Hi Can a doctor can assess antral follicle count on day 32 of periods? when an antral follicle count should be measured?

Antral follicles are small follicles (about 2-9 mm in diameter) that we can see - and measure and count - with ultrasound. Antral follicles are also referred to as resting follicles. Vaginal ultrasound is the best way to accurately assess and count these small structures. Antral follicle counts (along with female age) are by far the best tool that we currently have for estimating ovarian reserve, the expected response to ovarian stimulating drugs, and the chance for successful pregnancy with in vitro fertilization. The number of antral follicles visible on ultrasound is indicative of the number of microscopic (and sound asleep) primordial follicles remaining in the ovary. Each primordial follicle contains an immature egg that can potentially develop and ovulate in the future. When there are only a few antral follicles visible, there are far fewer eggs remaining as compared to when there are more antrals. As women age, they have less eggs (primordial follicles) remaining and they have fewer antral follicles.

Pop corns:
It is a delicious snack which usually we eat while watching movies or as an evening snacks. The benefits of pop corn is -

Avoid day sleeping otherwise you could not sleep in night. Massage your feet before going to bed and drink luke warm milk boiled with ginger and haldi including ghee and nuts every day before going to bed.

U take homeopathic medicine-------- belladonna 30 one drop, rhus tox 30 one drop 2 hourly alternate and bio-comb. No. 11 4 to 6 tab 4 time a day for three days and report with widal test. Tc dc of blood, and e. S. R test report.

To lose weight, you have to maintain an input-output ratio. Whatever food you eat contains the input calories which gives you the output calories in the form of energy. If your input calories is too much, you are likely to put on weight. The best way to lose weight is to exercise or spend the additional calories accumulated in your body in the form of fat. The other most important thing is to eat wisely. Try to cut down the excessive calories you are eating and make sure whatever you eat is healthy. Some tips to lose weight - 1. Have more fruits and vegetables than junk food and juices. 2. Avoid sugar as much as you can 3. Exercise 3-4 times a week. 4. Have an early dinner, preferably before 8 p. M. 5. Do not starve yourself. Eat small meals 5 times a day. 6. Have barley soup in dinner and avoid rice at night. 7. Drink lots of water daily.

• In a glass of hot water add 4 tablespoons of lemon juice and I tablespoon of honey. Mix well. • Add 1 teaspoon of freshly crushed black pepper powder and mix well. • Drink this every day in the morning to see effective results.

I'm 30 years old female. I'm trying everything to lose weight running, exercising and diet but it's not effective, day after day I feel as if I'm gaining more. Though I'm not overweight, but ppl around me noticing this change. I do take supplements and mostly stick o vegetarian diet.

Please do blood test for - routine/Thyroid function/PCOD first Stop all food supplement instead take 4 full meals daily - and try to burn the extra calories your consume daily. Please do morning walk (brisk-walking)/ treadmill/swimming for at least 60 minutes daily. Keep moving as much as you can whenever you can. Keep meal portions small especially if they’re cooked. Limit your food intake which SHOULD be and ONLY be 4 times a day. Do never skip meals. Take a heavy breakfast. Avoid sedentary life/night watching/junk foods. The best way to burn more calories is to build muscle through resistance training. For each pound of muscle that you gain, you burn approximately 50-70 calories in addition per day (5 pounds of muscle gain equates to burning 250-350 calories a day!) That’s fantastic motivation to start a workout program. Please follow the above for next 4 weeks and revert for further treatment.

A balanced diet is a diet that has sufficient amounts of all components of food like carbohydrates, proteins, fats, vitamins & minerals with water. A healthy diet includes all these components of food without overloading oneself with just one component. Inclusion of dals, rice, milk, veggies, fruits & various oils in a balanced way will serve as a balanced diet.

hello your condition is suggestive of gerd.elevate the head end of bed,avoid tea, coffee,chillies,spicy and oily food.take panto D one daily for 1 wk.syrup digene 2 tsf after meals.at night you can take cold milk if you are not allergic to milk.

Hi, Acne is a skin condition that occurs when your hair follicles become plugged with oil and dead skin cells. Acne usually appears on your face, neck, chest, back and shoulders. Acne is of various types: Whiteheads (closed plugged pores) Blackheads (open plugged pores — the oil turns brown when it is exposed to air) Small red, tender bumps (papules) Pimples (pustules), which are papules with pus at their tips. You can control mild acne with basic skin care: 1) Use a good facewash like clean and clear or Himalya neem. 2) Use antidandruff shampoo if acne are localized on your forehead. 3) Do not pick at your acne or they might leave scars. 4) Keep your hair cut short so that they do not fall on your forehead. 5) Drink 8-10 glasses water daily. 6) Destress yourself as stress is a known trigger for acne. If above does not help, you may revert back for homoepathic acne treatment. ACNE SCARS: Acne scars need a lot of patience to fade away. 1) stay out of the sun. Exposing scars to the sun can cause them to darken and slow the healing process, ultraviolet rays of sun stimulate melanocytes (pigment-producing cells), leading to further discoloration. 2) use an oil free sunscreen with spf more than 30.3) don't pick and squeeze your pimples. Balanced diet with lots of fibres, optimum workout, continuous 30- 45 minutes walks in the morning (or night after at least 2 hrs post meals), lots of water and ensure proper intestinal evacuation are primary and easy ways to control weight without difficulty. We also suggest to have harmless combination of ayurveda herbs n minerals in the form of powder and/ or pills to shed off weight without side effect.
