Hi sir Im pavan my problem is hair lose problem please give me a good suggestion for a hir lose?
Avoid hair styles that pull hair tight: a lot of people use hair styles that need tight pulling of hair. This process of hair styling causes friction among hair strands and results in hair breakage. This condition is known as tractional alopecia.

I am suffered a problem with hair falling so can you suggest the any precautions.
It is normal to lose about 30-80 strands of hair in a day. Common reasons behind hair fall are 1) lack of essential nutrients in the body 2) improper and unhealthy dietary habits 3) hormonal imbalance 4) certain medications, 5) dandruff, alopecia and other scalp disorders, 6) anemia and thyroid issue 7) increased body heat 8) stress and tension etc. 9) use of hard water to wash hairs tips to stop hair loss 1) use natural oils such as coconut, almond etc. To massage gently the scalp for countering hair fall. 2) have more proteins and trace minerals in diet. 3) start taking ayurvedic hair nutrition supplement. 4) keep stress away & take proper 8 hr calm sleep 5) get the underlying scalp condition like dandruff treated. 6) start 2 spoon cow ghee with milk - empty stomach; will provide you essential nutrition. 7) use soft water to wash your hairs.(alternate day is limit) 8) do regular exercise, yoga, meditation. 9) keep your body cool & calm to avoid hairfall.

I have dark circles. What I should do to get rid of them?

I have dark circles. What I should do to get rid of them?
Dear patient, The cause forBrown or dark circles or dark spot is the result of hyper pigmentation, triggered by chronic eye-rubbing, sun exposure, or genetics. They are most prevalent among Asian skin tones. OTC treatments:Your best bet is daily use of a "SpotNil" lotion which is a skin brightener, which can lighten circles over a period of four to six weeks. Avoid hydroquinone as most dermatologists agree that it?s too heavy-duty for the sensitive skin. TAKE CARE...

Hello, bedsores are easier to prevent than to treat, but that doesn't mean the process is easy or uncomplicated. And wounds may still develop with consistent, appropriate preventive care. Follow these steps which will minimize the occurence of sore: 1. Position changes are key to preventing pressure sores. These should be frequent to avoid pressure on one area. If your brother has enough upper body strength, he cantry repositioning himself using a device such as a trapeze bar. Caregivers can use bed linens to help lift and reposition you. This can reduce friction and 2. Taking good care of skin. Clean the area regularly with saline, keep it dry, prevent sweat and moisture collection. Use talcum powder to lessen the moisture. 3. Eating a healthy diet. Choose a healthy diet. You may need to increase the amount of calories, protein, vitamins and minerals in your diet. You may be advised to take dietary supplements, such as vitamin c and zinc. 4. Frequent changing of bedsheets. 5. If bed pan is being given it should be done in a proper manner to avoid any spillage of contents on the bedsheet or mattress. 6. Use of a good mattress. Use special cushions, a foam mattress pad, an air-filled mattress or a water-filled mattress to help with positioning, relieving pressure and protecting vulnerable areas. Your doctor or other care team members can recommend an appropriate mattress or surface. 7. Try elevating your brother to an angle of 30 degrees by placing pillows. 8. Protect bony areas with propering cushioning instead of directly making him lie on the hip. Any bony area i. E ankle, knee, lower back need to be protected. 9. Inspect the skin daily. Inspect the skin daily to identify vulnerable areas or early signs of pressure sores. 10. Drink enough to keep the skin hydrated. 11. Quit smoking 12. Stay active. Limited mobility is a key factor in causing pressure sores. Daily exercise matched to your abilities can help maintain healthy skin. A physical therapist can guide with exercises that can be done. Good day!

