Hello I'm 19 year old nd I have night fall problem then what should I do give me some precautions or medicine?

Hi, Your body is doing what it was made to do. Wet dreams are nothing to feel guilty about, so don't beat yourself up over something that's a perfectly normal function of your body. Home remedies for nightfall: -Individuals suffering from the condition can also opt to drink a glass of fresh bottle gourd juice every day, preferably at night in order to prevent nightfall. -Grind some fenugreek leaves or seeds and extract the juice.Add some water to the juice (one cup to 2 tbsp.). Add a few drops of honey for taste as well. Drink the juice before bed time every day to curb nightfall effectively. -Drinking a glass of warm almond milk at night before going to bed can relax the mind and body, and literally lull you to sleep and is one of the best known home remedies for recurrent wet dreams. Management: -Sleep on your back. -Wearloose fitting clothes . -Avoid spicy foods and stimulants (coffee and other substances that contain caffeine, especially late at night). -It'll be much easier to control your sexual urges if you avoid pornography, sexual programming on television, and other media. Fill your time with enriching, fulfilling activities and avoid dwelling on thoughts of sex. -Try practicing yoga. -Develop a healthy relationship with sex. If you're sexually active, communicate with your partner to maintain a healthy and open sexual relationship that keeps you both fulfilled. In some cases, big changes or stressful periods reportedly produce more wet dreams than at other more relaxed periods of leisure. Make sure you get enough sleep and exercise, and take time off from your busy schedule to relax and do things that you enjoy. Pick up new hobbies to fill your free time with fun activities and relax when you get the chance to relax. Medication: Phosphoric Acid 30/ thrice daily for 4 weeks.

mastubating althoughnisva natural phenomenon but it should be in moderation. daily musterbation affects the normal and sexual health of one individual. your weaknesses and and feeling sleepy most of the time. for anemia you should get your blood haemoglobin checked up.

For many older folks, a good night's sleep is but a dream. They have trouble falling asleep and awaken after only a few hours. Their daytime fatigue may be so overwhelming that they can't drive or participate in other normal activities. About half of those who complain to their doctors about poor sleep end up with a prescription drug. Not only are these unnecessary but they also are habit-forming and can cause side effects, according to sleep researcher Michael Vitiello, PhD, a professor of psychiatry and behavioral sciences at the University of Washington in Seattle. It is far better for people to consider what simple changes could be made to improve their sleep -- and to understand how sleep patterns change with age, Vitiello writes in the November/December 1999 issue of the journal Gerontology. Common -- and normal -- sleep problems, which plague up to 40% of the elderly, include light sleep, frequent waking, and daytime fatigue. Among older people, there is also a decrease in the deep-sleep stage and an increase in periods of wakefulness during the night. "Compared with younger adults, even carefully screened noncomplaining older adults exhibit the sleep pattern changes described, writes Vitiello. While many seniors complain of poor sleep, relatively few have true sleep disorders and even smaller numbers need commonly prescribed sleep medications. Sleep disorders in the elderly include apnea (a temporary cessation of breathing which can also affect younger people) and periodic limb movement, which can take the form of periodic leg movements during sleep (PLMS) or restless leg syndrome. In this syndrome, the person is gripped by strong urges to move his or her legs repeatedly before sleep, which prevent him or her from falling asleep. Before a physician can diagnose a sleep disorder, he or she should perform a thorough medical examination, review medications the person is taking, and speak to the person's spouse or bed partner about their sleeping habits. Sometimes medication is prescribed, but "although these drugs may be useful in the management of [short-term] insomnia, they fail to provide long-term relief from chronic sleep disturbances. Hypnotics [medications] can worsen existing sleep disturbances by inducing drug-dependency insomnia and, when the drug is discontinued after intermediate to long-term use, rebound insomnia and nightmares, Vitiello says. Apnea can be treated by behavior modifications to lessen sleeping on the back, oral appliances that enhance the airway, weight loss, and elimination of medications that depress breathing. Sometimes respiratory stimulants, such as Diamox (acetazolamide); continuous positive airway pressure, which is administered through a mask the person wears at night; and surgery are also effective. Treatments for periodic limb movement disorders are less than ideal, according to the report. Although medications called benzodiazepines, including Klonopin (clonazepam) and Restoril (temazepam), can be used, they also cause daytime sedation and have little effect on the leg movements themselves, Vitiello writes. Often the most effective approach to improving slumber is to ensure proper sleep "hygiene, which refers to "all the daily practices or routines that can either promote or impede nighttime rest. Some activities that help induce sleep are sticking to a regular bedtime, establishing pre-sleep rituals such as bathing, a light snack, or reading, exercising regularly but not within four hours of bedtime, refraining from caffeine within six hours of bedtime, avoiding smoking close to bedtime, taking a midafternoon nap, and avoiding alcohol and sleeping pills. In reviewing this report for WebMD, Alon Avidan, MD, a neurologist at the University of Michigan Sleep Disorders Center in Ann Arbor, had high praise for Vitiello's suggestions to improve sleep hygiene. "The guidelines for good sleep hygiene should really be emphasized because this is exactly what we tell people who come to the sleep clinic, Avidan says. "If patients would follow some of these guidelines we could eliminate half of the visits to the clinic. Some of them have very bad sleep habits. He also supported Vitiello's position that medications are overused. "The vast majority of people I see are on some sort of [benzo]diazepine and that is not a good thing. I try not to use Klonopin or narcotics because they generally disturb the sleep [patterns] and can exacerbate the apnea. However, he disagreed with Vitiello's medication suggestions for restless leg syndrome. "I have had good results with pramipexole, a dopamine 3 agonist, a medication that also sells as Mirapax. In describing his approach to sleep problems, Avidan says, "We tell patients that [sleep changes] are physiological and that there are certain guidelines that they can follow that will help them. We help with relaxation techniques. What we are doing is treating the underlying medical problem causing the insomnia, reducing the drugs that they don't need to take, having them reduce alcohol to no more than half a glass. As people age, their sleep patterns naturally change, which can lead to complaints of light sleep, frequent awakenings, and daytime fatigue. These changes are considered normal, and in most cases medications are inappropriate because they are habit-forming and can have serious side effects. To alleviate sleep problems, people can make behavior modifications including having a regular bedtime, establishing pre-sleep rituals, exercising regularly, and avoiding caffeine, smoking, and alcohol before bedtime.

