Quit habits strictly. Kindly consult a dentist in person for further suggestion. We need more investigations (full mouth x-ray) to decide upon treatment. You may consult me in person. Dental tips: - visit a dentist every six months for cleaning and a thorough dental check-up. Limit sugary food to avoid tooth decay. Gargle your mouth thoroughly after every meal. Scrub gently to clean your tongue with a tongue cleaner. Sleep deprivation can cause headache and vice versa. Relieve your headache with over the counter available painkillers like paracetamol or ibuprofen. Once headache is relieved you should be able to get some sleep. Follow these lifestyle changes to avoid headache 1. Maintain regular sleep wake cycle, even on holiday's. 2. Don't skip meals. Take regular healthy diet with adequate fluids 3. Do not consume excess caffeine / carbohydrates / alcohol or smoke. 4. Exercise daily (aerobics and cardiovascular) 5. Hello, you have to use it throughout the cycle, and as this protocol has been implemented for fertility and assisting conception so this may be repeated even for next cycle if she doesn't get pregnant.

Your blood pressures may be low reading on machine but it maybe your body's blood pressure. U need to visit once in every month now and twice in a month thereafter or as per years docs advice. Be alert abt years baby's movement. Take rest .good food .sleep and iron calcium supplementation. Labour pain starts over a period of 4_7 days in most of the cases. If there is blood discharge. Pain or leaking of water meet years doc .do not stay at home after years date thinking that pain will come in a day or two.

Include some form of proteins in your meal like milk and milk products..vegetarian should have dhals while non vegetarian should include chicken..fish..and eggs in their meals.. *check your vitamine B12..D3 and iron levels and add a suppliments in case the levels are insufficient.. *keep a check on your thyroid as hypothyroidism can cause fatigue.. Reason is unhygienic food,junk food,bad climatic conditions...etc avoid tea,coffee,junk food,spicy food,fermented food.. walk for atleast 30 minutes a day... avoid alcohol consumption,smoking and non veg.... drink lots of juices and plenty of water... eat green vegetables and salads.... do pranayama early in the morning... sleep for atleast 7 hours...

Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. My fasting sugar range always between 120 to 180 accordingly in 1 month back i've measured fasting 168mg thereafter stopping allopathy i've complete switchover to ayerved stop taking of allopathic drugs - now in between 1 month my sugar level raise in fasting - 260mg - I became fears - again started taking medicines glimet - ds - once in before breakfast & once before dinner - jalra-n-50/500mg at night before bedtime & vitmain - zyncovit after breakfast morning - please. Adv. This is the right way to continue my treatment or else any other treatment to adopt. Thanks.

Hello it is good that you have started allopathic treatment again. There is no other treatment than this. Now how are your sugar levels? if in control continue the same. Also check your hba1c it should be below 7. If not then treatment may have to be strengthened. Along with drugs you have to exercise and strive to maintain near normal weigh. Avoid deep fried foods and sweets.

What to do when you can't get an erection. There are two things you must do. First, find out the reason why your penis isn't getting stiff and hard. And secondly, don't beat yourself up about it thinking you are a failure. How far from the truth that is.

There is always going to be an underlying cause for a sexual malfunction of this sort so below are several explanations to help you understand why an erection is not happening for you.

The vast majority of men will have had or likely have the occasional episode of not able to get his penis stiff and keep it there until the purpose he set out to do is served. Frustrating as it is you are not the only one suffering. If you believe the reason for your problem is serious then see a doctor because past research found that erectile difficulties in young men are a primary sign of developing heart disease as well as linked to diabetes and thyroid problems.

Stress, fatigue, anxiety, drugs, alcohol, and types of medication is something a doctor will look towards for being responsible. If none of these is found to be the reason for stopping the erection, the doctor if the problem happens frequently, will look to see if the condition erectile dysfunction (ED), also known as impotence is the cause.   3. Fatigue: This makes sense. Think about those everyday jobs in general, if you're overly tired you are good for nothing and this goes for sex and masturbating as well. Chronic tiredness will have a huge impact on how certain parts of the body work including the penis, sex drive and ability to become aroused. If an erection is to happen, get more rest. Again that is if this is the reason for the manhood staying steadfast in impotence mode.
  4. Medication: Some prescription drugs aside from erection problems can make it difficult for men to have an orgasm also. Don't stop taking medication without consulting a doctor but rather speak to him or her and ask about erection-friendly alternatives.
  5. Stress is the cause of 20 percent of all erectile disorders. If stress is not managed properly it can lead to insomnia, gut problems and chest pains. By relaxing you help control stress so consider yoga or doing some light exercise or even meditation as this will help lessen the impact of stress on the body.
  6. Relationship: Both people in a relationship have to have a good understanding of each other in situations like this. Not getting along and squabbling can take its toll with the outcome being it seriously messes up the sex drive and the ability to perform and not to mention not being able to get aroused- Talk to your partner.
