Perhaps you are having contact lens intolerance. You have to stop wearing contact lenses for few weeks and then start wearing them after showing it to eye doctor till then continue using glassesedit answer instructions for computer use: take frequent breaks while you are working every 20-25 mins take break to look away from screen blink more frequently' level of screen should be below the level of eyes ac should not blow directly on your face. Also get your eyes checked for any change in spectacle power.

Dont use mobile continuously for more than 5 minutes.There should be proper light in the area where you are using your mobile and most important dont use mobile with low battery.The bright light of the mobile screen gets more focused on our eyes and this causes dryness of the eyes and thus causing weakness of vision and eye and head pain. Homoeopathic medicine CINELUBE EYEDROPS ( HAPDCO) Pour 2 drops 3 times daily.

Chalazion goes off with persistent hot fomentation if its small. If you still have bump after 1 month of regular hot compresses than you may consider surgical excision.

Dear lybrate-user:- you r suffering from wrinkles on face. Take regullar aerobic exercises, coloured fruits & vegetables, plenty of water. Avoid previous facecream. You may try patanjali anti wrinkle face cream.

You can start by maintaining safe working distance .Also wear a good quality and well fitting protective eye gear. If you experience other symptoms like dryness of the eyes use lubricating eye drops.

Take Belladonna 30, 3 drops, thrice daily. Use Schwabe's cmd2, eye drop. instill 2 drops in each eye twice daily. Wash your eyes with cold water twice daily. Revert me after 1 week.
