etc and spending time alone with your partner can help you emotionally reconnect with him.
  6. Meditation: Meditation can help calm the mind and reduce stress. This, in turn, will enhance the production of testosterone in the adrenal glands and thereby enhance libido. Meditation can also help you disconnect from worries and tensions that may be weighing you down.
  7. Medication: When it comes to a diminished libido, medication may be an effective form of treatment, but it must be tailored to the individual. While estrogen skin creams may be beneficial for some women, others may benefit from testosterone supplements. A few antidepressants can also enhance a woman's libido by increasing dopamine and norepinephrine levels. Viagra can also help enhance a woman's libido especially in cases where the lowered libido was caused by antidepressants.

Dear lybrate-user, the symptoms which you have described relate to gum disease in which there are calculus, tartar, plaque deposits on the teeth and the gums become weak and swollen. There is also bleeding from the gums and foul smell from the mouth. The teeth become loose this maybe what is commonly known as pyorrhoea. You need to consult a qualified dentist and get your teeth cleaned and the gums treated.

Gaining weight is as difficult as losing it, if you are naturally thin. Skinny people complain that they can't put on any weight.If you want to build up weight, don't just eat high-calorie junk foods and rely on unnecessary supplements. Choose foods that are energy-dense and nutrient-dense whenever possible. Following are some tips to follow to increase your weight. You will take some time to gain the weight you need, but be patient. 1. If you have a rapid metabolism, then you must increase your daily intake of healthy foods (increase your intake of carbohydrates) to compensate for the rate at which you burn energy. Eat six smaller meals a day You should also eat more energy dense foods like healthy oils, dry fruits, seeds, nuts, pulses, etc. along with some starchy foods like potatoes, cereals, bread, pasta, rice, etc. 2. Consume more calories than you burn. Choose healthy calorie-dense food to add calories. Drink healthy beverages to add calories. Mangoes are rich in calories and carbohydrates, include them in your diet. 3. Eat healthy food frequently, 5-6 times a day - 3 larger meals and 3 smaller meals alternately. Separate them by at least 3 hours so you can digest each meal fully. Don't go without food for 5-6 hours after having a major meal. For example, if you wish to consume 3000 calories a day, you may eat 3 larger meals of about 650 calories and 3 smaller meals of about 450 calories. 4. Have a balanced diet. 5. Exercise regularly for putting on weight. Some thin people think that exercise is not good for them. This is not true, it keeps the metabolism high. Remember that eating alone is not sufficient. You don't want to gain fat but lean mass, so exercise is important. Resistance training exercises will help to increase your muscle mass, which in turn will increase metabolism. Learn to distinguish between weight gaining exercises and weight loss exercises. Note that if you do not get enough amino acids during exercise, the existing muscle may break down. Amino acids come from protein foods so you should eat such foods after exercise. Keep in mind that excessive exercise without putting back the energy you have used will not help you to put on weight.
