I am suffering from sciatica pain last 8 weeks I take some pain killers but some time little pain occurred in my hip. So what should I do. Please refer me some exercise.

MSc in Orhopedic Physiotherapy (UK), BPTh/BPT
Physiotherapist, Bangalore
To manage new sciatica pain, you may find that certain positions and activities are more comfortable than others. The proper exercises from a physiotherapist will help reduce sciatic pain. The exercises recommended will depend on what's causing the sciatica. It's important to work with a specialist who has experience working with people with sciatica. It's also important to do the exercises exactly as directed. Here are some home treatments for sciatica which you can follow: -do not bend, lift, or sit in a soft, low chair; the pain will get worse. -try a cold pack to see if it helps the pain. If you don't have a cold pack, use a large bag of frozen vegetables; it makes a good first aid cold pack. -after the cold massages, try alternating with heat from hot bag. -you may feel better lying on your back on a firm surface with a pillow under knees. Another option is lying on side with a pillow between the knees to keep the back straight. Also, a recliner chair is helpful. -do activities that you are able to tolerate. Best wishes.

Dr. reckeweg 41 homeopathic medicine for nightfall ?dosage and is it worth taking it.
This fluid coming out is semen .Semen, also known as seminal fluid, is an organic fluid that contains sperms. It is secreted by the sexual glands. Semen coming out at night is also called Night fall or Nocturnal emission or Wet dreams. Do not be tensed about this issue. It is normal at your age. It is not an illness but a natural phenomenon by which old sperms come out and make space for new sperms. New sperms are produced continuously in our body by pushing away the older ones. It does not cause any physical harm or weakness.

Migraine- How to Diagnose

M.Sc - Psychology, MBA (Healthcare)
General Physician, Kangra

A migraine is basically a primary headache disorder. It is very common. The most unfortunate part is, it is undertreated and mistreated. How to know whether it is a migraine or some other headache disorder. Migraine patient usually has a headache which is mostly on one side sometimes bilateral in front of the head. It is throbbing headache i. E-patient feels his head will burst if not treated. Patients usually have a feeling of vomitings during the episode. The episode may last from 4hrs to 72 hrs. A migraine headache mainly gets increased on exposure to sunlight and noise. Patients usually get a headache when they are fasting or travelling or any other stress. A migraine usually affects the young people. It runs in families. Migraine headaches initially are very infrequent i. E patients have symptoms once or twice a year. Slowly the frequency increases. And in the end, the patient starts having a daily headache which is very annoying and difficult to treat.

My mother is having bed wetting problem since one and a half month. Even in the day time she can't control for 3 hours.

General Physician, Delhi
She may have weakened pelvic muscle which might be the cause of her problem. Or she may also have diabetes. Get her blood glucose tested and consult a surgeon nearby. There are procedures to surgically tighten the pelvic muscles.

What medications are best for the treatment of Sugar? What are their side effects?

MBBS, CCEBDM, Diploma in Diabetology
Endocrinologist, Hubli-Dharwad
What medications are best for the treatment of Sugar? What are their side effects?
Lybrate-user, for treatment of diabetes best is insulin as the disease occurs due to either its deficiency or resistance to its action. However, choice of treatment depends on individual patients need and type of diabetes. T1 dm can only be treated by insulin injections there is no other treatment. T2 dm can be treated by either oral anti diabetes drugs alone or along with insulin. This will depend upon severity and response of the patient. Along with drug treatment regular exercise and diet control are equally important.
