Hi for reduced weight you should work out as per you consume calories and it will take time just continue work out. Take following remedies for loosing weight 1.arogya vardhini vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Abhayarishta 4 tsp before lunch nad dinner 3. Morning break fast=mung dal green soup 1 boul and if feel hunger have pomegranate or apple 4.lunch 2 chaati + fruit vegetable + if you like rice 1 bowl and dal + barley soup 5. Evening 4-5 pm have some milk with sunth or any fruit you like 6. Dinner barley soup 2 bowl and one fruit follow this diet you will get reduced weight.

It is absolutely normal for body to get cool after exercise. It is a normal mechanism of the body to get rid of the extra that was produced in the body during exercise. And as for the pain in stomach, avoid eating or drinking anything immediately after gym. Wait for 10-15 minutes before eating anything.

These are the methods to treat pimples - •Steam your face to open the pores ,which in turn clear the skin .steam your face for a couple of minutes. • Do YOGASANA daily. Especially do SINHASANA & SARVANGASANA daily. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily.• Do not touch your face again & again because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. • Mix black pepper powder in some water to make paste & apply on the pimples three times a week. • Take cucumber and papaya pulp .Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric. Make a paste and apply it on face and leave it for 15 minutes. • Take 2 teaspoon of RAKTSHODHAK syrup of BAIDYANATH company once a day after meals You can also avail my glow skin package for treatment. Hi, sleep and insomnia are inter related. One leads to the other and vice versa. Avoid caffeine after 7 pm. Donot watch tv or any exciting programme or game. Take a warm bath before sleeping. Drink warm milk before retiring. Listen to relaxing music. Try a meditation technique before going to bed. If still suffering, consult a doctor.

Hello lybrate-user- weight loss can be easily achieved by following some ayurvedic rules- a) go to bed before 10 pm and wake up early morning if you want to study. B) avoid fast foods and foods which are processed in nature. C) practice kapalbhati pranayam in the morning. D) have foods which have more fibre content. E) take evening meals before 7 pm and try not to take milk while going to bed. F) drink water before meals as it will decrease your food urge and will reduce your weight.

You need to reduce starchy foods and increase healthy oil and proteins. Then your body will be able to overcome the hunger pangs. To maintain a low body fat and/or lower body fat: 1. Exercise at least 5 times per week 2. Eat whole/unprocessed foods at regular intervals, while being aware of physical hunger/fullness cues 3. Sleep 7-9 hours per night 4. Don’t engage in extreme diets 5. Stay consistent with your habits 6. Incorporate non-exercise physical activity 7. Ignore food advertising You need a fat loss diet which comprises of whole grains like jowar, bajra, wheat, brown rice, pulses like moong, musoor, bengal gram, lots of vegetables, fruits, eggs, fish, chicken, paneer, healthy oil, nuts and seeds. You need to eat them in right proportion. Avoid eating sugar and sweets, refined foods like maida, noodles pasta, White rice and products, bread. Drink a lot of water.

I am 32 weeks 4 days pregnant. There has been a 2 days lag in the growth of the baby and my gynecologist suggested a doppler along with usg. The usg today shows 33 weeks 1 day growth of the baby. But the fetal renal pelvis is mildly prominent and also there's an absence of diastolic blood flow in MCA. Can I please know how this affects the baby. Thank you.

Hi lybrate-user, your baby is having growth retardation, dilated renal pelvic is not measure issue it can be managed after delivery. Absent diastolic flow is indicative towards early delivery, please visit gynaecologist for internal examination and plan delivery as per finding also make sure that you will receive steroid injection for baby's lung maturation. Sugar levels should be kept normal through proper diet control,medicine&exercise. Doing breathing exercises like pranayama in the morning will help you. Sufficient sleep is also mandatory. Stress is a by product of our modern life style. Due to chronic stress you have a negative chain of thought repeating in your mind. The wonderful new is that our mind could be wired to switch back to positive things and resilience building. When things does not happen as we wish or people do not behave as we expect that is when out of disappointment, frustration, loneliness, anger, sadness. Etc we react and our mind starts thinking negative thoughts. Changing this pattern of responding to stressful situation requires both persistence and patience. Also you will only be able to work on this out of love and kindness towards you. Strong motivation will go a long way. Writing a statement about how would you want to respond in a similar situation and how will your life and your happiness will change if you do learn to manage your stress and how to respond to it. Once that is clear. Try following things to learn relaxation response which leads to better coping mechanism on a daily basis. To begin with doing guided progressive muscular relaxation before sleeping will help you relax. You could google and download an audio file. I would also suggest you to take a multiple small break to take 3 nice and deep breath while keeping your eyes closed. You could do this while sitting or standing or while even walking or climbing stairs (keep your eyes open in that case). When you take a nice and deep break there is actual physiological change in your body. This will help you to activate parasympathetic nervous system which promotes relaxation and helps you calm down and think more clearly. This will also actually improve your performance in your work. Along with this exercise is one of the best way to relive stress and stay fit. Engage in any kind of physical activity at least 4 times a week. This also helps in stress reduction. Along with this some relaxation exercises as well as engaging in joyful activities such as music, singing, dancing, reading, being in nature, gardening, talking with friends or anything which you enjoy will help reducing stress and rejuvenation of your mind and body. Have good routine for sleep and eating. Lot of research has now proven that sugar is very harmful for our health. Reduce sugar and refined white floor in your diet as much as you could. Along with this also increase consumption of raw vegetables in the form of salad in both the meals of your day. As a positive psychologist and a certified life and wellness coach I would be able to help build resilience and confidence to take on life and learn how to excel in what you do. Hope this helps. Avoid taking artificial supplements. They don't provide much benefits and they are artificial. Its best to improve your health through natural sources. Each body is different. You should not compare with others. Aim is to be strong and fit. To gain some weight, you need to eat healthy. Take small meals but eat something solid every 2 hours. 1. Take at least two fruits per day and one glass fruit juice. 2. Take one peanut butter sandwich daily. 3. Eat 20 almonds / cashew daily 4. Drink full cream milk, curd, lassi, chikoo shakes etc. 5. Take more cheese and paneer daily. 6. Dals have good protien. Have more rajma, kabuli chana, soya beans etc. 7. Avoid junk food and colas. Avoid chips and other namkeen. 8. No need for any supplements. Nature has best products. 9. Go for regular walks / exercise / do yoga. Sleep well. - Take deworming tablets every six month.
