Hye, thanks for the query. Being underweight can be a concern if it's the result of poor nutrition. Here are some healthy ways to gain weight when you're underweight: eat more frequently. When you're underweight, you may feel full faster. Eat five to six smaller meals during the day rather than two or three large meals. Choose nutrient-rich foods. As part of an overall healthy diet, choose whole-grain breads, rice and cereals; fruits and vegetables; dairy products; lean protein sources; and nuts. Don't fill up on diet soda, coffee and other drinks with few calories and little nutritional value. Instead, drink smoothies or healthy shakes. Snack on nuts, dried fruits and fresh fruits. Even when you're underweight, be mindful of excess sugar and fat. An occasional slice of cake or ice cream is fine. But most sweets should be healthy and provide nutrients in addition to calories. Sheera, lassi and chikki are good choices. Exercise, especially strength training, can help you gain weight by building up your muscles. Exercise may also stimulate your appetite.

Please add jou or barley flour in your diet and ragi flour. Roast this flour and mix 1/4th of it in normal wheat flour. Prepare chapaties with it and eat it daily. Eat more of fiber containing food like green leafy vegies, more of fresh seasonal fruits, drink less water with meals instead take sips of water while eating food and don? t drink before and after. Take 1 teaspoon of fenugreek seed powder (methi dana powder) with water daily will control diabetes and its complications. You can also chew 4-5 leaves of curry patta daily as it will reduce your blood pressure, protects liver and works as antioxidants along with increasing hb which will overcome you weakness. Do this for some time & you will feel the difference. Ayurveda is known as the best science to help you control your diabetes in a natural, safer & better way with no known side effects. For more info share your blood sugar level reports and other medication details if you are taking any to understand your case better

Hello, oral medicine for abortion works if taken within 49 days from the first day of last period. They are available in the drug stores.

Have cold milk at regular intervals because milk is a very good antacid, have balanced leafy vegetables and cereals. Lots of water by mouth have homemade freshly prepared lemon juice which is rich in vitamin c thereby increasing your body autoimmune system which prevents infection. Go for morning walk followed by free hand exercises. Avoid red meat instead have lean meat like chicken salad and fish etc it will be ok.

Avoid hotel foods take only home made foods. Take 2 to 3 litter water. You take Ķeva tulsi drops 5 drops empty stomach in a cup of normal or Ro water end evening also. After a week increase 10 drops morning end 10 drops in evening. Bath with keva beauty soap. Consult me after a month.

Below thumb pain is called De Quervain's disease. It is a painful inflammation of tendons in the thumb that extend to the wrist. It can happen because of overuse, a direct blow to the thumb, repetitive grasping, and certain inflammatory conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis. Gardening, racquet sports, and some workplace tasks may make it worse. Consult a Physiotherapist who will likely recommend that you wear a splint 24 hours a day for 4 to 6 weeks to hold the affected area firm and still. You'll also need to stop doing anything that worsens the condition. You can ice the area to reduce inflammation. If these treatments don’t help, your doctor may recommend surgery.

I m advising you following remedy Natural home remedy using almonds, cow's milk, ginger powder, cardamom and saffron: Saffron is a mild aphrodisiac 1. Soak 10 almonds in water overnight 2. Peel off the skin and crush them the next morning 3. Take 1 cup hot cow's milk 4. Add the crushed almonds 5. Add a pinch of ginger powder 6. Add a pinch of cardamom powder 7. Take balance end nutristional food avoid too oily, ghee prepretion, spacy, fast, junck food, over eating. Take less as you fill hungery. Do arobic excersices, fast walking, yoga, will help.

Headache can be due to many reasons. Common causes being simple tension headache, headache due to refractive error (visual problems), sinusitis (sinus infections), migraine. Get your vision checked first. If you have sinusitis and headache you will have cough, nasal discharge or fever. Consult an ENT specialist in such cases. In simple tension headaches there is tight band like constriction at forehead. It will be relieved by simple analgesics and rest. Migraine headache is characterised by nausea, vomiting, intolerance to light and sound, throbbing headache. For migraine you need to take preventive medicines and make lifestyle changes. For relief from headache you can take over the counter available analgesics like paracetamol or Ibuprofen. If problem persists you should consult a doctor for diagnosis and treatment. Follow these lifestyle changes to avoid headache 1. Maintain regular sleep wake cycle, even on holiday's. 2. Don't skip meals. Take regular healthy diet with adequate fluids 3. Do not consume excess caffeine / carbohydrates / alcohol or smoke. 4. Exercise daily (aerobics and cardiovascular) 5. Identify your headache trigger and try to avoid it.

Use tea tree face wash and toner twice daily. Use sunscreen with spf 30 daily. Use natural face pack of multani mitti and lemon 2 times a week. You can also use apple cider vinegar for 5 minutes after washing your face and splash it clean with water. Most important is diet- do not eat junk, eat more vegetables and fruits especially with vitamin c.
