I am working in bpo in night shift. Having issue with back pain. How to resolve it. Does smoking have any impact on this.
Hi myself neetu .since 2 years I am suffering from pain in my right hand .it starts from neck and goes till my fingers including shoulder. It's kind of numbing and constantly. It's nt dere while movement of hand. Had numerous medicines. But not any long lasting effect. Wat I should do.
I am 42 years male last 8 years I am suffering with back pain if I remain seated with a support say cushion etc on my ack side, I get pain in that portion at the time. If I get stand up immediately of that I get relieved.
I have a back pain since past 6 months. Slowly pain radiates to left thigh and buttocks area (back side) and now in right side too. (But mostly in left). Sometimes pain is shooting and unbearable. Hello sir, my problem was frequently during my sleep I'm feeling very hard to wake up & all of a sudden all my body was not working I. E. My muscles are not working and also body parts becoming stiff I can fell it while this is happening I can hear the surrounding sounds and voice but I can't wake up while I'm trying hard to get up I can move only my index finger and the nerve impulses are generating from that finger to whole of the body so that I can get up. This is happening only for a few minutes this is stopping when I won't sleep for an hour if I sleep immediately same problem reapts. Sir I have to mention you that this happening whenever I feel stress sir I'm facing this problem from 2 years it comes very frequently. Sir in my opinion this is happening due to stoppage of nerve impulse as I was studying as a dental doctor. Sir please say me remedies and suggestions how to control it. Dear sir, I am 51 years house wife. 4 years back I got the l5 place replaced (operation done at sunshine hospital, secunderabad. Operation conducted & done by Dr. Naresh).