I am suffering from lower abdominal pain due to gas and acidity what should I do to recover?

Gastritis/ gastric (stomach) problem are very common problem, and are related to lifestyle and dietary habits. Therefore, in this case, modification of your food habits will have greater role in relieving your problem. Each of advice of doctor important than any medicines you are taking. 1. Eat healthy food. Avoid junk/ spicy/fried/oily foods/ excessive tea & coffee. 2. It is better to avoid / moderate smoking and alcohol for rapid and long term relief. Tea, coffee, smoking, alcohol are important causes of gastritis / stomach problems. 3. Eat homemade food. Include more fibres in your diet (plenty of salads, vegetables, seasonal fruits, and complex carbs like Dalia, oats and whole wheat bread etc.). 4. Eat frequent meals. 5. Eat all your meals on time. Do not give a long gap between your meals which might result in flatulence. 6. Take a light and early dinner. 7. Try to keep yourself active. Exercise, do brisk walk, take a break between works and stretch yourself in between. Medication - 1. Take Digene 2 teaspoonful whenever feel discomfort but not more than 3 times a day. 2. You can improve your diet by adding more fiber in it don't eat fried spicy and junk food eat bland diet smaller meals but more frequently and drink a lot of warm water you should not be constipated at anytime because that causes problems.

Follow these best tips to make your digestion strong & healthy - *take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. *take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening. * take 1 tea spoon of liv-52 syrup daily one time. * walk for atleast 15-20 minutes daily and avoid long duration continuos sitting. * avoid taking nonveg at night & in day time after taking nonveg, do not sleep in day.

Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Hye. Thankyou for the query. You must understand that keeping long gaps between meals and eating consequently heavy meals is one of the common reasons for acidity. Eat small frequent meals. Reduce the main meal by a small amount. Avoid oily or fried foods. Avoid taking glassfuls of water while eating foods. Avoid lying down as soon as soon you have eaten. Stress management is crucial too. These tips will help manage sugar levels as well. Avoid tea, coffee, cigarette and alcohol. Take jeera water after meals.

Hello, I am giving you some tips for sound sleep and early awaking in morning kindly follow advises given below: After Night duty you can take rest for 2-3 hour in a day than take proper sleep next day 1. Strict to sleep time schedule 2. Do regular physical activity 3. Regular meditation/ yoga 4. Avoid tea coffee after 7 pm 5. You can take bath at bed time 6. Avoid day time sleep 7. You can use alarm and gradually reduce your waking time by 15 minutes Consult me for further management
