Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head. Kindly take BioD3 Max 1 tab dailyx10 Paracetamol 250mg OD & SOS x5days Do back(spine)/shoulder/knee exercises Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take Do not ignore it. It could be beginning of a serious problem. If no relief in 4_5 days,then contact me again.

Dear Jitaditya, Namaskar, Yes you should be worried....Why at all you have pain on squatting. Get yourself properly investigated by an expert... Sports Medicine Consultant to rule out any internal derangement of knee..... Take care.

I have started doing workout yesterday and I am having muscle pains now (they are just mild) can I continue my workout today or should I rest my body?

Don't worry about the pain (specially if it's a mild). If you have recently joined the gym than please start with light exercises. Warm up before the workout like stretching, banding, light jogging etc and cool down after the workout. If possible than follow the instructor for prevention of any damage. Note- skipping classes due to pain can aggregate the pain (if there will be no damage)

Meri mom ka left leg me ek rod pada hai hip side me pr doctor kah rhe hai ki waha ka bone create nahi ho rha hai aur rod nikal kr phir se opretion kerne ke liye kah rhe hai aur kisi type ka cement bharene ke liye kah rhe hai. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Ankle Pumps •Lie on your back. •Move ankles up and down. Repeat 10 times. •Repeat 10 times. Heel Slides Lie on your back. Abdominal Contraction •Lie on your back with knees bent and hands resting below ribs. •Tighten abdominal muscles to squeeze ribs down toward back. •Be sure not to hold breath. •Hold 5 seconds. •Relax. •Repeat 10 times. ••Slowly bend and straighten knee. •Repeat 10 times Wall Squats •Stand with back leaning against wall. •Walk feet 12 inches in front of body. •Keep abdominal muscles tight while slowly bending both knees 45 degrees. •Hold 5 seconds. •Slowly return to upright position. •Repeat 10 times.

Hi I am 22 yr old, height 5, 5 and weight 64. I live in pune. I got a lower back problem. Actually it hurts and increase normally when I sit or lay down and this pain shifts around lower back and hips. In standing there is no problem at all. Although I run 3-4 kilometer. But there is nothing wrong with standing position. I visited several doctors and did all tests like mri, x ray etc (note- in mri found mild bone marrow edema in s1 segment on right side adjacent to the si joint) but nothing serious found doctors said. I have taken many medicine but still its as it is and no improvement. Kindly please tell me what it can be and suggest me for the best. And any specialist for such problem please share. Thanks.

This is quite a common condition rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head. Any way take caldikind plus (mankind) 1tab odx10days paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days do back (spine) exercises contact me again if need be. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take you may have to use lumbosacral support for some time. Avoid painful act/activities. Take medicines as prescribed it may have to be further investigated.
