Dear Lybrate user. Nice thing you did circumcision. You will have the sensitivity when you touch with your fingers and other cloth or body parts etc. This is natural and this sensitivity is going to give you extra pleasure while having sexual intercourse. The sensitivity will reduce the more you touch the glans area. Take care.

For loosemotions drink ors solution and to stop the frequency of motions take capsule roko and avoid spicy food in your diet and eat only curd rice or khichdi and if necessary we should take prescribed antibiotics.

1. Do steam inhalation by steam inhaler 2-3 times daily with karvol plus inhalant capsule. 2. Put otrivin nasal drop 1 drop thrice daily 3. Take one tablet of sinarest 2-3 times daily after food 4. Drink plenty of water 5. Take rest 6. If no relief, consult doctor for further advice.

Hello, follow advises 1. drink lot of water 2. you can use good quality neem soap like Himalaya 3. Wear proper washed cloth 4. you can use god quality Tel com or Deodorant 5. I will suggest you to eat nutritious home made food with adequate fluid intake and few diet tips - not to eat fried food items and can eat all green vegetables, moong, chana, dal, rice etc and to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati and to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day and if possible eat eggs on alternate days and if possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla and eat seasonal fruit.

You may get the solution through private consultancy. For pimples on penis, simply wash with neem decoction and turmeric mixed, at least twice a day. First stop taking out side food, and take only home cooked food to escape this constipation and loose motions routine. Due to the stomach problem you may be having acidity/gas in the stomach which also may be giving you the fogginess of mind. So to reduce acidiy take timely meal, avoid late nights, go to bed by 10 o clock in the night, you should take plenty of vegetables, avoid excess of tea, avoid masala, mirchi, fried items. take atleast 3 litres of water every day, have some physical exercise like walking, jogging, dancing, yoga etc., Reduce your stress levels by doing meditation and pranayama. If you follow all these meticulously the problems will disappear. when ever you feel bloating of stomach take 2 big glasses of water.

Resting at night plays an important role in regulating your daily health and your level of energy throughout a day. Also, not only the quantity but the quality of sleep is also important for a healthy lifestyle. Bedtime habits do play a vital role in shaping up your lifestyle and personality as a whole. Here are many lifestyle habits that can help you to get sound sleep. Excess sleep can be due to anaemia, hypothyroidism or general weakness and a blood test is needed and you may contact me personally by lybrate site for further advice 1. Make regular and a fixed sleep pattern: going to sleep and waking up the same time every day helps to maintain an equilibrium in the sleep-wake cycle called diurnal rhythm. If this balance is maintained, then your body will be accustomed to this pattern and as a result, you will feel less tired and fresh throughout the day 2. Maintain a definite dietary regulation: you should also maintain a proper diet plan and observe the consequences/effects of the foods that you are eating and the fluids that you are drinking on your sleep pattern. Taking a good and properly nutritious diet on a daily basis will help you to stay healthy and help your natural sleep-wake cycle. 3. But, if you are consistently having long naps during the day then you are bound to have sleep issues during the night. So it is advisable to sleep early and wake up early for a healthy schedule. 6) regular exercise: exercising regularly helps to improve the overall quality of sleep by making you tired at night and sending you to bed more efficiently. 1. Take multivite capsule containing gingko biloba extract like one capsule of revital daily 2. Take water melon 3. Stop smoking 4. Regular exercise 5. Lose belly fat 6.
