Hello, I am giving you some tips to make your sleep regular and peaceful kindly follow advises given below: 1. Strict to sleep time schedule 2. Do regular physical activity 3. Regular meditation/ yoga 4. Avoid tea coffee after 7 pm 5. You can take bath at bed time 6. Avoid day time sleep 7. You can use alarm and gradually reduce your waking time by 15 minutes.

It is a symptom suggesting Orchitis, that is inflammation of testis. Usually Epididymitis also a coexisting factor. Most common is due to Filerial infection. So without causing delay consult a doctor in your locality he shall give an exact diagnosis and proper treatment. Do not delay. It shall go beyond treatment.

No masturbation has no proven effects on general health and fitness. However repeated masturbations to relieve stress and anxiety can cause dependence on it. Hence it is advisable to have healthier ways of relaxation from stress and sexual anxiety and not just resorting to masturbation.

Mr Bhavitha, A person with T2 DM has to take following precautions : 1) Take prescribed drugs as suggested without fail, 2) Take a properly planned restricted diet that give exact calories based on ideal body weight, sugar levels and extent of daily exercise. 3) Exercise daily for at least 1 hour, brisk walking, jogging or running anything will do. 4) Consume more of green leafy vegetables, salads and permitted fruits (100 g a day) 5) Avoid smoking and alcohol, red meat, 6) Avoid sweets, deep fried foods, junk foods and pastries

Dear lybrateuser, - You can use cumin seed as whole by cooking with food as with rice, dal potato, curry etc or its powder, about one tablespoon in the whole day is enough - you can use turmeric powder in preparing various food items as well as have it mixed with milk or powder, in the whole day can have one fourth teaspoon in a cup of milk 2-3 times - for iron you can have other sources of food items like nonveg, spinach, kale, guava, Jaggery & also if still deficient then a supplement.

Of course. First of all get them to rest in a cool place, ideally a room with air conditioning. Give them plenty of water. Avoid alcohol or caffeine as this can increase levels of dehydration. Cool their skin with cold water. Use a shower or cold bath to cool them down or, if this is not possible, wet flannels and face cloths in water and apply to their skin. Loosen any unnecessary clothing and make sure that the person gets plenty of ventilation. Monitor their condition closely. Avoid the sun during the peak hours of 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Dress up well, wear wide-brimmed hats, long-sleeved shirts, long pants, and sunglasses with appropriate UV protection. If you have lots of moles or freckles, you're more likely to develop skin cancer, so you need to take extra care. Use a high protection sunblock (sunscreens & sun protection). Some sunscreens may aggravate eczema. Check the label for any ingredients that you allergic to. You just take homoeopathic medicine - Aconite 200 & Cantharis 200 - both every 2hrly for few days. Apply either SBL's Cantharis ointment or Aloe Vera Cream

Regular massaging the scalp for a few minutes every day with lukewarm oil will lead to stimulation of blood flow to the scalp. Coconut oil helps in controlling hail fall. Other recommended oils are: jojoba oil, almond oil, mustard oil, lavender oil. Jojoba oil is especially good because it replaces the sebum in the scalp. It also helps to control dandruff.

I am 26 years female. Weighing 46 kgs. I have never been able to put on weight more that 48. Only once at the age of 23 I was 49 for a month and post that again it reduces. However good I eat or drink. I just do not put on any weight. My dad and grandfather are also slim through out their life. Never weight more than 60-70 kg. Whosoever want to gain weight must eat a banana daily in the morning with a glass of warm milk. Add a teaspoon of sugar in it. Moreover, you can also have it after your meals.
