Consult with a gynecologist. If there is nothing internal than started little exercise to give strength to your body. Take green vegetables in your diet and nothing to worry, it will be all right but take a doctor's consult first. If there is something different in your moods in your menstrual cycle just inform me.

You have to give a break of 5-10 mins, for an hour of study, by walking and not being in the same position, this will solve your problem.

Hello Lybrate user As you mentioned your problems related to your nervous weakness. I would like to advise you to consult an experienced Vaidya who will see your pulse diagnosis and advise you proper treatment. I would like to advise you to follow regular daily routines of getting all dietary measures and daily behaviours as well as yoga and exercise every day and morning walk every day before sunrises. You may use light diets and chapati with vegetable soups and Moong daal. You may use Khichari and Dariya with moong daal and green vegetables and warm milk boiled with ginger, haldi and nuts with ghee before going to bed and at breakfast. You should use fresh fruits and fruits juices in your daily life.

Hi, do you have any other symptom with it? does the pain starts or radiate somewhere else? give details of your problem and get your thorough check up done from a nearby doctor/ hospital. Giving you only pain killer is not a solution to your problem. Medication: start taking homoeopathic medicine - mag. Phos. 6x/ after every 3 hours for relieving your pain.

Based on the history the pains can be due to fever as acute onset febrile illnesses present like such prodromal signs prior to full onset of symptoms. Fever with chills needs evaluation with complete blood count, blood cultures, urinalysis and malaria workup. Meanwhile using analgesics like acetaminophen or ibuprofen will help with the symptoms. Decision of antibiotics or anti malarial should be based after labs. as for your taste is concerned ,fever causes loss of taste buds( bald tongue) try to add some ginger in warm water and drinks sips in between. this will improve the taste and don't use tongue cleaner.

I am 30 year old female, married with 2 kids ( 7 year boy + 3 year girl baby), and weight 60 kgs with height of 5. 4 inches. Few symptoms which I am suffering from more than a year. 1. Frequently left side pain is there especially from neck to toe during that time no headache but. Why this will happen? 2. Too much of tension due to our family personal relations & financial related issues. 3. Which working at home due to tension will be shouting on kids and some time beat them for simple reasons, during that small noise also will irritate me so much. 4. My left leg muscle will pain a lot and some times reddish clots will be visible which pains a lot. 5. And in my legs black marks are there automatically the tone of skin turn like black moles which is not a mole but it turns like marks in black color. 6. And red doted moles are increasing in the body part but no pain nothing which is there for my mother and father too. 7. Too much of weakness, some time feeling giddiness but will not fell down, blur eyes, unable to do any work at home completely depressed and feel like to cry. 8. My bp count was always in between 101/72-110/80 9. Sugar I recently checked after breakfast (2hrs later) the count was 153. 10. During monthy biological periods first 2 days will be too much from 3rd day it slows by 5th it will stop and max to max by 20-25 days in between the cycle happens during this period feels like to sit calm and sleep, heavy stress I feel. Earlier 28-30 days before 1 year. 11. From past 3 month my belly is increased upto 3-5 inches even I am also putting weight becoming very lazy. 12. If any body talks I will be unable to hear properly from both the ears some times. 13 my vision is fine as of now. 14. Due to finacial crisis unable to meet the doctor and do any kind of tests. Drink 2-3 glass of water in the morning empty stomach, and 3-4 litres of water during the day daily. Walk for minimum 5 minutes. You may also mix two spoons of isabgol in a glass of warm milk and drink it just before you go to bed. It will help. Thank You

I am a 35 years old man. I am suffering from pain over the whole body including head, neck, shoulders, arms, palm, back, thighs, calf and ankles. Whenever any part of my body aches I gets stressed and worry for a long time about the same. My blood sugar, lipid profile, uric acid are within normal limits. My doctor has prescribed Epalrica MP once daily after dinner for one month. I have learn that it is used to treat diabetic neuropathy. As my blood sugar is within normal limits is it the right medicine for my condition?

Frankly I don't see any role of Epalrica for you. You are suffering from Anxiety neurosis probably. Instead of worrying, join laughter class, read books, listen to music, go for walk, play sports. You will feel better if you open your mind often to a friend. Take a break, for a holiday and spend time with family and friends without any objective.

Quadriceps strengthening exercises- Quad Clenches: Lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, Hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short Arcs: Lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Straight Leg Raise: Lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise.

Dear lybrate user, try the following tips to help soothe pain and ease into your day: 1> take a warm shower or bath - warm showers or baths at bedtime and in the morning will help to relax muscles. 2> avoid caffeine, alcohol, and nicotine 3> exercise - exercising during the day will increase restful sleep at night. Physical stretching exercises such as yoga helps in relaxation too. 4> practice healthy sleep habits. * sometimes, deficiency of essential minerals causes generalised body pain and laziness, hence go for a body check-up, if the above tips do not help.

You may be on two conditions 1) vitamin b12 deficiency 2) increased serum uric acid level so you should go for further investigations.
