Having irregular periods can mean a variation in the number of days you have your period or that your period arrives early, late or even skips a few months. FERTILE PHASE is the phase of a female's menstrual cycle when an egg (ovule) is released from the ovaries. In humans, ovulation occurs about midway through the menstrual cycle, after the follicular phase. The few days surrounding ovulation (from approximately days 10 to 18 of a 28 day cycle), constitute the most fertile phase. So if you have ejaculatory sexual inter course from day 10 from the first day of period and to day 20, the chances of pregnancy are much more. There are many determinants of pregnancy. You should be sexually matured. Your partner should be sexually matured. The period of your partner should be in the fertile stage. Female egg and male sperm cells should be healthy enough. Then female uterus should be capable to get conceived. If all these are satisfied, the pregnancy could be a result. Take care.

Sir / Maam, Iam male, 20 years of age. Can you please tell me how many times should I masturbate a week and masturbating 2 times a day can cause a disease or weakness? Thank you.

1. Masturbation within limits is a safe and pleasurable sexual activity enjoyed by most people. It is normal 2 to 3 times a week and up to once daily. This basically releases sexual tension and is also lowers stress. 2. Its true that masturbating a lot can lead to fatigue resulting in weak erections which cannot be sustained more than a few minutes. This occurs mainly due to neurochemical depletion and hormone imbalance. Therefore it should not be done too much. 3. Compulsive Masturbation becomes a problem when your mind is busy with thoughts of masturbation and sexual nature and you are unable to concentrate on your work and study. Overdoing it might cause anxiety also and lead to addictive behavior. Hope this answers your question. Please feel free to correct any oversight in my interpretation of your problems .

Get your thyroid and vit-d tests done. If these are imbalaced, then balancing them is necessary. Ayurvedic home remedies for premature greying of hair and hairloss- a) boil a handful of fresh curry leaves in 6-8 tablespoons of coconut oil until the leaves become black. Strain the oil. Apply this oil to your hair daily at night and massage your scalp only with fingers gently. Massage for about 15-20 minutes. Leave it overnight and wash off your hair the next morning. Use this oil for at least 3 months to get results. B) apply onion juice onto your scalp, massage, and leave it on for about 30 minutes to an hour. Repeat the process daily for a few weeks. C) shampoo your hair. Apply fresh juice extracted from amaranth leaves on your hair and scalp. Rinse it out. D) simply eat a teaspoon of black sesame seeds daily for at least three months. E) boil the curry leaves in water and drink the hot beverage. F) grind the curry leaves and squeeze out their juice. Mix curry leaves juice and buttermilk. Boil the mixture on low flame for 5 minutes. Let it cool to become lukewarm. Apply this lukewarm buttermilk-curry leaves juice mixture on your scalp. Leave for half an hour. Wash hair with lukewarm water. Yogasanas- shavasana, vajrasana, pawanmuktasana. Pranayamas- kapalbhati, bhastrika, nadi-shodhan pranayama. Note- fix on a single shampoo brand to wash your hair. I am 23 years old, I usually have severe back pain without any reason, Can you please help me out for the same?

BHMS

I am 23 years old, I usually have severe back pain without any reason, Can you please help me out for the same?
Hello. Maintain a right standing and sitting posture, keep your back always straight (even while sitting or standing), avoid carrying weight on back. Hold or carry weight divided equally in both the hands or shoulders (to avoid over straining on one particular hand or shoulder). Always select a chair with proper back support and hand-rest. (Excessive sitting or standing is to be avoided as well don’t carry much weight on shoulders). Apart from these, stress could be the major cause of pains! Exercise: Practice Shavasana or Corpse Pose as it looks like a dead body. If practiced correctly and with full efforts, can relax every body part, relaxing not only the body but also the mind: Spread the legs one to two feet apart, the toes are turned outwards, the heels facing each other, a comfortable distance apart. Bring the arms a little away from the body, palms turned upward. Relax the neck and allow it to turn to the side if it is more comfortable. Close the eyes and focus the attention on the body, breathing normally. Begin focusing each body part and relaxing it, then moving on. Keep the mind focused on relaxation, the breath should be normal. Relax the whole body. Management: -Sit straight with a back-rest or back-support. -Stretching or activities that place additional strain on the back are discouraged. -Sleeping with a pillow between the knees while lying on one side may increase comfort. -Lying on your back with a pillow under your knees would also relieves pain and no pillow under your head. -Some people seem to benefit from the use of ice or heat. Take care, do not use a heating pad on ‘high’ or place ice directly on the skin. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicines - Arnica 200 and Rhus Tox. 200 - take both of them thrice daily for 1 week. Also, apply Schwabe's Topi-Arnica and Topi MP Gel on the affected area in circular motions gently thrice a day. Get back to me thereafter. ********Get an x-ray done*****

Hi If you have never experienced  this problem, then you need to start  *an antibiotic  immediately.  *A decongestant  medicine *Avoid water entry in the ear. *Avoid shampooing for atleast 10 days till the ear discharge dries up. *Get a Pure tone audiometry and tympanometry done. These tests can detect ear drum perforation. Otoendoscopy  may also be done Ear discharge may occur due to acute or chronic otitis media. Your symptoms  appear to be of Acute otitis media. In this case ear discharge occurs after a small perforation  in the ear drum due to pus buildup.  But if you have had the problem previously  too it may be due to Chronic otitis media. In that case you have to also start an ear drop and may need surgery.
