Eat a heavy breakfast, start doing surya namskar, eat cow ghee with your meals, do prithvi mudra fo 20 minutes everyday for 3 to 4 months without fail, eat paneer, banana, milk shakes, grapes, almonds, green leafy vegetables freely.

1.Take 1 tsf badam pak twice a day with milk. 2.2tab ashwgandha at night with1 cup milk. 3. 1 tab chitrakadi vati thrice a day just after meals with water. 4. Do 2km walk daily early morning. drink plenty of fluids.

Hi to gain weight you need to combine a balanced eating pattern with regular physical activity. You should be eating at least 6 small meals a day, rather than sticking to 3 square meals. You could divide it as 3 main meals and 3 snacks. You need to be eating every 2-3 hours. Space out snacks during the day so you don't spoil your appetite. Bread, cereal, rice, whole wheat, dalia and pasta: biscuits, and corn-bread are good sources of carbohydrates. Fruits: dried fruits, fruit nectars, and large quantities of fresh fruits vegetables: include, potatoes, peas, corn in your diet. Meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs, and nuts: beef, pork, lamb, poultry, salmon, omelets, nuts, peanut butter, kidney beans, chickpeas will help you gain weight. Include dairy products like milk, yogurt, and cheese: milk, fruited yogurts, hard cheeses, ice cream, puddings, custards, milkshakes. -nuts and seeds make a healthy option for snacks. -roasted channas and peanuts are good -peanut butter on the sandwiches are a great mid-meal choice. -you must know that cereals actually contain some healthy calories. Stay hydrated: drinking plenty of water and other fluids like juices, milk, soups etc, will work in your favour. Do not drink water before a meal and in between the meal as it may make you lose your appetite, thus calorie intake suffers. Sleep: at least 8 hours of sound sleep is a must. Since your body is actually building up muscles, while you rest. Weight gainers have long term side effects.

Most probably you would need arthroscopic knee surgery. It is a very safe procedure in our hands with uniformly good results. We have very good well equipped centers in delhi. Do ask for detailed treatment plan. Don't ignore it lest it become beginning of a bigger problem.

I am 22 years old and my body weight is 63 to 65 kgs. I had an accident 2 years ago and I got fractured on my left leg (fumer and tibia) and had an surgery with stainless steel plate. Due to this accident my knee's ligament (ACL and PCL) has been injured, and due to ligament surgery I have to remove my plate. I want to do this surgery after my graduation (2 years remaining). So my question is how long I keep this stainless steel plate inside my leg? And is it OK if I'll keep stainless steel plate inside my leg for 4 to 5 yrs?

You can keep the plate for as much time you want but the problem is you have instability in your knee due to ACL/PCL injury and if you don't get the reconstructive surgery done then your whole knee will be spoiled latet.

Firstly weight gain is majorly dependent on your metabolism and genetics play a definite role too. You have to be patient and give your body time to gain a healthy body weight. Eat meals at frequent intervals. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy, eggs, sprouts, fruits in your meals. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. Even if you were to take medicines or supplements. They will not work in isolation. You have to have a calorie and nutrient dense meal. Hye, thanks for the query. Firstly drink hot fluids like kanji, soup, ginger mint tea at frequent intervals. Have easy to digest foods like khichdi soft vegetables and fruits. Eat meals at frequent intervals. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk fried spicy foods. Milk with haldi and ginger powder will help.

Hello, Soy and its products are very good for health, but any food item has to be taken in proportion to get effective results. Any food for that matter if taken out of prescribed quantities can be potentially dangerous. If you are vegetarian, soya and its products can be very important food to give away proteins. Please have it and ensure you stick to the quantity what your body actually needs.

I am a registered dietitian and a doctor who will help you in managing your weight. You need to provide me your daily food intake details. There are many lifestyle and dietary guidelines that can be followed: take high protein prescribed diet, have paneer, eggs and potatoe daily. Incorporate dry fruits in your diet on a daily basis. Eat a balanced diet as prescribed by a registered dietitian, I being a registered dietitian and doctor have been successfully helping patients with their problem. I will also prescribe medicines that will speed up the time to achieve your weight management goals. Gradual weight management is always advisable. An increase in 500 kcal per day can result in increasing the body weight by 0.5 kgs per week. Objective should be to restore a desirable weight/ ideal body weight according to one's age, gender and height. To rebuild body tissues, to maintain a good nutritional status and to maintain ideal body weight. Hello, since you have fever and body ache, you should get investigations done. Investigations for complete blood count, dengue, malaria or typhoid. As these diseases are prevalent these days. After the reports, you should take treatment respectively.

Yes, you can take white egg in omlette, boil scrambled form and for breakfast you can include 1 bowl veg daliya, oats, veg stuffed besan cheela, 1 bowl steamed sprouts chaat, include 3-4 almonds and 1 walnut in your diet.
