Hi to increase weight you should improve your digestive system. By digesting your indigested food with the help of remedy and medicines will ultimately increase your appetite and digestive system. Hi for acne prone thin skin start using a antiacne cream like cetafil. Wash face with water at least 4-5 tines. Apply mask made of multani mittibamd curd.

Egg yellow has high fat and cholesterol content. It will not reduce your belly fat, rather add to it. You need to have a balanced diet with high protein, less carbohydrates and fat. Include fresh fruits & vegetables in your daily diets.

. Limit your intake of junk food and any form of sugar. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 2 - 3 hours. Some of the recommended food items are boiled chicken and eggs, brown rice, brown bread, peanut butter, olive oil (extra virgin), green tea, dry fruits etc. 3. Consume good amount of fruits and vegetables. Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. 4. Eat whole grains. Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats are best sources of healthy carbohydrates but do not include these items in your dinner. 5. Increase protein intake. Protein proves to be the most essential nutrient when it comes down to gaining strength or building muscle. Therefore, consume all types of protein from both veg and non veg food items. Boiled chicken and eggs are the best sources of fat free protein. Sprouts are also rich in protein. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain.

It is the protrusion of intestine through an opening in the groin in inguinal hernia.It is due to raised intra abdominal pressure like obesity in young person.It has to operated.After operation individual has to take rest for 2 week. He has to avoid lifting heavy weight for some time

Dear Sir, I am a 36 year old. Since 2 years I have been having white discharge and now I have inflammation in the vaginal area. I have taken fluconazole 150 mg weekly for 2 weeks but it returns once the medication is stopped. My mother has been diabetic since 35 years. I am not sure if I am diabetic.

Hi If you have family history then go for blood and urine test. Use ayurvedic medicine Pushyanug churns 1/4spoon two times with warm water. Take ashokarista 2spoon twice a day with warm water after food mixing in warm water.

Do take compulsory sleep of atleast 7to 8 hrs anything less than this can give you tiredness and sleepiness make your daily activities time schedule and follow it strictly to bring things on tract.

For backne, Most important is hygeine. Keep your body clean and scrubbed, wear cotton clothes. Bathe twice with anti bacterial soap like Cetaphil or Sebamed. Improve your diet, leave junk food. –Eat lots of fruits and vegetables.

Pets can be amazing companions and help you cope with your life problems. There can be times when you might feel low and lack motivation to do anything; a pet can change that scenario and bring about a positive change in your life. They keep you engaged and help you take your mind off from various problems in your professional and personal life.

Here are few reasons why having a pet can significantly improve your mental health:

  1. Petting lowers stress levels: Petting your furry friends is a major stress buster. It has been observed that petting a dog or a cat releases the hormone called oxytocin, which is associated with lowered anxiety and stress levels. When you connect with your pet and engage yourself in grooming and petting, it naturally reduces your blood pressure and lowers the level of cortisol, thereby, producing a calming effect. 
  2. Pets reduce loneliness and isolation: Pets can constantly keep you company, if you don't like being lonely. Dogs and cats can make friends easily and due to their intuitive nature, they can sense it when you are feeling low. They refuse to leave you alone and provide your mental support. Pets also help you socialize especially if you take them out for a walk. They help you interact with other pets and their owners.
  3. Pets are great listeners and they keep you engaged: Pets can distract you from your problems and stressful situations, which plague your mind. You and your furry mate can spend a wonderful time playing games or by simply clicking pictures together. Pets are also good listeners and hence you can vent out your feeling without the fear of being judged.   4. They love you unconditionally and keep you happy: Seeing your pet welcoming you after a hard day at work can instantly lift your mood and make you smile. Calf stretches standing calf stretch stand away from a wall and put your fight foot behind you and be sure your toes are facing forward. Lean forward at the ankle while bending the right knee and keeping your heel on the ground. Hold this for 30 to 60 seconds. Repeat 10 times a twice a day.

Hello... Tell him to take homoeopathic medicine:- Colocynth 30 ( 3 drops three times a day one hr before meal ) Magnesium phosphoricum 6X ( 5 tablets in half cup warm water ).. Take it one hr after meal.... Take these for one week... After that consult me for follow up...... Feed me back...... Good luck..... You can consult me also for any orher suggestion....

Please take five phos 6x / 4 tabs thrice a day for one month. Take plenty of water or liquid diet. Regular walking with exercises at least half an hour in the morning and half an hour at evening. Revert back after one month with feedback.

I have a frequent problem of nose bleeding on hot summer days. What should I do to avoid it?

" once there is bleeding, sit up straight and lean forward slightly. Don't lie down or tilt the head backward. With thumb and index finger, firmly pinch the nose just below the bone up against the face. Apply pressure for 5 minutes. Time yourself with a clock. If bleeding continues after 5 minutes, repeat the process" for prevention, use glycerin nasal drops.
