Hello lybrate-user, Restriction on height is 18 years for boys. But "there is always an exception" don't stop trying. I will recommend you some yoga exercise for increase your height. Do it on regular bases with a positive attitude. 1. Suryanamaskar 2. Sukhasan 3. Tadasan 4.trikodasan 5.chakrasan along with proper diet which is rich in calcium, potassium, iron and protein. As you can see I am under weight. I want to increase my weight and for that propose also have joined gym recently. My diet is petty good, In a day I usually have 2 eggs, 6 banana, around 16 chapatis, bowl of rice, dal and some snacks. I am thinking to take weight supplements but don't know will it show some result. Can you suggest what shall I do. Thanks.

Now a days many of them are fighting with overweight problem, but to the contraversy you are suffering from underweight problem. Increasing your weight is not a tuff process rather than decreasing the weight. Any way according to me, homoeopathic treatment with following tips will help you - here are some tips to follow, *daily in the morning in empty stomach have a glass of cold water mix with half spoon of honey and few drops of lime juice. *you can add milk, ghee, butter, lassi and curd in your daily food. *also add dry fruits and nuts in your food. *have a sweet daily. *sleep well in night and also in day time. *you can also add bakery foods and jam. *you should be a lover of chocolates and icecreams. *weekly once have a cakes, pizza and burgers. Loose motions could be due to any infection. Try home remedies first. Mash a banana in one bowl of curd and have it 2 or 3 times. If it doesn't improve, consult a doctor.

Hi lybrate-user take moderate carbohydrate, moderate protein, low fat diet. Take a cup of green tea in the morning and evening. Avoid eating fried foods, junk foods, milk products like cheese, khoa, etc. Also do not take creamed milk rather take skimmed milk. Eat less chapatis, less rice, more pulses and pulses products, fresh fruits and vegetables. Must take exercises daily.

Hi lybrate-user - incorporate more fruits, vegetables, and whole grains into your diet while eliminating unhealthy foods. - if you are working or studying away from home, try to pack healthy lunch and snacks for yourself to avoid eating unhealthy food daily. - don't eat straight from the packet - use a plate or bowl to control how much you eat. - don't delay or skip meals. - cut down your consumption of aerated drinks and sodas. - drink at least 8 glasses of water every day. Drink water after waking up and before sleeping. Being dehydrated may make you feel like you're hungry, so it is important to stay hydrated. - have homemade fruit and vegetable juices - eat 5-6 small healthy meals every 2-3 hours, every day, instead of having a few big ones. This regulates your blood sugar level and your metabolism. - don't skip breakfast, instead, make it rich with complex carbohydrates and proteins, so it can provide you with energy to get through the day. Try to include the following as your morning breakfast, oats porridge, eggs on multigrain toast or daliya with sprouts. - avoid artificial sweeteners in processed foods. - eat slowly as it takes about 20 minutes for your brain to register if you're full or not. Eating too fast leads to overeating, so chew slowly to digest your food better and control how much you eat. - use a smaller plate to control your portion sizes and avoid overeating. - know your cravings and do not snack when you're emotional. It is said that you crave crunchy and savory food when you're stressed, frustrated or lonely. Figure out what you crave and replace them with healthier alternatives. - do not eat mindlessly; concentrate on your food instead of watching tv or playing with your phone to avoid overeating.

Dear lybrate user...What I understand from your question is that you masturbate once a month but still you are having ejaculation early in the morning. As per the normal body physiology, formation of sperms and ejaculate in the body is a continuous process and there is a limit to storage in the body. Once the amount of semen exceeds the limit, it is ejaculated out and it happens whenever there is some erotic stimulation which can be by sight or smell or touch or by any of our senses. Masturbation once a month is just not enough to get rid of the amount that is formed in a month in the body and thus early in the morning when the REM sleep that is the shallow sleep is more, a person gets erection in dreams and may ejaculate. So my advice to you would be that either you get rid of it voluntarily or just take a chill pill and relax and let the body do it for you. You do not need to worry but just accept. Although still if you want than there are medications which may help you deal with your problem. Take care

Dear lybrateuser, -do daily exercises like walking for 20-30 min daily -do meditation for about 10 min in the morning, also do deep breathing for 5-10 min these will calm your mind & build your confidence to face various situations daily -have a good nutritious diet, take meals on time -sleep well for 7-8 hrs at night.

