Dear, if you're nature of job is table work, then adjust your table and chair properly. Take frequent breaks after every 30 min. Do back stretching and strengthening exercises.

Dear lybrate-user, namaskar, most of the times the cause of such pain is simple. Calcium and iron deficiency and the awkward postures adopted by a young nursing mother. Give her ca + vit. D3 and fe tonics, high protein diet and consult a physiotherapist for posture and exercises of the lower limbs and back. She will settle soon. Take care.

Might be because of weak back muscles/ longer duration of sitting continuously/ lifting some heavy weight/ incorrect posture/ may be deficiency of vit d. Precautions- avoid sitting continuously. Avoid lifting heavy weight. Do hot fomentation start doing back muscles strengthening exercises. Correct posture. Still pain doesn't subside, visit doctor.

Common causes of back pain are bad posture, injury to back during certain activities and lack of exercise. You should try some physiotherapy and learn about proper posture. Control weight and do some back strengthening exercises. If pain persists then you need to visit a spine surgeon for complete clinical evaluation.

Hi Apply pranacharya restopain oil or prasarini oil on your affected part then give hot fomentation. Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. And agni tundi vati and maha yograj guggul 1-1 tab twice a day..

Bhujang Asana -- Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Hello Lybrate user according to Ayurveda Vata vikriti is the main factor for pain. Treatment- 1-apply prasarini oil or pranacharya restopain oil on your affected part and give hot water fomentation. 2-take yograj guggul and agni tundi vati after lunch and dinner with warm water. 3-Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. 4-Take pranacharya vatari capsule and syrup twice a day. : keep your leg raised while sitting or lying quadriceps strengthening exercises- quad clenches: lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short arcs: lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Straight leg raise: lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise.

Keep yourself hydrated through out the day by drinking lots of water. Keep check on your food intake. Walk for at least 45 minutes daily. Keep yourself motivated through out the day to lose weight.

Goodmorning sir you should do a session of 10 days of physio ultrasound therapy. You should get your pain to come down first. Please do not do any exercises till your pain comes down. Also please do hot and cold fermentation for your shoulder. Twice a day morning and evening.

Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicines 1. Ruta 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week. 2. Rhus tox 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week and revert. Keep a gap of 15 - 20 minutes in both the medicines. Maintain a good posture while reading or working with computers. Don't lift heavy weight.