Eucalyptus oil is an essential oil that can help to stimulate the growth of facial hair. But because it can cause irritation of the skin, it must be mixed with any carrier oil; olive oil or sesame oil is a good option. Here are 7 health benefits of eucalyptus oil. • Into half a cup of the carrier oil, add between 15 to 30 drops of eucalyptus oil • Mix and massage this oil onto the facial skin. • Allow it to remain for about 30 minutes and then rinse with cold water and a gentle soap if you find the oily feeling irritating. Pay attention to these natural factors also when you are working on growth of your Mostache/Beard naturally. 1.Eat health so as to give your body enough vitamins and minerals esp.Spinach,Yogurt,Tomatoes,Carrot,Beans. 2. . It is also important to keep your face clean by using a mild moisturizing face wash; however, avoid frequent washing with strong soaps that tend to dehydrate the skin 3. If you smoke, understand that nicotine does not exactly promote facial hair growth – so, here’s another reason to quit the habit 4. stress is likely to prevent growth of facial hair; so keep stress at bay by a regular practice of yoga or meditation.

Homoeopathy has good treatment for your problem without adverse effects. The medicine tackles the root cause of the problem, acts internally and gradually expels the toxins from the body. It heals from inside out unlike superficial treatment of an ointment.

Hi, Treating Seborrheic Dermatituis is little time consuming, take slong time to get it treated completely. So, have patience! As you have already used strong Allopathic preparations sp. Steroids, so it would take longer for homoeopathic medication to act upon. Management: - Rinse the soap completely off your body and scalp. Avoid harsh soaps and use a moisturizer. - Avoid products that contain alcohol. These can cause the disease to flare up. - Wear smooth-textured cotton clothing. - If you have a beard or mustache, consider shaving it off. - Avoid scratching. Scratching can increase irritation and your risk of infection. - If your eyelids show signs of redness or scaling, wash them each night with baby shampoo and wipe away scales with a cotton swab. Warm or hot compresses also may help. Medication: Start with the following homoeopathic medicines: Use Schwabe's Anti-Dandruff shampoo and Atni-Dandruff oil regularly (apply oil 1-2 hrs. Before a head wash, leave it in for an hour or so. Then comb or brush your hair and wash it. wash it in the morning as going out with the oil outside can invite more dust, pollutants, etc. Onto the scalp). Take oral medication – Badiaga 200/ thrice daily, Calc. Fluor. 12X/ thrice daily and Thuja 200/ one dose once a week. Take them for 1 month, there after revert me back for further guidance. Take Care.

Hi make a paste of neem leaves and apply on the targeted pimples. If you cannot get fresh neem leaves, try to get some dried bottled neem leaves, steep for 10 minutes in warm water and use as a paste. Apply pranacharya face glow on your face for 15 minutes then wash it with warm water.

Pimples or acne is caused when Hair follicles in your skin gets clogged due to oil, dirt, bacteria or dead skin. Acne generally occurs in people with oily skin but other factors like dead skin, dirt, pollution or hormonal imbalance can also cause acne in people with normal skin. Acne can be reduced or controlled by including some habits in your daily life style. 1. Keep your skin clean – Wash your face daily with an oil control face wash. You can also use a good AHA glow face wash that not only controls oil but also removes dead skin and bacteria. You can also use Tea Tree face wash 2 times a day. By shedding the old dead skin, your skin feels rejuvenated and clean. Apply a good toner, like tea tree toner after washing your face. After toning, apply an oil free and non- comedogenic cream on face. Last but not the least, apply a good sunscreen with minimum 30 spf daily. 1.Face packs – Occasionally apply good oil controlling face packs. Multani mitti + Lemon + yogurt is a good face packs for oily skin beauties. You can apply organic apple cider for 5 minutes after washing your face to kill the bacteria that clogs your pores. Green Tea can also be used as a toner once a day. 2.Diet – Most important thing is diet. Eat fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables daily. Reduce junk food intake, colas, alcohol and soda and consume whole grains. Keeping your digestive system healthy keeps your body and blood toxins free. Drink green tea, lemon juice, orange juice and food items containing Vitamin C as it is responsible for maintaining good skin health. Drink at least 10 glasses of water every day. 3.Exercise – Exercises, yoga, suryanamaskar improves the blood circulation and balances hormones. They keep skin healthy and boost body’s immunity to deal with several issues and not just acne. Include it in your daily regime.
