SIde effects Most Common - Weakness, sweating, nausea, decreased appetite, drowsiness, dizziness, sleeplessness, tremor, nervousness, ejaculatory disturbance, and other male genital disorders. Body as a Whole - Headache. Heart - Palpitations and dilatation of blood vessels. Skin - Sweating and rash. Psychological causes Some doctors believe that early sexual experiences may establish a pattern that can be difficult to change later in life, such as: • Situations in which you may have hurried to reach climax in order to avoid being discovered • Guilty feelings that increase your tendency to rush through sexual encounters Other factors that can play a role in causing premature ejaculation include: • Erectile dysfunction. Men who are anxious about obtaining or maintaining an erection during sexual intercourse may form a pattern of rushing to ejaculate, which can be difficult to change. • Anxiety. Many men with premature ejaculation also have problems with anxiety — either specifically about sexual performance or related to other issues. • Relationship problems. If you have had satisfying sexual relationships with other partners in which premature ejaculation happened infrequently or not at all, it's possible that interpersonal issues between you and your current partner are contributing to the problem. Biological causes A number of biological factors may contribute to premature ejaculation, including: • Abnormal hormone levels • Abnormal levels of brain chemicals called neurotransmitters • Abnormal reflex activity of the ejaculatory system • Certain thyroid problems • Inflammation and infection of the prostate or urethra • Inherited traits • Nerve damage from surgery or trauma (rare) Common treatment options for premature ejaculation include behavioural techniques, topical anaesthetics, oral medications and counselling. Keep in mind that it may take a little time to find the treatment or combination of treatments that will work for you. Behavioural techniques In some cases, therapy for premature ejaculation may involve taking simple steps, such as masturbating an hour or two before intercourse so that you're able to delay ejaculation during sex. You may try avoiding intercourse for a period of time and focusing on other types of sexual play so that pressure is removed from your sexual encounters. You can also try diverting your mind before ejaculation is ready to come and proceeding after a brief break, thereby prolonging duration of intercourse / action The pause-squeeze technique You and your partner can use of a method called the pause-squeeze technique. This method works as follows: 1. Begin sexual activity as usual, including stimulation of the penis, until you feel almost ready to ejaculate. 2. Have your partner squeeze the end of your penis, at the point where the head (glans) joins the shaft, and maintain the squeeze for several seconds, until the urge to ejaculate passes. 3. After the squeeze is released, wait for about 30 seconds, then go back to foreplay. You may notice that squeezing the penis causes it to become less erect, but when sexual stimulation is resumed, it soon regains full erection. 4. If you again feel you're about to ejaculate, have your partner repeat the squeeze process. By repeating this as many times as necessary, you can reach the point of entering your partner without ejaculating. After a few practice sessions, the feeling of knowing how to delay ejaculation may become a habit that no longer requires the pause-squeeze technique. Topical anaesthetics Anaesthetic creams and sprays that contain a numbing agent, such as lidocaine or procaine, are sometimes used to treat premature ejaculation. These products are applied to the penis a short time before sex to reduce sensation and thus help delay ejaculation. A lidocaine spray for premature ejaculation is available Although topical anaesthetic agents are effective and well-tolerated, they have potential side effects. For example, some men report temporary loss of sensitivity and decreased sexual pleasure. In some cases, female partners also have reported these effects. In rare cases, lidocaine or procaine can cause an allergic reaction. Oral medications Many medications may delay orgasm. Dear lybrateuser, -You should limit your intake of tea to 1-2 cups per day ,if you want to loose weight have 2-3 cups of green tea as it doesn't have milk & sugar & hence has much less calories as compared to normal tea. -have a glass of low fat(1%) milk in the morning -coffee you can have a cup with less milk & sugar .

You need to get a spine xray done and see a orthopaedic doctor in person who can examine your back and rule out any problem. You can use abdominal binder and see if that helps. Also use a pillow behind your back when sitting and mobilse every hour for a few minutes.

Since ypur baby is more than 6 month of age. He should be given complemenatery feed (like dal, rice massed potato, chapati massed in dal, egg, suji ka halwa, sabudana, kheer, massed fruits, boil fruits, chiken puree, etc) you have to start one food at one time and continue for three or four day ask aboserve that baby like or reject the food. If he like continue this food nd start other one. Sine mother milk has lees iron. And baby is anemic also (hemoglobin is 5.4) I would also advice to test for cause of anemia .and treatment of low hemoglobin.

Some causes of constipation include: ● Antacid medicines containing calcium or aluminum ● Changes in your usual diet or activities ● Colon cancer ● Eating a lot of dairy products. ● Eating disorders ● Irritable bowel syndrome ● Neurological conditions such as Parkinson's disease or multiple sclerosis ● Not being active ● Not enough water or fiber in your diet ● Overuse of laxatives (Over time, this weakens the bowel muscles) ● Pregnancy ● Problems with the nerves and muscles in the digestive system ● Resisting the urge to have a bowel movement,which some people do because of ● Some medications (especially strong pain drugs such as narcotics, antidepressants, or ● Drink two to four extra glasses of water a day (unless your doctor told you to limit fluids ● Isabgol, also known as "psyllium husk," is a common health supplement used to treat constipation, other digestive problems, and a few non­digestive problems. If eating more fills you up too much, try drinking your calories. Milk, 100-percent fruit juice and homemade smoothies add calories between meals. 1. Stay busy and focused by engaging in activities like playing games/sports, learning music/painting etc. 2. Find new hobby like cooking, gardening, writing, public speaking 3. Eat healthy diet 4. Volunteer your time by doing social work like tutoring needy children/ working at shelter home and rendering free service, raising money for a good cause 5. Avoid loneliness, socialise with friends/relatives 6. Stop watching porn in computer/moble 7. Develop will power, determination to stop practicing 8. Don't have guilty consciousness since it is normal and a healthy way of relieving sexual tension if done in moderation (1-2 times/week) 9. Get adequate sleep (7-8 hours daily) 10. I am 17 years I have prblm my breast nipple were good in shape they are flattened some times I feel too much pain in it What it indicate how can I back my nipple shape?

Please follow the below for your condition: To soothe sore nipples, you can apply a warm compress on the affected area. The heat from the compress can ease discomfort and aid healing. 1.Dip a washcloth in warm water. 2.Wring it out and then place it on your breasts for a couple of minutes. 3.Do this at least 10 minutes before breastfeeding. 4.Repeat this remedy several times a day until the soreness is gone. A warm shower or heating pad can also help alleviate the discomforts of sore nipples. Also note that -- Retracted nipples start out as raised tissue, but due to some underlying condition, the nipple starts to pull inward. If your nipple is not normally inverted or flat, but changes so that it retracts and will not return to its regular position when stimulated, it might be a sign of a problem. Hence visit your local Gynecologist for a physical examination of the same.
