Hi apply pranacharya face glow on your face for 15 minutes then wash it with warm water. Take pranacharya b clean syrup 2-2 tsf twice a day. Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day. Wash your face with any good ayurvedic soap containing neem etc.......

Hi, Slight discharge from the private parts is supposed to be normal in both males and females. This may be nightfall which is bothering you. Home remedies for nightfall: -Individuals suffering from the condition can also opt to drink a glass of fresh bottle gourd juice every day, preferably at night in order to prevent nightfall. -Grind some fenugreek leaves or seeds and extract the juice.Add some water to the juice (one cup to 2 tbsp.). Add a few drops of honey for taste as well. Drink the juice before bed time every day to curb nightfall effectively. -Drinking a glass of warm almond milk at night before going to bed can relax the mind and body, and literally lull you to sleep and is one of the best known home remedies for recurrent wet dreams. Medication: Phosphoric Acid 30/ thrice daily for 4 weeks.

Take following precautions to get relief: 1) avoid allergens 2) remove the contact lens (if using any) 3) use specific prescribed medicines recommended by your doctor for your eye allergy.

Hi You can start physiotherapy treatment to strengthen the muscles around the knee and ankle joint. Meanwhile apply cold pack for 20 minutes thrice a day for 5 days. First do health check up.And do exercise like weight lifting and other muscle building exercise.Use bigger plate.Do not skip meals.Eat more frequently than before.Eat dense fruits,vegetables.Take extra egg,fish,mushroom.tofu etc.Add healthy fats in cooking.Take nuts,seeds as snacks.These will help you but for more details consult me privately on lybrate.

Calcium and vit d3 deficiency will lead to osteoporosis (porous bones). Therefore, please undergo bone densitometry test of the whole body to assess the severity of the disease. Take calcium supplements everyday. Expose your body to early rays of the sun in the morning for about 15-20 mins so that your body will absorb vit d3 from the sun's rays. Drink 2 glasses og milk everyday.

You take high calorie n high protein diet. Don't skip breakfast. With breakfast you drink 1 glass of milk n 2 anjeer n 2 almonds. Take 4-5 meals in a day in frequent intervals. Take 10 _12 glass of water.
