Dear Lybrate user. The cut should be washed immediately with dettol water and kept cleaned. I also suggest to apply any anti-bacterial ointment on the cut to heal it. There is nothing to worry and don't panic. Take care.

These healthy meal ideas will give you a varied and balanced diet during Ramadan. They include ingredients from the five major food groups.



Fluids (water and juices) and dates should be added to each Suhoor (pre-dawn meal) and Iftar (dinner – the meal that ends the day's fast). The fast is broken with dates, followed by dinner.

Suhoor: a bowl of Oats orridge with milk, one slice of toast and a handful of unsalted nuts

Iftar: Moong daal Bhajji+Custard+Fruits+dates

Suhoor: wheat-based cereal with milk, and an apple or banana

Iftar: chicken with boiled rice, vegetable curry and mixed salad, followed by fruit salad with single cream

Suhoor: a bowl of shredded wheat or Oats/ muesli and a pear or orange

Iftar: baked fish with roasted vegetables, or fish curry with rice followed by sweet vermicelli or one piece of jalebi (an Indian sweet)

Suhoor: cheese, then one teaspoon of jam with crackers or toast, and a handful of dried fruits

Iftar:Durum Wheat pasta cooked with vegetables and chicken kabab and a slice of plain cake with custard

High triglycerides and cholesterol can cause atherosclerotic heart disease or narrowed coronary arteries in the heart can cause the symptoms of angina, when theheart muscle is not provided with enough oxygen to function. Decreased blood supply to the brain may be due to narrowed small arteries in the brain or because the larger carotidarteries in the neck may become blocked. This can result in a transient ischmic attack or stroke. Peripheral artery disease describes gradual narrowing of the arteries that supply the legs. During exercise , if the legs do not get enough blood supply, they can develop pain , called claudication . Other arteries in the body may also be affected by plaque buildup causing them to narrow, including the mesenteric arteries to the intestine and the renal arteries to the kidney. Change life style .do meditation,yoga, Go walk daily, do any one physically activity daily i.e.play any game., Avoid fast foods,oily foods,junk foods,alcohol,smoking,fatty foods, non-veg.,avoid stress,take plenty of water in day time. And 1 glass of water before bed at night. use flax oil, omega-3 fatty meal or cap., take .green veg., whole grain. Garlic,. Cod liver oil. Take anti cholesterol medicines . for grade-1 fatty liver..take tab. liv-52 ds twice a day. do tests lft,cbc,blood sugar. also.

Hi, to begin with medically-its a un-natural sex. Its personal opinion and variation-if you feel that it increases orgasm. Orgasm is the coneptual thing rooted and related to your mind. I am 39 years old male and having ulcerative colitis for last 6 years. I had two colonoscopies and was found with inflammation in lower part of intestines. I am currently taking mesalazine (4mg daily), mercaptopurine (1 mg daily) and pridnisone (5mg daily). Over the last years. My flare ups are reduced but no major change. Chest pain will disappear after some time. If ecg is normal there is nothing to worry take all medicines. Pysiotherapy. Just take your heart for a walk. Salt less than 2g/day.

You can reduce the rate of infection by taking milk products, high protein diet and iron rich diet as this will produce mucus in the mouth which will help you in over passing the bacteria of the mouth by trapping into it and releasing in to stomach where bacteria gets digested and you escaped.

Avoid more eating habits. Eat more fiber meal. Plenty of water in day time. Green veg. Fruits in meal, salaad in meal. Whole grain foods, eat papaya in dinner, you can also take syp. Liv 52 10 ml twice a day after meal for 30 days. Cap. Pantop 40 mg before meal twice a day sos. Take syp. Livoluk 10 ml at bed time. Take tab. Dolo 650 mg sos for headache.

I feel breathless while sleeping my Ms. tells me that not usually but at the times she hears my snoring like something has stuck in my nose and through and at the same time when she wakes me up I feel I was breathless in sleep and I was trying to wake my self up but I could not due to breathlessness. It may be due to Anxiety, depression Fatigue, stress, relationship issues, performance anxiety, consumption of alcohol, tobacco etc. You can take the following measures a)Avoid stress, anxiety, alcohol and tobacco consumption. Go for regular exercise and lead a healthy living style b) Practice relaxation Technique- Avoid stress and anxiety by deep breathing exercise ( take deep full breath for 5 seonds, hold it for 3 seconds, exhale slowly for 5 seconds). Hello, Self-care measures can help ease the pain of a migraine headache. Try muscle relaxation exercises. Relaxation techniques may include progressive muscle relaxation, meditation or yoga. Get enough sleep, but don't oversleep. Get an adequate amount of sleep each night. It's best to go to bed and wake up at regular times, as well. If possible, rest in a dark, quiet room when you feel a headache coming on. Place an ice pack wrapped in a cloth on the back of your neck and apply gentle pressure to painful areas on your scalp.
