BHMS, M.D.

hello lybrate user, the symptoms like intense headache, sensitivity to light, sound, and vomiting etc..;are of migraine headache. drink plenty of water (8-9 glass per day), have enough sleep,  avoid stress, avoid certain food which triggers headache.take homeopathic treatment for migraine, it is safe, natural and holistic way of treatment. homeopathic medicines like Nat mur, spigelian etc works great for headache complaints. chronic type of headache needs constitutional treatment where medicine is selected on the basis of thorough details of patient like medical history, cause, routine, temperament etc; such well selected remedy gives complete relief without side effects. message back for first free consultation (excluding medicine and shipping charges). take care.

Maintain a healthy diet routine. Have lots of salad and fruits. Have plenty of water. Do not be empty stomach for long. Regulating your diet will help you alleviating the stomach ache. If this doent help then you will require investigations and medications.

Dear lybrate user. PHIMOSIS is a congenital narrowing of the opening of the foreskin so that it cannot be retracted. Phimosis is a very common problem. In most of the cases you can clear the problem yourself. Phimosis could cause moderate to severe pain while having vaginal intercourse. Apply oil on your foreskin and on the glans. Move the foreskin forward and back slowly without hurting you much. Because the oil is lubricant, it will be easier than without oil. Do this forward and back movement 20 times several times in a day. Repeat the same every day for around one month. You will get the elasticity and you will be able to retract the foreskin completely. In case if there is no result from the above massage, you can always go for a minor surgical procedure called circumcision. Take care.

It is difficult to pinpoint the cause You have to get to the root cause to find out what is causing low iron and high triglycerides for fixing the issue. Your dietary history and detailed medical history along with lab tests results are needed to proceed further.

Fun and Penis Games: Bring on the Body Paint

MD - General Medicine

Fun and Penis Games: Bring on the Body Paint

When a man is eager to dive into penis games, he might have some really interesting thoughts in mind. But the last thing a guy wants to do is play with something fun in bed - such as body paint - and then wind up with an itchy penis in the aftermath. The good news is that some careful attention to the types of penis games he's playing, as well as great penis care afterward, can help ensure that a man has all the fun of the games but none of the itchy aftermath.

Fun with body paint

Many couples like the idea of body paint as a way to become more intimate and explore fun in bed. Body paint can definitely be a boon to a couple's enjoyment! But the key lies in choosing the right kind of paint to get the job done without leading to skin issues as soon as the fun is over.

Start by looking for body paint that is specifically designed to be used on the skin. In fact, go a step further and find even more gentle paints that are designed to be used on any part of the body, including the penis. These paints will be entirely non-toxic and usually derived from all-natural ingredients. Keep in mind they might not actually be billed as 'body paints.' They might be called 'body makeup' or 'liquid makeup' or the like.

Before breaking out the paints for fun on the penis and other sensitive areas, make sure the paint really will be okay on sensitive skin. To that end, try doing a test patch a few days ahead of time to make sure there is no reaction. Do this testing on a patch of skin that is rather sensitive, such as the inside of the elbow, the backside of the knee, the inner thigh, or anywhere else where relatively thin and sensitive skin resides. If there is any redness or rash that appears after use, that's a sign that it should not go on the penis!

Keep in mind that this test must be done a few days ahead of time to account for any delayed reactions. Some paints might seem fine at first, and the skin will only react badly to them several days later. This test will help a guy avoid that problem.

Preparation and aftermath

When a guy is preparing for the fun of body paint with a partner, there are a few things he can do to make the session much more fun. Since body paint sometimes stains fabrics, it's a good idea to put an old set of sheets on the bed, just in case. If he's going to play with the paint elsewhere, it's a good idea to cover furniture, the floor or the like with a sheet or blanket that he won't mind getting stained.

Some couples choose to shave their nether regions in order to make the paint go on more smoothly. This is an option for a guy, but he must do it a few days before the big event. Shaving immediately before can leave tiny cuts on the skin, which can lead to stinging or even infection if they are invaded by the body paint.

