Dear lybrate-user, Heart beating fast can happen in many hormonal and medical conditions, heart valve condition and psychiatric disorders. If you are afraid, your heart will beat fast. If your heart beats fast, you will be scared. It is a vicious cycle. Please go to a psychiatrist, get diagnosed and treated properly. He may ask you for few blood tests and an echo-cardiogram. Later prescribe tablets to treat. The acidity may be related to the tension and heart beating fast, rather than causing these. It also needs diagnosis and treatment.

Mr. lybrate-user, If blood glucose is well controlled then fasting should be closer to 100 mg, PP 160 to 180 mg & HbA1c%<7. Looking at your blood glucose levels, it is clear that the control is not adequate. There is no mention of HbA1c%. It appears that there is need for closer look at the diet and amount of exercise that is being done. Thanks.

DEAR Lybrate USER. This problem is due to irritation and inadequate nutrition of the brain. So follow few basic things …. 1) drink only 100-150 ml of water during meals …. 2) don’t drink water one hour before meals and one hour after meal… 3) avoid oily, spicy, salty, junk, fast, fermented and stale foods… 4) avoid coffee and tea… 5) try to sleep upto 10.30 pm … 6) do anuloma viloma pranayam regularly early in the morning… A) eat 30-40 black currants and 1 tsf of jaggery during meals… B) take 250 ml of fresh butter milk during dinner. C) instill 3-4 drops of CHANDANADI TAILA in each nostril at the time of sleeping…… Do all these things for 15 days. It gives you good result. Consult to me for further suggestions. THANKS.

Take tab. sinarest it contains ( Acetaminophen+ Pseudoephedrine+ chlorpheniramine). Acetaminophen, chlorpheniramine, and pseudoephedrine is a combination medicine used to throat infection and treat headache, fever, body aches, runny or stuffy nose, sneezing, itching, watery eyes, and sinus congestion caused by allergies, the common cold, or the flu. Do gargle with warm water thrice a day. Drink warm water also. Take plenty of water, liquid diet, dalia, green veg., orange. avoid cold things, cold drinks. Oily foods. for eye use eye drop genty 1 to 2 drops thrice a day. welcome

If you have recurrent attack of headache 1.It could be a tension headache due to anxiety/stress, inadequate sleep , Low BP/High BP,migraine, prolonged use of cell phone/computer, chronic anaemia, refractive error,chronic sinusitis, organic brain lesion 2.Avoid stress, physical and mental exertion, ,have adequate sound sleep for 7-8 hours daily in the night 3.Go for regular exercise 4.Practice yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise to calm your mind, control your emotion and relieve stress 5.Check for refractive error, sinusitis Hemoglobin, BP 6. Avoid prolonged use of cell phone/computer 7.Consult Neurologist to rule out other causes of headache , if required take a CT scan of head to exclude any brain lesion 8. consult me for further advice

Please note the following for your condition: • Avoid big meals late in the evening. You need three to four hours to digest a big meal. • Spicy or sugary food, even at suppertime, is usually a bad idea. Spices can irritate your stomach, and when it tosses and turns, so will you. Having a lot of sugary food—especially chocolate, which contains caffeine—can make you feel jumpy. • Try a soothing aromatic bath before bedtime. Add 5 drops lavender oil and 3 drops ylang-ylang oil to warm bathwater and enjoy a nice soak.

If you leave it I do not know how is your health. Might every thing you enjoy ok if you continue you will leave it for sure might by that time you will be beset by sorts of problem like premature ejaculation night fall, erectile dysfunction and so on so be well informed and live safter life. No, Day 1 to day 7 and day 21 to rest of the cycle are known to be “safe days” or your “safe period”. The method is perfect only for women whose menstrual cycles are regular, i.e. 25 to 32 days cycles. This method is not completely reliable.

Hi I have cough and it happens every year as weather changes. From winter to summer. Can you give me some suggestions.

It is probably due to nasal allergy. Commonly nasal and sinus fluids keep on dripping from the back of nose over throat leading to repeated and persistent throat itching and inflammation and hence cough. However, it may be due to airway allergic inflammation ie. Asthma also. I may help. But first do a spirometry test if available and respond.

Quad Clenches: Lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, Hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short Arcs: Lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Straight Leg Raise: Lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise. for back-Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana -- Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

You have not mentioned your age, check your bp. Weakness is due to inadequate diet, eat nutritious and timely diet with seasonal fruits. Do some simple exercises, take bath twice, do meditation. If like may be prescribed some herbal preparations.

To control & maintain BP normal these are best methods to follow:.• Do physical exercise like jogging, running or brisk walk for atleast 20-30 minutes. • Maintain your cholesterol level to normal & eat least amount of butter, cream or fatty things. • Eat less amount of pickle, salt and fast food as they contain high sodium levels. • Avoid drinking alcohol and smoking. • Take less amount of caffine containing coffee, tea or cold drinks because caffine causes increase BP. • Drink 8 to 10 glass of water daily • Take 6 to 8 hrs of sleep daily. Do not take too much stress. • Do long breathing pranayams (Anulom- Vilom, Bhramari) daily for 10 - 15 minutes. It will reduce your stress level in your body. • Eat healthy diet such as green leafy vegetables, fruits. • Take 5 ml of GULAB Jal added in a glass of water daily once a day. You can consult me privately for more medicine treatment and doubts.

If you did not vomit after taking unwanted 72 and used condoms this time it should be okay. However I must warn you that unwanted 72 is not very effective if you have regular sex. You should opt for some regular form of contraception then.

Definitely help you if you give some extra symptoms. Please go through this blood test cbc, rbs, dengu igm/igg, mp and urine for re/me. According to your qury for 3 days we cont say its typhoid after 1week or more then give widal and typhi dot then can confirm. You cane take arl 3o and pcm500 sos.
