For vitamin d deficiency- 1. Expose yourself to sunlight daily for 20 mins between 12-2 pm, 2. Include whole egg, shiitake mushrooms & fatty fish (pomfret, hilsa) in your diet, 3. Have cod liver oil gels 2 daily with meals for increased stamina, 1. Have small frequent meals (every 2-3 hrs), 2. Drink 3 litres water daily, 3. Include snacks in between main meals- whole fruits, nuts, oilseeds, coconut water, lassi, buttermilk, milkshake, chana, sprouts, muri, chirwa, bhutta.

According to your height your weight should reach around 70-75 kg. If you are non-vegetarian then start eating 2-3eggs on daily basis and if vegetarian then pulses, dals and cheese cube. If Non-vegetarian eat chicken or motton 2-3 times a week. Consume roasted chana 1bowl daily. Atleast once in a day eat any dry fruit. Drink plenty of fluid almost 3.5 liters a day. Take banana shake twice a day.

Hi, you should go for 45 minutes brisk walk in the morning, do regular exercise, and less carbohydrates and add fish, egg white into your diet. Take lukewarm water with lemon in the morning. Take salad before meals. Drink more water in a day. Take small and frequent meals.

To gain some weight, you need to eat healthy and natural food..>> Take at least two fruits per day and one glass fruit juice..>> Eat 20 almonds & 5 dates daily. Drink full cream milk, curd, lassi, banana shakes etc..>> If your are Non veg you can have more eggs, chicken, fish. For Veg - have more dals, rajma, kabuli chana, soya beans etc..>> Avoid junk food and colas. Avoid chips and other namkeen..>> No need for any extra supplements. Natural diet is best. Go for 30 mins walks / exercise / yoga daily. Feel confident about yourself. All the best.

She can do massage by seasame oil one inch above and one inch below the knee for 15 times each point twice daily. And do massage in the hollow portion of the knee and on the shin bone four two inch before the knee.

Reduce starchy carbs. Eat a full, balanced breakfast. Limit sugar consumption. Rotate your carbs. Drink coffee (black) before working out. Avoid drastic calorie reductions. Eat 5-6 meals a day. Take cla. Increase vegetable consumption. Don't over-rely on fat burners. Consume 25-35 grams of fiber a day.

Sir I hv a pain in my hands nd legs. Can you please suggest me that why my knees paining.
Gentle massage over the affected part with lukewarm herbal pain relieving oil for 20 minutes followed by hot fomentation. It will relax the muscles and the veins of your affected part improving the blood supply to the organ and giving strength to it. Please avoid over-use of the part affected i. E. Lifting weight - pushing or pulling heavy objects. Give proper rest to the part - let it heal with the time. This will greatly help. Although some herbal medicines might also help you but after proper history taking. Please update with your valuable feedback after 15 days.

Normal hemoglobin level for women is 12-14.5 gm/dl. So your hemoglobin level too low. Take iron rich foods like liver, red meat, oyester, shrimp, spinach, almond, lentil, fortified cereal. Take lots of citrus fruits. Take b-complex, folic acid rich foods like green leafy vegetables, sprout, liver, rice, dried beans, grain, peanut, banana, broccoli, fortified cereal. Take beetroot juice, apple. Along with these eat more food more often. Take plenty of protein foods. Use nutritional supplement. Use healthy fat like fish oil, olive oil, canola oil. Drink lots of water. Do regular exercise for better health. Quality sleep.

Since the reasons for your weakness are not known, I shall advise the following - 1. Keep yourself hydrated. 2. Get extra rest for some days till you feel more energetic. 3. Avoid watching television for long hours. Indulge in relaxing activities. 4. Avoid stress and too much physical exertion. 5. Take a nutritious diet with more protein items in homemade food like soya, sprouts, dals, paneer, milk, seasonal fruits. 6. Do light physical activity, meditation and yoga. 7. Take one good multivitamin tablet after food for 7 days.

Noodles and pasta are rich in calories and have high amount of carbohydrates. They are easy to make and also saves cooking time. If you are a non-vegetarian, you can also add lean chicken and a lot of vegetables to the noodles and pasta that will convert it into a high calorie and nutritious food and provide you essential minerals and proteins.

Your weight is in limits and in sync with your height and age. Aim to be fit and strong. If you eat too much you will develop a tummy. Eat lot of fruits and vegetables. Drink milk and take milk products. Do daily exercise and be confident of yourself.

Hi lybrate-user go only with the foods which are said to increase nutrient intake for the body and provide with sufficient energy, some of these foods have been listed below for simplicity: salmon tuna paneer soya beans soya paneer-tofu eggs shrimps granola bars cheese paneer yoghurt walnuts dates apricots anjeer raisins nuts and oil seeds peanut butter chicken breast gaining weight is not an excuse to get fat and schedule daily visits to all-you-can buffets. I suggest you begin implementing one principle each week and watch your body stack on more muscle to your frame each week. Medicines only yield short term results.

Hi, I am an software professional and I go to gym daily and I swim daily in evening. I thought to take whey protein as I am protein deprived and with the gyming I need at least 2gm/ kg of body weight. But when I tasted for uric acid then its on elevated level. Last month it was 8 now this month its level is 9 compared to range of 5 -7.2. I am not sure how to give my body protein need when I am on so high level of uric acid.

I may suggest you to take ashwagandha churna with punarnava churna for your complaint of higher level of uric acid n need of protein supplement. This may bring down the uric acid level n also fulfil the need of extra protein. Both the powders may be taken 2 grams each with water thrice in a day. After one month use, you may feel positive changes.

Weight depends upon height & structure of a person. For a big structure to a height of 183 cm maximum weight should be around 75 kgs. You can loose weight by using some herbal metabolism boosters like garcinia, trikatu, tripahala. Drink warm water one hour after meals. Take care.

Dear, you can get a healthy muscular body by following methods: - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. 6. You can try protein powders like milk powder, soya protein for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them.