Once the fun is over and the body paint experience is a fond memory, a guy should clean the paint from the skin gently but firmly, using a good cleanser he knows will not irritate the area. He can then turn to the moisturizing powers of Shea butter and vitamin E in a high-quality penis health crème (health professionals recommend Man 1 Man Oil, which is clinically proven mild and safe for skin). This intense hydration can help prevent any dryness that might occur after the big event, alleviate an itchy penis problem and keep his member in great shape for future penis games that he wants to try.

I get immense throwing up feeling on eating food in the morning. I don't have any stomach pain, gas. Just throwing up feeling (vomiting) that intensifies when cold water touches my stomach during bathing. I guess this is due to my stomach irritation but I don't know what. CGMS - Continuous Glucose Monitoring system

Non-invasive Cardiology

CGMS - Continuous Glucose Monitoring system

With the increasing prevalence of diabetes, it is being considered as the next big epidemic – completely related to lifestyle. India has become the diabetes capital of the world with increasing prevalence. The age of onset of diabetes is reducing, with children having diabetes and requiring insulin. The complications arising out of diabetes are also more – there is no bodily system which is not affected by diabetes. For someone who is diabetic, keeping blood sugars under check is the constant challenge. Uncontrolled blood sugars can lead to transient complications including loss of consciousness and fatigue and long-term complications including neuropathy and retinopathy.

What is CGMS:

Continuous glucose monitoring system is an FDA approved device. This device has a sensor that is placed either in the belly area or on the arm. These sensors identify the sugar levels in the body fluid and send it to a wireless which is worn by the monitor patient as a belt. Readings can be obtained at regular intervals, ranging from every 5 to 15 minutes.

CGMS measures blood sugar levels every 15 mins, that is 96 times a day The data can be downloaded into a persona device – smartphone, tablet, or laptop and used for further analysis. It does not replace the need for routine monitoring, but helps improve vigilance with a constant monitoring. It can help detect trends and patterns and helps the doctor identify periods of the day when the sugars are too high or too low. The amount of insulin or antidiabetic medication required can be adjusted based on sugar levels. The exercise regimen can be defined including the type, time, and duration of workout. Meal planning can be customized to suit body needs in a better manner. Night-time sugar lows which often go undetected can be monitored with the alarm Highs or low between meals (especially with snacking) can be tracked Determine treatment efficacy. The biggest advantage of CGM devices is that they provide information on what is happening to your blood glucose level every few minutes.

CGMS measures blood sugar levels every 15 mins, that is 96 times a day. The newest devices display glucose readings on a screen so you can see – in real time - whether glucose levels are rising or falling. Some systems also contain an alarm to let you know when your glucose reaches high or low levels. Some devices are able to display graphs revealing glucose levels collected over a certain number of hours on its display screen. The data collected on all devices can be uploaded to a computer for graphing and further important trend analysis.

Whom is it for?

If you think this is a great way to constantly watch your sugars, it is not required. The following people would benefit from this. People with insulin pump usage Those who have frequent fluctuations in sugar level, which is not clearly explained Those who are not aware of low sugars, and may have problems with fatigue or loss of consciousness Gestational diabetes

The Usage

Continuous glucose monitoring systems (CGMS) may not make life with diabetes any easier. But they can definitely improve health, if you can deal with the hassle and expense. So how do you know if such a system is right for you? You can easily and discreetly view your current glucose values continuously throughout the day, without having to do a finger stick. It’s easy and discreet. The monitors have “trend arrows” that show you if your level is rising or falling quickly, so you can prevent highs and lows.

Continuous glucose monitoring can help “identify fluctuations and trends that would otherwise go unnoticed with standard HbA1c tests and intermittent fingerstick measurements. The device can capture dangerously low overnight blood sugar levels which often go undetected, reveal high blood sugar levels between meals, show early morning spikes in blood sugar, evaluate how diet and exercise affect blood sugars, and provide up to a 72-hour complete review of the effects of changes made to your therapy by your health-care team.

If you are a dedicated investigator, you can use CGMS to understand what’s happening with your blood sugar levels. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a Cardiologist.
