Is it normal to have heavy bleeding after sex after the first time. Even my fiance had wore condoms.
Sometimes it happens. No need to worry:-) have plenty of fruits, veggies, reduce spicy masala items, salty items like pickles. Drink plenty of water. Melons, coconut water etc. If the bleeding is not getting stopped, consult a doctor.

Hello lybrate user- oligo mennhorea or less flow during menses might occur due to two causes, first if you have developed anaemia (low hb count) or you have experienced sudden gain in your weight. Try these tips- a) avoid fast food and spicy diet an increase dairy products in diet. B) eat diet prescribed for indians that is dal-chawal-sabji and roti, do not try to follow western routine by reading some article on magazine or internet. C) sleep at least 8-10 hours daily. D) use these ayurvedic medicines- shatavari kalpa 1 tsp twice daily with 1/2 cup milk. Abra loha1 tab twice dadimadi ghrita1 tsp in the morning empty stomach use sheer bala tail daily body massage for 15 minutes.

If everything goes fine you can wait till 27th october and all other factors are normal and preg is running smoothly. But if in between pains start you l have to rush and if any other signs of emergency present acc to your doctor then you should go as per her advice. Placenta grade 2 maturity means that placenta is still immature and you can wait till the term you want given the patient is normotensive, non edematous, haemoglobin more than 13, liquor adequate, blood sugar normal and fetal movements should not be less than 10-12 movts/day.

Complete 3 cycles of leupride depot and then have a repeat USG done. Remember, during leupride therapy, you won't get menses and you cannot conceive. Also check other factors like tubes, husband's semen etc. Further plan of treatment depends on these findings.

After first intercourse getting burning sensation and itching in the vagina. Please give some solutions! (Tabs or creams if there any?

BAMS, MD Ayurveda
Sexologist, Lonavala
I would recommend you to follow the following home remedy 1. Aloe vera gel is very effective 2. Take an aloe vera leaf 3. Peel off the skin 4. Extract the gel from inside 5. Apply this gel on the infected area 6. Leave it for 30 min 7. Wash it off with water 8. Do this twice a day Causes: • Yeast are microorganisms which are present in our body. An increase in the level of yeast leads to this infection. The level of acid, which keeps yeast in check, dips during: o Pregnancy o Menstruation o Diabetes o Intake of birth control pills this is very helpful.

Pregnancy - Common Problems That You May Face

Pregnancy can put quite a strain on your body. As your body changes to accommodate the growing baby, you may find yourself suffering from a few common discomforts associated with the various stages of pregnancy. Most of these are nothing to worry about. Here are a few of the most common problems faced by pregnant women.

  1. Backaches: As the body’s ligaments stretch and become softer to prepare for labour, you may feel a strain on your lower back and pelvis. This can cause a chronic backache. The growing weight of the fetus within your body can also add to this discomfort.
  2. Morning sickness: Despite its name, morning sickness can affect you at any time of the day. Most women begin to experience nausea and an urge to vomit from the 4th or 6th week of pregnancy, but this usually resolves itself by the 16th or 20th week of pregnancy. Some women may even feel sick for the entire day.
  3. Bleeding gums: Pregnancy hormones can make your gums more vulnerable to the build-up of plaque. This can lead to inflammation and bleeding gums. This condition may also be known as pregnancy gingivitis.
  4. Cramps: Many pregnant women complain of cramps in their calves and feet. This usually is more common at night, but the cause behind it is not clear.
  5. Urinary incontinence: Urinary incontinence is a problem experienced by many women during and after pregnancy. They often find themselves involuntarily urinating while coughing, laughing or sneezing. In most cases, this is a temporary problem caused by the relaxation of pelvic floor muscles (to prepare for delivery) and should resolve itself after delivery. Women may also find themselves feeling the urge to urinate frequently. This may be because of the pressure being placed on your bladder by the uterus.
  6. Skin and hair changes: Pregnancy hormones can make birthmarks, moles and freckles darken. Your nipples may also turn darker. In addition to this, you may notice the bumps around the nipples become more prominent. Pregnant women may also find their skin more prone to sunburns. You may also notice an increased rate of hair growth.
  7. Feeling hotter than normal: The hormonal changes occurring during pregnancy can make you feel warmer than normal because of increased blood supply to the skin. You may also find yourself sweating more than usual. In addition, you may also feel faint because of decreased blood supply to the brain. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a Gynaecologist.