Hello lybrate-user for good hair, it is important to oil and condition it so as to get optimal care for the hair. I would suggest to use khadi vitalizing hair oil. Use it 1 hour prior to washing it with khadi naturals neem sat shampoo and khadi naturals green tea and aloe vera conditioner. Apart from good hair care, following a balanced diet is important too, following a good diet greatly helps reduce the hair fall. If you look into past relationshi[ps it is only to reminiscence about the good times and for any lessons to be learned. Beyond that, it is all history. You must focus in the present and this moment a gift. If you have an idle mind, it will become fertile ground to brood and think negatively. You must become occupied and get involved in things that matter right now. In fact, there is so much happening that there is less time to complete all the tasks. Unless you get into these things you are likely to waste away. You may be sensitive to rejection and getting caught up in all the past rejections that have affected you. Close the​ past and have goals in life but focus in the present.

For headache take tablet paracetamol 650 mg eight hourly and few things related to headache so that we can plan the treatment accordingly - if pain is associated with blurred or decreased vision than check your eye sight for refractive error - if the pain is pulsatile in nature and with a throbbing pain usually with an aura than we have to rule out migrane as the cause - if the pain is associated with neck problems than we have to rule out cervical spondylosis as the cause - if the pain is associated with either low or high bp or due to hyperacidity than we have to treat the cause after examination - if the pain is associated with cold and fever than we have to rule out sinusitis as the cause.

Hi apply pranacharya face glow on your face for 15 minutes then wash it with warm water. Take pranacharya b clean syrup 2-2 tsf twice a day. Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day. Wash your face with any good ayurvedic soap containing neem etc.......

Homoeopathic treatment HAIR GROWTH OIL ( Wilmar Schwabe India) Apply twice weekly at night.Leave overnight A.C.9 ( BAKSON ) Chew 1 tab twice daily R-89 ( Dr Reckeweg) Drink 20 drops in 20 ml fresh water 3 times daily. R-89 ( Dr Reckeweg) Massage in hair roots 20-30 drops daily 0r alternate days one hour before bath.( In females one hour before bath) 6-8 glasss extra water daily 2 glas milk daily Take nutritious diet Avoid junk nd spicy food,fast food,cold drinks Castor oil: • helps with hair regrowth and hair loss, • makes the hair richer and darker, • prevents split ends, • treats dandruff and dry scalp, • moisturizes the hair and makes it shine, • works in an antifungal and antibacterial way and can prevent problems such as ringworm, and folliculitis. How to apply castor oil It’s best to use castor oil as a hair mask. This is particularly helpful if you’re trying to regrow hair or give it more moist and shine. 1. Castor oil has a thick consistency, so you can mix it with coconut oil, olive oil or jojoba oil in a half and half ratio. This will make the mask easier to distribute throughout your hair. 2. Use your fingers or a brush and start applying it onto your scalp with circular motions. This gentle massage increases the blood circulation, rejuvenates the hair, and stimulates hair growth. 3. Part hair into sections and apply the oil (mixture) to each section until all your hair is covered properly and evenly. 4. Wrap your hair in a warm towel (you can also use a shower cap) and leave it for two to eight hours. You can also leave it over night. This will give the oil enough time to penetrate the follicles and hydrate your scalp and hair thoroughly. 5. Wash your hair as usual using shampoo and conditioner. Make sure you rinse all the oil out of your hair. How often should you use castor oil? This depends on your objective and type of hair. If your aim is to treat hair loss, you will need to do it at least twice weekly, but even better if you can do it three or four times per week for several weeks.
