During intercourse, What is the average time gap between penetration to ejaculation?
How can I increase the time gap ...
If you are talking about penetration and involving in intercourse continuously then anything between 2 to 5 minutes is normal. It is not how long you due but when you and your partner reach the climax after starting the sexual relationship process and to what extent both of you are satisfied. Sex is not a mechanical activity like how the efficiency of a machines is evaluated by how long it works. Its a psycho physiological process which involves body, mind and emotions. If you want to increase the time the easiest and best way is do it mechanically without getting emotionaly involved and by diverting you attention on anything else other than the partner while you involve in intercourse.

My cousin is effected by many disease. Like cold and cough and head pain please suggest me drugs.
I advise you the followings for your condition: Drink plenty of warm fluids. Drinking warm fluids helps to loosen the secretions in your sinuses so that your mucus flows more freely, making you feel better faster. Studies show that drinking warm fluids relieves cold symptoms such as runny nose, cough, sneezing, sore throat, and fatigue.

Don't worry, its very common problem at this age. First of all, you have to make you busy in some work or studies or else you can join gym also and avoid watching the porn video. Do meditation for mental strength daily to increase your focus and willpower to quit masturbation. Whenever thoughts of masturbation come to your mind, replace these thoughts with good thoughts by saying or teaching your mind that these thoughts are not good for health and sex. Slowly and steadily, you will definitely win over masturbation. You do massage with clove oil twice a day. Start eating a healthy diet like green vegetables like spinach, cabbage, kale etc contribute to male enhancement. Also citrus fruits like avocado, orange, and lemon that are rich in Vitamin B9. Also, you can concern us, if you want the fast result. We provide therapies as well as ayurvedic medicines. You can also go through our courses regarding your problem. You can contact us at We will concern and later on, we can deliver medicines.

What is aids? What is the time period it takes to kill the human? What is the precaution?

C.S.C, D.C.H, M.B.B.S
General Physician, Alappuzha
HIV stands for human immunodeficiency virus. If left untreated, HIV can lead to the disease AIDS (acquired immunodeficiency syndrome). Unlike some other viruses, the human body can’t get rid of HIV completely. So once you have HIV, you have it for life. HIV attacks the body’s immune system, specifically the CD4 cells (T cells), which help the immune system fight off infections. If left untreated, HIV reduces the number of CD4 cells (T cells) in the body, making the person more likely to get infections or infection-related cancers. Over time, HIV can destroy so many of these cells that the body can’t fight off infections and disease. These opportunistic infections or cancers take advantage of a very weak immune system and signal that the person has AIDS, the last state of HIV infection. No effective cure for HIV currently exists, but with proper treatment and medical care, HIV can be controlled. The medicine used to treat HIV is called antiretroviral therapy or ART. If taken the right way, every day, this medicine can dramatically prolong the lives of many people with HIV, keep them healthy, and greatly lower their chance of transmitting the virus to others. Today, a person who is diagnosed with HIV, treated before the disease is far advanced, and stays on treatment can live a nearly as long as someone who does not have HIV. The only way to know for sure if you have HIV is to get tested. T
